Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the incinerator based on indicators: combustion efficiency, gas residence time, destruction level, hazardous waste removal, and quality of air emissions. The measured emission parameters were particulates, CO and CO2, heavy metals, opacity, SO2, NO2, HF, HCl, and total hydrocarbon. The method used was a field experiment, which was a direct test of the incinerator's combustion process, observing the process that occurs and calculating the parameters that are indicators of the incinerator’s performance. The results showed that the combustion efficiency at 80% (500 kg/hour) feeding load was 99.9999% and 100% (700kg/hour) was 99.9997%. The average residence time for 80% feeding load is 6.05 seconds and for 100% is 6.42 seconds. The destruction and removal efficiency at 80 and 100%  feeding loads was 99.9998%. The emission quality as measured by the particulate parameters, gas composition, heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Tl) and opacity from the incinerator stack all meet the quality standard of Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No 6/2021. Based on the test results, it is shown that the incinerator has good performance when using 100% feeding load. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja insinerator yang digunakan berdasarkan indikator: tingkat efisiensi pembakaran, waktu tinggal gas, tingkat penghancuran dan penghilangan limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun), serta mengukur kualitas emisi udara. Emisi yang diukur meliputi partikulat, gas CO dan CO2, logam berat, opasitas, SO2, NO2, HF, HCl dan total hidrokarbon. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen lapangan, yaitu melakukan uji coba langsung pada proses pembakaran di insinerator dan mengamati proses yang terjadi dan menghitung parameter-parameter yang menjadi indikator kinerja insinerator. Hasil uji lapangan diperoleh bahwa efisiensi pembakaran pada beban pengumpanan 80% (500 kg/jam) adalah 99,9999% dan 100% (700 kg/jam) adalah 99,9997%. Rerata waktu tinggal untuk beban pengumpanan 80% adalah 6,05 detik dan 100% adalah 6,42 detik. Efisiensi penghancuran dan penghilangan pada beban pengumpanan 80 dan 100% adalah 99,9998%. Kualitas emisi yang diukur dari parameter partikulat, komposisi gas, logam berat (As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Tl) dan opasitas dari cerobong insinerator semuanya memenuhi baku mutu Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan No. 6 Tahun 2021. Hasil uji tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proses pengolahan limbah B3 pada insinerator yang digunakan memiliki kinerja  yang baik pada saat penggunaan beban pengumpanan 100%.

Abstract

Abstract Society is a subject and an object that plays an essential role in welfare—community empowerment through MSME as a strategy to improve the community's interest in Wadas Village. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the improvement of the system and improvement of welfare based on community empowerment through MSME in Wadas Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection methods centered on key informants (MSME administrators & the general public) and key non-informants (Village Heads) as primary data and the SOP manual for MSME empowerment as secondary data. The data analysis technique used SWOT analysis, and the results were entered into the IFAS, EFAS, and SFAS matrices. The results of this study are community empowerment through MSME can improve the welfare of the community in Wadas Village. The improvement strategy that can be taken is to support an aggressive policy or growth-oriented procedure by taking advantage of existing opportunities and internal strengths in community empowerment through MSME in Wadas Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. Abstract

Changes in the shopping behavior of the Indonesian population from 2011 to the present have resulted in the market in Indonesia proliferating. Consumers like online shopping because it tends to be more practical and modern and can be done anytime without leaving the house when they need the items they want. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis model with library study where this research attempts to provide an overview of phenomena or events that are currently occurring, which are now taking place. Financial Management influences Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) financial management has a significant influence. The use of digital marketing creates opportunities for Traditional Market MSMEs to develop their businesses and be able to become an economic force in the current era of digitalization. Policies that support transparency and Sharia business ethics can increase consumer trust and facilitate digital interactions between Sharia MSMEs and their consumers. Further analysis shows that government policies supporting the development of Sharia economics can help Sharia MSMEs in traditional markets adopt better financial management and digital marketing practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi storytelling dalam melestarikan budaya lokal dan mengembangkan pariwisata di desa wisata. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis peran storytelling dalam membangun identitas lokal, mempromosikan destinasi, dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa storytelling memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk menjadi kekuatan pendorong dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Cerita rakyat yang kaya akan nilai-nilai budaya dapat diadaptasi menjadi berbagai bentuk narasi kreatif yang menarik minat wisatawan. Selain itu, storytelling juga dapat memperkuat rasa memiliki dan kebanggaan masyarakat terhadap warisan budayanya. Namun, pengembangan storytelling di desa wisata masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya dan kapasitas. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara berbagai pihak untuk mendukung pengembangan storytelling yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the factors that caused a performance decline on reservation employees back in 2021 and formulate appropriate strategies to improve reservation employee performance at Hotel XYZ. This study used a qualitative approach and research data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that reservation employees at Hotel XYZ experienced a performance decline because of the following: 1). decreased work motivation, 2). awards that were not fully obtained as a form of appreciation from the organization and leader, and 3). the leadership role of the Director of Revenue and Reservation, who had not been effective because it was not by the nature and personality of the employees. Based on the research results, several things could be done to improve the performance of reservation employees. The organization is expected to provide employees with full basic salary and overtime wages and bring back family gatherings. Leaders are expected to give praise for employee achievements and boost employee confidence. Keywords: Employee Performance, Strategic Formulation, Reservation
