Civil servants as apparatus resources are required to have high and professional knowledge, abilities and expertise because of their position as one of the elements of the state apparatus, servants of the state and servants of the community who play a very strategic role and development tasks. Organizational effectiveness is greatly influenced by individual effectiveness, so that low employee performance also affects the low performance of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province as a whole. The problem raised in this study is how the role of Public Relations in processing information to the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach, the Public Relations Division in the North Sumatra Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion plays an important role in providing information to the public. Therefore, researchers suggest the need to improve facilities in order to support the work in the Public Relations section in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion prov. North Sumatra and build good communication, and it is also important to add personnel who are experts in this field, so that the information provided to the public can be maximized and more varied.

This research aims to provide an introduction to HR management at Posyandu in Serua Indah Village. The methods used are counseling, training and direct assistance to Posyandu managers and volunteers. The material presented includes the basic principles of HR management, timeand resource management, as well as the importance of communication and teamwork in improving Posyandu performance. The results of this service are expected to increase theunderstanding and skills of Posyandu managers in managing human resources effectively. In this way, it is hoped that the Posyandu in Serua Indah Subdistrict can operate more efficiently and be able to provide better health services for the community, especially mothers andchildren.Keywords: HR Management

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana terjadinya ujaran kebencian berdasarkan undang-undang di bidang informasi dan transaksi elektronik dan bagaimana kedudukan keterangan ahli dalam proses perbuktian perkara pidana sesuai dengan undang-undang tentang informasi dan transaksi elektronik. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Terjadinya ujaran kebencian berdasarkan undang-undang di bidang informasi dan transaksi elektronik, karena terjadinya ujaran kebencian akan menimbulkan rasa kebencian atau permusuhan individu dan/atau kelompok masyarakat tertentu berdasarkan atas suku, agama, ras dan antaragolongan (SARA). Hal ini akan memberikan dampak bagi kelangsungan hidup bermasyarakat. Pasal 45 A dalam Pasal 2 jelas dinyatakan setiap orang yang dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak menyebarkan informasi yang ditujukan untuk menimbulkan rasa kebencian atau permusuhan individu dan/atau kelompok masyarakat tertentu berdasarkan atas suku, agama, ras dan antargolongan (SARA) sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 28 ayat (2) dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 6 (enam) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp. 1. 000.000.000, 00 (satu miliar rupiah). 2. Keterangan ahli dalam proses pembuktian perkara pidana, dimaksudkan agar keterangan ahli dalam proses pembuktian perkara pidana, memang sangat diperlukan mengingat terjadinya perkara pidana memerlukan upaya untuk memberikan kedudukan keterangan ahli dalam proses pembuktian perkara pidana dan ujaran kebencian di bidang informasi dan transaksi elektronik merupakan bagian dari upaya penegakan hukum terhadap bentuk-bentuk perbuatan dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak yang dapat digolongkan sebagai tindak pidana di bidang informasi dan transaksi elektronik yang dapat dilakukan penyidikan. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Toko Buku Sejarah Baru, a bookstore that has been operating for nearly 20 years, specializing in the sale of stationery, school supplies, office equipment, textbooks, reading materials, and various types of musical instruments. The analysis is based on five main aspects: legal, market and marketing, financial, management, and human resources (HR). This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using a case study approach through interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results show that Toko Buku Sejarah Baru has fulfilled business legality requirements and is strategically located, giving it a strong competitive advantage. Affordable pricing strategies, a complete range of products, and the use of e-commerce for online sales are key strengths in the marketing aspect. The store also accepts bulk or wholesale orders. Financial records are managed by an administrator using system tools and handled by a senior employee who is a trusted associate of the store manager. A stable management structure and harmonious working relationships further strengthen the HR aspect. Based on these findings, Toko Buku Sejarah Baru is considered a viable business that deserves further development, particularly through digital system improvements and market expansion.

Community empowerment related to literacy through village libraries aims to increase or increase interest in reading, especially in children in order to develop their potential so that children who are used as future faces of the nation become superior seeds of intelligent and quality human beings because they are knowledgeable and have good morals as a result of education. the good one. The research method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This method is an approach to community development. There are 5 procedures used in the ABCD method, namely Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver/destiny. This community empowerment program can be implemented properly and maximally. The results showed that books that were used as Reading Corners and village libraries had a positive impact in overcoming various educational problems in Sooko village, Wringinanom Gresik, where at first the literacy culture in the community was still relatively low and was increasing day by day.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has transformed the landscape of language education, including the learning of Indonesian forForeign Speakers (BIPA). This study aims to analyze the perceptions andexperiences of BIPA learners in using AI-based platforms as a medium for selfdirected learning in the digital era. Data’s were collected through interviews,participant observation, and open-ended questionnaires with respondents fromvarious countries. The findings indicate that the use of AI platforms providessignificant benefits in terms of learning time flexibility, instant feedback ongrammar and pronunciation, and increased motivation through gamification.However, several challenges were also identified, such as the limitations of AI inunderstanding complex cultural contexts, interactions that feel less human, andthe potential for technology anxiety among some learners. This study concludesthat while AI platforms are highly potential tools, their role is more optimal as asupplement to support teaching by human instructors, rather than as a completereplacement.

This community service activity was carried out to assist MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) actors in Jrebeng Kulon Village in understanding and utilizing affiliate programs as a digital marketing strategy. The training was conducted through material presentation, demonstrations, and practical mentoring to ensure participants could follow each step more easily. Before the training, most participants were unfamiliar with the concept of affiliation and lacked the technical skills to use affiliate platforms. After participating in the activity, a significant increase was observed, particularly in the participants' ability to create accounts, select products, understand the commission system, and embed affiliate links. This change indicates that a practice-based training method is effective in helping MSMEs adapt to the developments in digital marketing technology. Overall, this training provided tangible benefits in improving digital literacy and opening opportunities for MSMEs to grow their businesses through a more effective and relevant marketing strategy in the digital era.
