Abstract

Binong, an urban village in Tangerang Regency, Banten, is dominated by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Binong Village. MSMEs play a crucial role in economic growth and economic resilience. However, they face obstacles, including low education and lack of understanding of technology. This research highlights the improvement of accounting knowledge of Binong MSME players through the Warung Book Application. The community service program was implemented using socialization, training, and mentoring methods. The results show that before the program, MSME players had minimal knowledge of the Buku Warung App, but after the training, they were able to utilize it for daily bookkeeping efficiently. The Buku Warung application allows MSMEs to record finances easily and practically. This program is expected to improve the quality of financial management, support business growth, and have a positive impact on the local economy.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah memberikan dampak yang sangat penting bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks English Foreign Language (EFL). Kahoot! merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dapat digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam sesi pembelajaran sebagai media dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kualitatif karena untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap Kahoot! pemakaian. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah 38 mahasiswa semester VI Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi di Riau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 10 siswa memiliki persepsi positif dalam Perceived Usefulness, 9 siswa memiliki persepsi positif dalam Perceived Ease of Use, 11 siswa memiliki persepsi positif dalam Sikap terhadap Using, 13 siswa memiliki persepsi positif dalam Behavioral Intention to Use, dan 3 siswa memiliki persepsi positif dalam Actual System Use. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap Kahoot! positif dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of flood management policies in South Tangerang City with suboptimal flood management problems. The problems that were found were that the coordination carried out by stakeholders was tentative, there were obstacles in communication on the condition of the social environment, expecially in terms of public awareness of protecting the environment, was still lacking because rubbish was still found in rivers and canals. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of implementation of flood management policies in South Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, and data is obtained trought observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the Van Meter and Van Horn theory with 6 (six) indicator, namely: a) Policy Size and Objectives; b) Resources; c) Characteristics of The Implementing Agent; d) Attitude and Tendencies; e) Inter-Organizational Communication and Implementation Activies; f) Economic, Social and Political Environment. The result of the study show that policy measures and standards are appropriate but there needs to be an increase in disaster outreach and training. Then the quantitiy or number of Task Forces to go into the field is still insufficient. The availability of an organizational structure and regulations responsible for implementing flood management is quite good. Policy implementers understanding of flood management policies in quite good and has received a positive response from policy implementers. Apart from that, the communication that exists between OPDs and village officials is quite good, characterized by delibration. The economic, social and political environmental conditions are quite good, but there needs to be an increase in public awareness of protecting the environment by not throwing rubbish into rivers or waterways.

Abstract

Pengembangan LKPD dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan STEAM pada mata pelajaran IPAS tentang perubahan energi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan LKPD dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan STEAM. Metode yang digunakan yakni penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Namun pada penelitian ini hanya pada tahap pengembangan saja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah murid dan pendidik kelas IV SDN 37 Rejang Lebong. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan merupakan observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang diguakan itu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan LKPD ini sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli aspek materi 97,72%, bahasa 93,75% dan ahli kegrafikan 93,75%, serta tanggapan guru dan peserta didik 91,29%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems identified from various factors at SMPN 2 Kinali, where many students were noisy, sleepy and had problems with their classmates. This happens because students feel bored with the subject. As a result, it weakens learning. The aim of this research is to identify how creative PAI teachers are in selecting learning forms to produce an efficient learning atmosphere for category VII students at SMPN 2 Kinali. This research is qualitative descriptive in nature. Research runs at SMPN 2 Kinali. In relation to the main sources of information, they are PAI class VII teachers at SMPN 2 Kinali, and the inferior sources of information are the class VII students of SMPN 2 Kinali and the school principal. The information collection methods used in this research are monitoring, question and answer and documentation. The results of this research prove that PAI teachers' creativity in creating an efficient learning atmosphere lies in the use of learning forms and the application of learning outside of categories to produce a supportive learning atmosphere. The teacher's creativity determines the form of learning in producing an efficient learning atmosphere, through the use of a versatile learning form which is carried out by combining several existing forms with several important views, namely: taking into account the constitution of the students, the module to be taught and the management of the form.

Abstract

Hospitals as health service providers have an important role in ensuring that people get optimal care. Factors that influence a person's decision to choose a hospital include service quality, hospital image, patient trust, and the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. This study aims to analyze the effect of CSR implementation, hospital image, and patient trust on patient decisions in choosing a hospital. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review by collecting and analyzing 9 relevant articles from various databases. The results of the study indicate that CSR programs in the health sector have a positive impact on improving community welfare, a positive hospital image can increase patient trust, and patient trust in hospitals and medical personnel is a key factor in patients' decisions to seek treatment. This study provides important insights for hospital managers to develop more effective strategies in increasing the attractiveness of health services and strengthening relationships with the community

Abstract

Many Indonesian learners of English face significant challenges in achieving spoken fluency, even after years of formal study. This paper investigates the phonological roots of this struggle, analyzing how differences between the sound systems of Indonesian and English—such as vowel inventories, consonant clusters, and stress-timing—create barriers to intelligibility. Observations fromEFL classrooms reveal that learners often avoid speaking due to anxiety about mispronunciation, while instruction tends to prioritize grammar over phonology. Through a contrastive analysis, this study identifies common interference patterns (e.g., substitution of English /θ/ with /t/, syllable-timed rhythm) and proposes pedagogical interventions, including phonemic awareness drills, targeted listening practice, and communicative activities designed to build confidence. The findings argue for integrating explicit phonological training into EFL curricula to help learners bridge the gap between "knowing" and "speaking" English.
