Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan tujuan utama setiap manusia dalam mencapai cita-citanya,pendidikan akan memberikan sebuah pengetahuan baru kepada seseorang tentang sesuatu hal yang selama ini tidak diketahuinya,dengan melaksanakan pendidikan maka pengetahuan akan bertambah sesuai dengan perkembangannnya.Khusus dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam,menjadi fokus utama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai ketauhidan dan akhlakul karimah baik untuk pengamalan dirinya maupun kepada masyarakat.Dalam pelaksanaannya,pendidikan Islam mengutamakan dalam penguatan aqidah dan akhlak,hal ini karena kekuatan aqidah akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas seseorang dalam beragama,sedangkan akhlak akan menjadi penuntun bagi seseorang untuk bersikap tawadhu dan rendah hati kepada siapa saja yang menjadi lawan bicaranya,dia akan jauh dari sikap ujub dan sombong saat menyampaikan ilmunya,kekuatan aqidah dan akhlak akan saling bersinergi dalam menjalankan hidup beragama.Maka perlu diadakan pelatihan-pelatihan atau workshop tentang bagaimana menjadi seorang pendakwah.Hal ini seiring dengan program pemerintah desa yang bercita-cita menjadikan desa sidorejo menjadi desa religius dan bebas narkoba.

Abstract

Discipline is an action in obeying every rule in school. Discipline makes students more orderly and orderly in carrying out their lives and students also understand that discipline is very, very important for their future, because it can form students' personalities that are strong and useful for all groups. This research aims to determine the efforts of the deputy principal for student affairs in improving the discipline of midday prayer in congregation at MAS Al-maksum stabat. And to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors along with solutions to increase the discipline of midday prayers in congregation. the type of research used was qualitative research using observation, interview and technical data analysis techniques. In this study, the informants taken were the principal, deputy principal for student affairs, one homeroom teacher, two subject teachers, and one student. The findings of this research show that the efforts of the deputy principal for student affairs in improving discipline in midday prayers in congregation at MAS Al-maksum Stabat are quite good, then the supporting factor is that the deputy principals for student affairs work together to discipline students for midday prayers in congregation. The inhibiting factor is that there are still students who are less aware of congregational prayers due to a lack of understanding of religious knowledge. The solution to the inhibiting factors is that the principal, deputy principal for student affairs and also other teachers play an active role in this matter of worship, especially by setting an example and being at the forefront of its practice, and the deputy principal for student affairs being more assertive in giving appropriate sanctions/punishments. with existing rules so that students can improve their discipline.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Fiqh teachers in making students aware of the benefits of Dhuha prayer at MTS Al-Islahiyah Binjai. Duha prayer has significant spiritual and social value in the daily lives of Muslims. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the role of Fiqh teachers is very important in increasing students' understanding of the benefits of the Dhuha prayer and encouraging them to do it regularly. The fiqh teacher acts as a helper, motivation and role model for students in performing the Dhuha prayer. The implications of this research highlight the need for an active role for Fiqh teachers in strengthening students' spiritual awareness of sunnah worship such as the Duha prayer as part of Islamic education at MTs Al-Islahiyah Binjai. In conclusion, collaboration between Fiqh teachers and students can improve understanding and practice of the Duha prayer, which ultimately has a positive impact on the formation of students' character and spirituality in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Communication skills are very important in conveying messages or ideas. Students at MTs. Al Ishlahiyah are seen to be less able to convey ideas or ideas, especially in class learning forums. Therefore, the teacher needs to make efforts in improving students' communication skills. Therefore, the teacher mostly uses the problem posing method in learning. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the application of the problem posing method by teachers in improving student communication at MTs Al Ishlahiyah Binjai. This research method was conducted using a field approach and using descriptive qualitative research. The data source used is information obtained from data sources, namely teachers and students at MTs Al Ishlahiyaj Binjai. From the results of the research and the statement above, we can describe and explain that we can conclude and adjust that improving communication skills through the problem posing method is very helpful for students in improving students' communication skills in giving questions, statements, information, and also ideas or ideas in the learning process and also students look more active in compiling statements according to the situation they are facing at that time and students are also more visible to be able to solve their own problems without the help of others and also students will be more able to master the material.

Abstract

Fardhu kifayah merupakan kewajiban kolektif umat Islam yang tidak hanya bernilai ritual, tetapi juga memperkuat solidaritas sosial masyarakat. Di Desa Ujung Teran, Kecamatan Salapian, Kabupaten Langkat, pelaksanaan fardhu kifayah menghadapi kendala serius karena pemahaman warga yang masih terbatas serta tingginya ketergantungan pada figur Bilal mayit sebagai tokoh sentral. Kondisi ini menimbulkan risiko sosial ketika tokoh tersebut berhalangan hadir. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat melalui pelatihan berbasis multimetode berupa ceramah, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan diskusi interaktif. Kegiatan melibatkan 60 warga yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan model Participatory Action Research (PAR). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara singkat, praktik simulasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana warga yang memahami seluruh tahapan fardhu kifayah meningkat dari 15% menjadi 70%, sementara yang tidak memahami sama sekali turun dari 40% menjadi 5%. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mendorong lahirnya kesadaran kolektif bahwa fardhu kifayah adalah tanggung jawab bersama, bukan hanya tugas individu tertentu. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan nonformal berbasis praktik mampu menjadi strategi efektif dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada figur tunggal sekaligus memperkuat kaderisasi masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlanjutan tradisi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana Interaksi guru PAI dalam membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa di SMA Nusa Kota Binjai. Dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tentang akhlakul karimah, guru PAI mempunyai startegi pendekatan yang dilakukan kepda siswanya. Menjadi guru agama Islam bukan hanya memberikan pembelajaran formal sesuai kualifikasi akademik yang dimilki, akan tetapi guru tersebut juga memiliki tanggung jawab dapat merubah akhlak siswanya, maka perlu dilakukan strategi dalam berinteraksi.     Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru PAI, Siswa melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Strategi interaksi guru PAI dalam  membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa. Interaksi sosial dua arah yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah siswa cukup efektif, bahwa pendekaatan tidak hanya cukup dilakukan di depan kelas, akan tetaapi perlu dilakukan pendekatan secara personal. Kendala diantaranya dalam hal penerapan dalam personal siswa. Kesimpulan bahwa Strategi interaksi guru PAI dalam  membentuk Akhlaqul Karimah siswa dapat  dilakukan melalui 3 cara yaitu : kegiatan ta’lim, penerapan norma Agama dilakukan dengan pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the madrasa head in improving the work ethic of teachers at MTs Al-Washliyah Tandam Hilir. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation studies methods. The results of this research show that the role of the madrasa head in improving the work ethic of teachers in teaching at MTs Al-Washliyah is by meeting the teacher's financial needs, then the madrasa head also gives rewards to teachers who are considered the most active in terms of attendance and discipline in carrying out their duties. Another thing that is done is providing training in curriculum development for subjects according to the field of study, in order to improve the professional quality of teachers, so that teachers can improve their work ethic in teaching. The obstacle faced is that there are still teachers who often arrive late and lack discipline in teaching. Then there are still some teachers who are not academically aligned with the subjects they teach. The solution offered as an improvement effort in overcoming the obstacles that occur is that the head of the madrasah provides punishment or administrative sanctions for teachers who are undisciplined and often come to school late. Discuss with the madrasa supervisors regarding policies for teachers who are not yet aligned with their academic fields.
