Abstract

Students have difficulty memorizing the Al-Quran because the memorization environment is not conducive, while there is a memorization target that must be achieved every semester. Therefore, in order to increase students' memorization achievements, a Qur'an Camp program was planned to improve students' memorization at SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Medan Sunggal. The aim of this research is to: determine the implementation of the Qur'an Camp carried out by SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Medan Sunggal, and the impact and effectiveness of the implementation of the Qur'an Camp carried out by SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Medan Sunggal. This research is field research with descriptive qualitative methods, namely describing and providing an understanding of phenomena that occur at the research location based on the information obtained. The research results show that the Qur'an camp activity is a student quarantine activity carried out by SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Sunggal. Quarantine is carried out outside the school environment, namely in the Education Field, Jl. Teak. The Qur'an camp program at SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Medan Sunggal was the first on 3-5 November 2023 and was attended by 15 teachers and 20 students. The Qur'an Camp program is an activity to accelerate tahfidz Qur'an by quarantining participants to focus on memorization targets with the aim of accelerating achievement and completing their memorization. Qur'an camp activities have a positive influence on increasing students' targets for memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

Talking about teenagers is very interesting because teenagers are the next generation of religion and nation, so the safety of the nation lies in the hands of today's teenagers. Based on research that I observed, from January 2024 to April 2024, especially in Hamlet This makes society uneasy, namely it can be called a motorbike gang association. This will have a negative impact on the current generation of teenagers, where teenagers should be able to join more useful associations, so that they don't end up joining the wrong associations. Therefore, this article will dissect what educators and parents can do to shape the character education of teenagers and how to deal with teenagers today.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of tahsin lecturers in improving the Qur'an reading ability of students at the Institut Syekh Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. The participants in this study were tahsin lecturers and students who participated in the tahsin program at the institute. The results of the study show that tahsin lecturers make several efforts to enhance students' Qur'an reading skills, such as providing intensive guidance in reading, correcting reading mistakes, and motivating students to practice more diligently. Lecturers also use individualized approaches according to the needs and abilities of each student. Furthermore, moral support and the habituation of reading the Qur'an outside the classroom also contributed to improving students' abilities. This study provides insights into the role of tahsin lecturers in teaching Qur'an reading at the higher education level.

Abstract

The phenomenon in public schools encourages students to become Al-Qur'an memorizers, while improving their social skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of student participation in the tahfidz extracurricular at MTss Al-Washliyah Medan Krio on their social skills. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation and closed questionnaires for 19 grade XI students who participate in the tahfidz extracurricular. The results of the study showed that tahfidz activities have quite an effect on students' social skills, where 47.4% of respondents strongly agree and 36.8% agree that tahfidz improves their social skills. Conversely, only 26.3% agree that tahfidz hinders social skills. Overall, more students agreed and strongly agreed than disagreed, so it can be concluded that tahfidz extracurricular activities contribute positively to students' social skills.

Abstract

Fardhu kifayah merupakan kewajiban kolektif umat Islam yang tidak hanya bernilai ritual, tetapi juga memperkuat solidaritas sosial masyarakat. Di Desa Ujung Teran, Kecamatan Salapian, Kabupaten Langkat, pelaksanaan fardhu kifayah menghadapi kendala serius karena pemahaman warga yang masih terbatas serta tingginya ketergantungan pada figur Bilal mayit sebagai tokoh sentral. Kondisi ini menimbulkan risiko sosial ketika tokoh tersebut berhalangan hadir. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan berbasis multimetode berupa ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan diskusi interaktif. Kegiatan melibatkan 60 warga yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan model Participatory Action Research (PAR). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara singkat, praktik simulasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana warga yang memahami seluruh tahapan fardhu kifayah meningkat dari 15% menjadi 70%, sementara yang tidak memahami sama sekali turun dari 40% menjadi 5%. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mendorong lahirnya kesadaran kolektif bahwa fardhu kifayah adalah tanggung jawab bersama, bukan hanya tugas individu tertentu. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan nonformal berbasis praktik mampu menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada figur tunggal sekaligus memperkuat kaderisasi masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlanjutan tradisi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana Interaksi guru PAI dalam membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa di SMA Nusa Kota Binjai. Dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tentang akhlakul karimah, guru PAI mempunyai startegi pendekatan yang dilakukan kepda siswanya. Menjadi guru agama Islam bukan hanya memberikan pembelajaran formal sesuai kualifikasi akademik yang dimilki, akan tetapi guru tersebut juga memiliki tanggung jawab dapat merubah akhlak siswanya, maka perlu dilakukan strategi dalam berinteraksi.     Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru PAI, Siswa melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi interaksi guru PAI dalam  membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa. Interaksi sosial dua arah yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah siswa cukup efektif, bahwa pendekaatan tidak hanya cukup dilakukan di depan kelas, akan tetaapi perlu dilakukan pendekatan secara personal. Kendala diantaranya dalam hal penerapan dalam personal siswa. Kesimpulan bahwa Strategi interaksi guru PAI dalam  membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa dapat  dilakukan melalui 3 cara yaitu : kegiatan ta’lim, penerapan norma Agama dilakukan dengan pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah
