Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of audio-visual media to yoko geri kekomi in SMK Negeri 1 Sambas west Borneo Province. The metode used was exsperimental. Exsperimental from using one group pretest-posttest design. Intake of this study using purposive sampling technique with a number of 24 people. Data analysis was performed by t-test analysis. From the test result are known yoko geri kekomi kick thitung> ttabel (10,09>2,06) can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is influence. There is a change in the test kicks yoko geri kekomi increase of 14,58%. This is based on test result yoko geri kekomi kick after treated (treatment), where the mean possttest langer than the mean pretest (19,48>17).Keywords : Media audio Visual, Yoko Geri Kekomi Kick In Karate

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan dan citra merek berja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap karyawan pada PT Nusanatara Surya Sakti Majene. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini telah melewati tahap uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa, promosi penjualan perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Ini dapat dilihat dari t hitung 3,891 > t table 2,011 maka hipotesis diterima, artinya promosi penjualan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. Citra merek di perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Ini dapat dilihat dari t hitung 2,128 > t table 2,011 maka hipotesis ditermia, artinya citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di perusahaan PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. F hitung (13,727) > F table (3.20) hipotesis diterima artinya promosi penjualan dan citra merek secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemeblian konsumen PT Nusantara Surya Sakti Majene. Kata Kunci: Promosi Penjualan, Citra Merek Dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Proses pirolisis metana yang menghasilkan hidrogen tanpa melepaskan emisi CO2, sangat menjanjikan karena juga memproduksi hasil samping berupa karbon yang bermutu tinggi. Penggunaan logam cair sebagai media reaksi mampu memperbaiki proses konversi dan mengatasi masalah pengerakan pada reaktor kolom gelembung. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan laju aliran gas terhadap konversi metana di dalam reaktor, dilakukan studi eksperimental di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konversi gas metana meningkat ketika temperatur reaktor dan laju aliran gas menurun. Proses konversi gas metana tertinggi didapatkan pada suhu reaksi 1000°C dan laju aliran gas 50 ml/menit, yaitu sebesar 54,46%.

Abstract

The main problem of this thesis research is how to implement the values of multicultural education at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. Then what is the PAI teacher's strategy in developing multicultural educational values, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of developing multicultural educational values at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. This thesis research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research location is at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. With the method of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The findings in this study indicate that at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo it has implemented the values of multicultural education as there is education in Islam which includes tolerance values, peace values, tolerance values, justice values, honesty values, democratic values, religious values and togetherness values. The strategy for developing multicultural education values at SMK Negeri 1 Palopo uses several strategies including prayer methods, reading the Koran for each student, group work methods, discussion methods, and collaborative methods between parents and students. The results of the strategy for developing multicultural educational values in students are the growth of democratic attitudes, tolerance, justice, peace, honesty, religion, togetherness, the absence of conflicts due to differences in culture, race, ethnicity, social and religious status. School is a place of education that will print the nation's generation and determine the nation's destiny in the future by using appropriate learning methods. Education, especially religious education, is the main joint of knowledge in the application and development of multicultural education in order to shape students' personality attitudes. In the learning process, of course, it will not go according to the wishes of education, there must be supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors experienced by PAI teachers in the process of developing multicultural educational values include a strategic and supportive school environment, teachers and school staff who are supportive and work well together, realize good curriculum and students accept learning methods well. As for the things that become obstacles, namely the lack of socialization regarding multiculturalism, the absence of pamphlets in magazines based on multicultural education, and the lack of student creativity about the importance of multicultural education

Abstract

Telecommunications technology is currently developing leading to Internet-based technology, for example the Internet Protocol. Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a user that routes messaging, voice, and video services to an Internet Protocol network and connects to the network IP. Benefits, bandwidth efficiency, cost management efficiency.The purpose of this design is for Ground to Ground communication media at Pasir Pengaraian Airport, which does not yet have a Ground to Ground communication medium, only uses a mobile phone via Whatsapp which does not yet have an automatic record in the application, with a client application design where this application is equipped with VoIP-based telephone services. and also records of Ground to Ground communication conversations can be a Ground to Ground communication medium at Pasir Pengaraian Airport, with a simple design and relatively efficient cost, VoIP-based communication can be an alternative communication for all airports in Indonesia, Therefore the author makes VoIP communication design based on Raspberry Pi as a server using the Asterisk operating system and the client using an application designed with Android Studio configured with a Raspberry Pi server, using this client-server interconnection

This research is a type of descriptive research using a survey approach. The data collection method uses a shot put throwing ability test. The population for this study was high school students in 2023. There were 56 students, and the researcher used a total sample technique to collect their data. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the students' shot put ability at SMA Negeri 3 Pinrang was in the moderate category

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the village government in managing tourism objects in Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency and what are the obstacles faced by the Gunung Sari Village Government in managing tourism potential. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The selected informants in this study were the secretary of Gunung Sari Village, members of the BPD of Gunung Sari Village, members of Pokdarwis and community leaders of Gunung Sari Village. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study that the role of the village government in managing the tourism object of Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency has carried out its role through activities carried out by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Gunu to improve human resources, residents of Gunung Sari Village that it is important to maintain a tourist attraction

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan pendekatan atau metode yang dipilih untukmengarahkan dan mempengaruhi karyawan agar tingkat produktifitas perusahaan,efektifitas, profitabilitas, kinerja dapat tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yangdiinginkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengemukakan pengaruhkepemiminan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitianmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan(library research), yaitu serangkaian penelitian yang berkenaan denganmetode pengumpulan data pustaka. Menganalisis teori dan keterkaitan antarvariabel melalui buku maupun jurnal secara luring di perpustakaan maupundaring yang diperoleh melalui Mendeley, Scholar Google maupun mediadaring lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalammengelola sumber daya perusahaannya akan berpengaruh pada perilaku parakaryawannya dengan indikasi terciptanya semangat kerja yang akan mempengaruhikinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
