Abstract

The system for processing river water into clean water by operating sluice gates which are controlled manually by operators often causes problems (human error), so a system must be created that is capable of controlling sluice gates automatically. The turbidity sensor detects water turbidity which is then accepted by the Arduino nano as the basis for controlling the water gate. In this research, data collection techniques were carried out using interviews with resource persons (operators), observation and literature study. After the automatic sluice control system based on the Arduino nano ATmega328 was implemented, the results obtained were: When the water conditions are muddy and murky, relay one is "on", relay two is "off" (the sluice gate is closed), while when the water conditions are normal and clear then the relay two "on" relays and one "off" relay (open floodgate). In this way, we no longer just have to rely on the operator to control the sluice gate, so that the water treatment process can be more optimal and efficient

Abstract

Insulating oil is a type of insulator that is widely used as insulation in electrical equipment such as transformers. The insulating oil in the transformer functions as insulation in the transformer windings so that flashover does not occur and causes voltage leaks to the outside of the transformer, then the insulating oil also functions as a transformer coolant. Generally, the insulating oil used today is made from mineral oil which cannot be renewed so its availability is limited and may run out in the future. In an effort to reduce the use of mineral oil as a basic ingredient for insulating oil, it is necessary to develop a basic ingredient for making insulating oil, which can use vegetable oils such as crude palm oil (CPO) with the additive butylated hydroxytoulene added. In testing the suitability of crude palm oil with the addition of butylated hydroxytoulene additive as insulating oil, breakdown voltage testing was carried out using Megger OTS80Af and viscosity. Based on the test results, the highest breakdown voltage value was obtained for crude palm oil with the addition of butylated hydroxytoulene of 11.13 kV and a viscosity of 27.12 cSt. From the test results, it can be concluded that crude palm oil with the addition of butylated hydroxytoulene is not suitable for use as transformer insulating oil because it cannot meet the standard SPLN 49-91: 1982, the breakdown voltage of transformer insulating oil is 30 kV/2.5 mm.

Abstract

Intisari Hubung singkat merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan yang sering terjadi pada suatu sistem tenaga listrik, baik itu hubung singkat antara kawat fasa ketanah maupun hubung singkat antara kawat yang berbeda fasanya. Gangguan hubung singkat dapat berakibat fatal pada sistem tenaga listrik, jika tidak memperhatikan sistem pengaman. Gangguan tanah terjadi karena adanya tegangan induksi kumparan-kumparan transformator terhadap struktur logam disekitarnya. Bila didiamkan tanpa pengaman listrik, akan menimbulkan kebakaran. Untuk itu diperlukan pengaman listrik yang tepat sesuai dengan beban atau jaringan listrik yang diamankan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang arus hubung singkat satu fasa ketanah pada titik gangguan 10 persen sampai dengan 100 persen panjang saluran. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menghitung inpedansi sumber, impedansi tranformator 150 kV, Impedansi ekivalen, dan gangguan hubung singkat 1 fasa ke tanah. Hasil perhitungan arus gangguan menjadi salah satu faktor pertimbangan dalam menentukan nilai proteksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa semakin jauh atau panjang kawat penampang pada panjang penyulang maka arusnya semakin berkurang/kecil atau semakin dekat maka arus gangguan semakin besar. Abstract — Short circuit is one type of disturbance that often occurs in an electrical power system, whether it is a short circuit between a ground wire or a short circuit between wires of different phases. Short circuit failure can have fatal consequences to the electric power system, if not paying attention to the safety system. Ground disturbance occurs due to the voltage induced by the transformers on the surrounding metal structures. If left without electric safety, it will cause a electrical fire. For this reason, it requires proper electrical safety according to the load or electrical network being secured. This research discusses the single phase ground short circuit current at the fault point of 10 persen to 100 persen of the channel length. The method is used to calculate the source inpedance, 150 kV transformer impedance, equivalent impedance, and 1 phase short circuit to ground. The result of the calculation of the noise current is one of the factors of consideration in determining the value of protection. Based on the research results, it was found that the farther or longer the cross-sectional wire at the length of the feeder, the lesses current then you have or the closer the current, the greater the fault current. Abstract

Voltage drops in distribution systems can occur in medium voltage networks (JTM), distribution transformers, low voltage networks (JTR) and house lines. Voltage drops in the network cause suboptimal distribution and increase power losses. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Rumbia has two feeders with pure radial network characteristics sourced from the Seputih Banyak Main Substation. The length of the Duku Feeder network has a voltage of 96.8 KMS with a load of 150 A while the length of the Kurma Feeder network is 207.21 kV with a load of 155 A. The network reconfiguration of the Dente Teladas Substation was carried out to shorten the network length. This research aims to calculate the voltage drop that occurs at the Duku and Kurma feeders before and after network configuration. This research uses the quantity method to compare the calculation results with the voltage drop standards set by PT. PLN (Persero). After reconfiguring the Duku and Kurma feeders, there was an increase in tip voltage which indicated improvement. From the calculation results before adding the network to the Duku feeder, the voltage at the receiving end was 19.5 kV with a voltage drop of 7.1%, and at the Kurma feeder the voltage at the end of the line was 17 kV with a voltage drop of 19%. This is clearly no longer in accordance with the local TMP, and requires further study to overcome this problem. The voltage on the two feeders goes through a step up process using a Medium Voltage OLTC (On Load Tap Changer) so that the voltage on each feeder becomes between 19.86 kV to 20.16 kV.

Abstract

Untuk mempermudah dan menggantikan pekerjaan serta melayani manusia, manusia membuat berbagai macam robot, di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan keperluan manusia. Robot adalah peralatan manipulator yang mampu diprogram, mempunyai berbagai fungsi, yang dirancang untuk memindahkan barang, komponen-komponen, peralatan, atau alat-alat khusus, melalui berbagai gerakan terprogram untuk pelaksanaan berbagai pekerjaan. Penelitian ini berisi perancangan robot pemisah dan penghitung benda logam dengan benda non logam secara otomatis dengan tujuan untuk membantu atau mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dalam menyeleksi dan memisahkan benda yang berupa logam dan non logam. Perancangan robot pemisah dan penghitung benda logam dan non logam secara otomatis ini terdiri dari beberapa blok rangkaian yaitu ATmega16 sebagai pengontrol atau pemproses dari robot ini,yang bekerja berdasarkan inputan sensor ultrasonic sebagai perasa keberadaan benda dan metal detector sebagai pendeteksi barang logam atau bukan logam, dan sebagai penggerak dari robot ini menggunakan motor servo, dan dilengkapi LCD 16x2 yang berfungsi sebagai penampil hitungan jumlah benda yang telah di pisahkan.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, khususnya dalam industri pengolahan hasil laut di wilayah pesisir. Salah satu produk unggulan dari UMKM di Pesisir Lampung adalah kerupuk cumi. Namun, proses produksinya masih menghadapi kendala utama, terutama dalam tahap pengeringan yang masih mengandalkan sinar matahari. Ketergantungan pada metode pengeringan konvensional ini menyebabkan ketidakstabilan produksi, terutama saat cuaca tidak mendukung, yang berdampak pada efisiensi produksi dan kualitas produk. Sekitar 40% produksi UMKM terganggu oleh cuaca buruk, dan 20% produk mengalami penurunan kualitas akibat metode pengeringan yang tidak higienis. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan kualitas kerupuk cumi dengan menerapkan teknologi oven pengering sebagai solusi alternatif. Mitra pengabdian adalah UMKM Nona Pesisir Lampung, yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam kapasitas produksi akibat ketergantungan pada sinar matahari. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup instalasi oven pengering, pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan alat, serta pendampingan penerapan teknologi dalam skala produksi nyata. Evaluasi program dilakukan dengan pretest dan posttest pemahaman peserta, survei kepuasan mitra, serta analisis peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan oven pengering mengurangi waktu pengeringan dari 2-5 hari menjadi hanya 10 jam, meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dari 100 kg menjadi 140 kg per bulan, serta mengurangi tingkat kerusakan produk dari 20% menjadi 5%. Selain itu, daya simpan produk meningkat dari 30 hari menjadi 60 hari, memungkinkan UMKM untuk memperluas pasar. Dari segi pemasaran, omzet UMKM meningkat dari Rp10.000.000 menjadi Rp15.000.000 per bulan, dan penjualan melalui platform digital meningkat dari 10% menjadi 50% setelah pelatihan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan daya saing UMKM Batik Tulis ASsyafa di Lampung melalui penerapan teknologi feeder untuk pewarnaan kain dan pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui dua tahap utama: pertama, implementasi sistem feeder otomatis untuk proses pewarnaan kain, disertai dengan pelatihan penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sistem kepada karyawan; kedua, pengembangan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran komprehensif, meliputi analisis pasar, perancangan strategik digital, pengembangan branding, dan pelatihan keterampilan pemasaran. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi produksi, dengan penghematan waterglass mencapai 60% dan pengurangan waktu produksi yang substansial. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan menghasilkan peningkatan visibilitas produk di pasar digital, pertumbuhan penjualan online sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar. Signifikansi hasil ini terletak pada peningkatan daya saing UMKM dalam industri batik, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Penerapan teknologi dan strategi pemasaran modern dalam industri tradisional batik mendemonstrasikan potensi integrasi inovasi untuk melestarikan warisan budaya sekaligus meningkatkan keberlanjutan ekonomi UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Abstract Transformer oil is very important because it functions as a coolant and also as an insulator. In transformer oil there are dissolved gases that can cause failure of the transformer due to gas failure (fault gas). This research was conducted to determine the condition of transformer oil by analyzing the results of the Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) test. The DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) test is used to determine the type of failure in a transformer that has been operating for years. The DGA test is carried out by monitoring fault gases such as H2, CH4, CO, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, O2, N2 and O2N2 which generally cannot be detected in testing the characteristics of transformer oil. Based on the test results using the Total Dissolve Gas Analysis (TDCG) method condition 1 with the amount of flammable gas 202.845 ppm with the interpretation that the transformer can operate normally. The test results using the Roger's Ratio method on the Power Transformer 1 GI Kotabumi obtained codes 0 0 0. From the combination of the 3 codes above, it shows that the transformer oil is in good condition. The results of the test using the Key Gas method on Power Transformer 1 GI Kotabumi obtained a CO value of 56 percent caused by overheating of cellulose or overheating of solid insulation in the transformer but that value is still far from the threshold Keywords Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA),Transformer oil, Roger'r ratio method, KeyGas
