Abstract

Penelitian tentan strategi peningkatan mutu madrasah melalui pengembangan SDM di lingkungan Kemeneterian Agama Kabupaten Pandeglang dilakukan pada KKM MTsN Pandeglang 1 Kabupaten Pandeglang selama bulan Nopember-Desember 2021 dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB). Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru MTs di Kelompok Kerja Madrasah (KKM) MTs Negeri 1 Pandeglang, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi, penyajian, kesimpulan dan verifikasi serta uji statistik dengan rumus uji-t dan effect size. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa hampir semua (97%) guru madrasah dalam pelatihan PPKB tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran secara daring secara signifikan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media daring untuk kegiatan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Hasil analisis uji statistik (uji-t) bahwa t hitung = 6,1 lebih besar daripada ttable (60, 1%) = 1,296, artinya bahwa kemampuan guru dalam pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media daring untuk kegiatan pembelajaran setelah dilakukan pendampingan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, dengan efek perubahan (efek size) sebesar 2,37 lebih besar dari 1 artinya terdapat efek perubahan yang besar dari hasil pelaksanaan pendampingan. Kedua, terdapat sebagian besar guru (95%) telah melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran daring dengan sukses dan bermutu dan hanya sedikit (5%) guru yang masih belum sukses dalam melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring dalam PPKB.

Abstract

Pengembangan dan inovasi di bidang pendidikan bahasa  terus terjadi   seiring berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, baik yang menyangkut strategi, metode, media, maupun evaluasi pembelajaran, termasuk di dalamnya pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa kedua. Hal ini mengingat bahasa kedua memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya Indonesia sebagai masyarakat multikultural yang memiliki aneka ragam kebahasaan sebagai akibat multibudaya yang dimiliki, sehingga harus memahami dan bersatu dengan keanekaragaman tersebut. Pembelajaran bahasa kedua penting dipahami oleh pembelajar bahasa. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar bahasa yang digunakan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat   dapat disesuaikan dengan situasi, kondisi, dan kebutuhan. Oleh karenanya, pengajar bahasa harus memahami berbagai strategi dalam pembelajaran bahasa agar peserta didik termotivasi dan menyadari akan kebutuhannya dalam belajar bahasa kedua sehingga mereka dapat menggunakan berbagai strategi belajar yang sesuai dengan karakterisitiknya.

Abstract

The study is intended to examine the issue of increasing the capability of connection and mathematical problem solving and self regulated learning (SRL) students through the learning of contextual teaching and learning (CTL), in terms of overall student and Early Math Ability category (KAM) students (high, medium, low). The research method is the mix method range of embedded. The population in this study are all the students of SMK Nur Pandeglang and Human Samples randomly selected two classes, namely class X 2 TKJ as class experiments, and class X 1 of the control class as TKJ. Instruments in this research in the form of a test and non-test. 6 the question of mathematical ability test connection, and 4 the question of mathematical problem solving ability tests, while tests of non instrument in the form of the now self regulated learning, observation sheets, and interviews. The results of this research were: 1) increased ability of Mathematical connections students who learn learning Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is better compared to conventional learning when are reviewed from tegori Early Mathematical Ability (KAM) students; 2) increased Mathematical problem solving abilities students who learn learning Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is better compared to conventional learning when are reviewed from tegori Early Mathematical Ability (KAM) students; 3) self regulated learning students who learn learning Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is better compared to conventional learning: 4) there is a relationship between the ability of problem-solving and mathematical connections assembled and self regulated learning.

Abstract

This study discusses the differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research aims to describe the changes that occur in the curriculum, so that the differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum will be seen. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection such as interviews, observations and analysing documents to get in-depth information. In addition, researchers also used literature studies from several books. Curriculum and learning are two things that cannot be separated. Curriculum will not be meaningful if it is not implemented in the form of teaching. The curriculum is a plan and arrangement of learning programmes that include material, teaching methods, and evaluation of learning outcomes to achieve educational goals. The curriculum used today is the independent curriculum. However, this independent curriculum has not been fully used in madrasah institutions because it is still in the transition stage from the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum or what is often called K-13. The results of this analysis reveal significant differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum. Both in terms of making teaching tools, teaching methods, and evaluation. It is hoped that this difference in curriculum can have a positive impact that will break the world of education in Indonesia. The impact on learners from the implementation of the 2013 curriculum may have more of an impact on learner involvement and motivating learners. Whereas the independent curriculum has an impact on the level of engagement of participants through different learning approaches. This is reinforced by the findings in the field, namely at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Huda Leuwipapan, that students are more active and creative with the implementation of the independent curriculum. Although this curriculum is still not evenly distributed in units of educational institutions and is not one hundred per cent optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Mulyasari Kecamatan Bojonggambir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat dengan populasi sebanyak 161 peserta didik. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Pengolahan data kuantitatif diolah secara statistika dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi rank spearman (rs): . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek cukup mempengaruhi kemandirian belajar peserta dengan nilai rs sebesar 0,49 (24,01%). Kemadirian belajar peserta didik tidak hanya dipengaruhi penerapan model pembelajaran, namum ada faktor dari luar peserta didik yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga, minat peserta didik, relasi, komunikasi, kreatif, motivasi, dan sosial ekonomi keluarga. Guru harus dapat memaksimalkan penerapan berbagai model pembelajaran, sehingga memungkinkan peserta didik dapat belajar secara mandiri dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This research was carried out during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities of the Syekh Manshur Islamic College for the 2023 Academic Year. Starting from July 25 to August 24 2023 at MA Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection tools in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research aims to analyze teachers' professional abilities in the context of teaching in the classroom, including mastery of material, structure, concepts and scientific thinking patterns, mastery of competency standards and basic competencies, as well as creative development of material. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The research results show that teachers' professional abilities in teaching sociology are not yet ideal. It can be seen from the three aspects of teacher assessment that only one aspect is met, namely material mastery ability, structural ability, conceptual ability and scientific thinking ability. Teachers' ability to master competency standards and basic competencies is not yet optimal. The teacher assesses whether students must master basic competency and ability standards, including cognitive, psychomotor or affective abilities, which have been implemented, but the teacher has not implemented them in the classroom teaching process. The teacher's ability to develop material creatively and innovatively has been implemented but is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the minimal use of teaching methods, learning resources and learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Friday Taklim Activities in improving the Social Piety of Students at MI Riyadul Fathonah. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How is the Implementation of Friday Taklim activities at MI Riyadul Fathonah? 2) What are the efforts and obstacles faced in implementing Friday Taklim activities at MI Riyadul Fathonah? 3) How can the implementation of Friday Taklim activities improve students' social piety? This study uses a Qualitative research method with a descriptive nature. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, Data analysis techniques used in this study through three components, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be described that Friday Taklim contributes to increasing social piety in its students, these contributions are: acting as an addition to religious knowledge in its students, namely: As an enhancer of religious knowledge such as prayer, reciting the Koran, fasting, and others. Improving children's skills, such as, actively praying in congregation at the Mosque, becoming an MC, a preacher, reading daily prayers, reading Juz Amma, some also read the Quran.
