Abstract

In 2022, the As-Syafiiyah Islamic University in Jakarta's Islamic Education Program held a community service program in Singaraja Village, Indramayu District, West Java. The goal of this event is to: (1) encourage Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) teachers to implement a curriculum-based approach to teaching the Science of Qur'anic Recitation (The Science of Qur'anic Tajweed), (2) motivate elementary school teachers to make the Science of Qur'anic Recitation enjoyable and accessible, and (3) inspire students. The most common method is participatory delegation, in which citizens and leaders collaborate to provide public services. The conference will be held in September 2023, with 60 students, 7 lecturers, 37 Natural Resources (SDA) teachers from 9 schools, and 11 student classes participating. The findings of this study show that: 1) students benefited long-term from implementing a classroom learning strategy; 2) students felt helped in understanding the Science of Qur'anic Recitation (The Science of Qur'anic Tajweed), became more interactive in their learning, and believed that the Science of Qur'anic Recitation is not difficult; and 3) students believed that the Science of Qur'anic Recitation is not difficult. 3) The majority of Islamic Elementary School (MI) teachers in Singaraja Village, Indramayu District, do not yet understand the implementation of problem-based learning and project-based learning approaches; 4) The majority of MI teachers in Singaraja Village, Indramayu District, continue to struggle with composing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions; 5) Some teachers struggle with solving literacy-related questions; and 6) Positive responses were received from students.

Abstract

Manajemen Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Sinergitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam merujuk pada usaha pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien dalam aspek administratif, organisasional, dan kepemimpinan di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur. Tujuan utamanya adalah memperkuat kerjasama dan sinergi di antara para guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan perhatian pada peran manajemen sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kolaborasi guru. Melalui studi kasus di Kecamatan Duren Sawit, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sinergitas guru sebagai krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di SMA tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sinergitas guru, evaluasi implementasi kebijakan dan program manajemen sekolah yang mendukung sinergitas tersebut, serta identifikasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi di kalangan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mencari solusi yang telah diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik manajemen yang mendukung tujuan sinergitas guru. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa manajemen sekolah di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur, memainkan peran krusial dalam pengembangan sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Temuan menyoroti pentingnya faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi efektif, pengembangan profesionalisme, dan pemberdayaan guru sebagai pendorong utama terbentuknya sinergi di antara para pendidik. Meskipun dihadapi beberapa tantangan, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi solusi yang tepat dan berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pemahaman tentang efektivitas manajemen sekolah dalam mengelola sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dengan dampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Budi Mulia Utama dan memberikan panduan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi di konteks pendidikan agama Islam

Abstract

Breast care is a way of treating breast is done when the pregnancy or during childbirth to facilitate milk production, in addition to the breast hygine and for nipple shape that is entered into or horizontal . and a good Breast care to have an important role in improving milk production and avoid the dangers of the dam breast milk of mothers. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship a breast care with dam breast milk insident in mothers post partum.The design of this study was cross-sectional analytic types. The population is all postpartum women, who has experiences about dam breast milk samples were 20 respondents. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling using the chi squers test. Measuring instruments using questionnaires and observation. Independent variable is the variable dependenya breast care and breast milk is the dam on postpartum mothers.Based on the statistical test using contingency coeficient obtained values ​​for sig count 0,012 0,012 <0.05, then reject Ho and accept H1. This means that there is a correlation with the incidence of breast care dam postpartum breastfeeding mothers.Efforts to resolve the problem is with the increase in education and health promotion efforts more intensively by health workers either to individuals or groups.

Abstract

Kehamilan, persalinan dan menjadi seorang ibu merupakan peristiwa dan pengalaman penting dalam kehidupan seorang wanita. Di indonesia terdapat 373.000 ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menjelang peroses persalinan sebanyak 28,7%. Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pringgasela 5 responden, didapati bahwa sebagaian besar ibu hamil primigravida mengalami kecemasan menjelang kelahiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Hamil Primigravida dalam Menghadapi Persalinan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pringgasela. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sample penelitian yaitu sebanyak 58 orang ibu hamil primigravida trimester ketiga dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling. Pada penelitian ini terdapat gambaran kecemasan ibu hamil terbanyak berada pada tingkat kecemasan ringan adalah yang berusia cukup (20-35 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (25,9%) dan paling rendah terdapat tidak ada kecemasan yaitu responden yang berusia muda (<20 tahun) sebanyak 1 orang (1,7%) dan tingkat kecemasan responden berdasarkan pendidikan terbanyak berada pada tingkat kecemasan ringan adalah yang pendidkan dasar (SD dan SMP) yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (24,1%). Kesimpulannya perasaan menjelang persalinan berkaitan dengan perasaan takut atau tidak takut yang dialami oleh ibu menjelang persalinan. Informasi dari tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor eksternal yang penting bagi ibu hamil karena informasi yang diperoleh dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan.

Abstract

Background: Immunization is a healthcare service aimed at protecting individuals from vaccinepreventable diseases (VPDs). In North Labuhanbatu Regency, the coverage of complete basic immunization (IDL) is 83.7%, with 6,902 children having received IDL, while 336 children have not yet received it. This coverage has not yet met the target of 99%, highlighting the need for continuous efforts to accelerate the achievement of the IDL programs targets. Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors associated with the completeness of basic immunization among children in Damuli Kebun Village, Kualuh Selatan District, North Labuhan batu Regency in 2024. Method: The study uses a quantitaive research method with a cross-sectional design, conducted from January to August 202. The sample consist of 46 mothers with children aged 13-24 months. Results: The results show a relationship between maternal attitudes, income, education level, and knowledge with the completeness of immunization in Damuli Kebun Village, Kualuh Selatan District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Disscusion and Conclusion: It is recommended that mothers of young children actively seek information about the importance of immunization and adhere to the complete immunization schedule. Additionally, health center heads are encouraged to strengthen the role of healthcare workes in educating the public about the importance of complete immunization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic education policies in Muslim minority countries (Thailand). The research method used is a case study. Data was collected through interviews and documentation and then analyzed using NVivo 12. The results of this study illustrate that there are three primary forms of Islamic Education policy models in Muslim minority countries (Thailand), namely (1) laws or government regulations, (2) Islamic Education Curriculum, and (3) Provision of Islamic Education budget. This model of Islamic Education policy shows that the Thai government pays attention to the Muslim population, even though they are a minority population. There was turmoil in the Muslim region of Thailand, so the government made laws or regulations, created an Islamic education curriculum, and created a budget for the development of Islamic education. So that there is a change in culture and language, open accessibility of Islamic education, and support for the implementation of worship in the Thai Muslim community.

Abstract

Adequate breast milk production is essential for infant growth and development. However, many breastfeeding mothers experience insufficient milk supply. Natural interventions such as consuming soy milk and papaya leaf juice are believed to help increase breast milk production. Soy milk contains isoflavones that mimic estrogen and stimulate lactation, while papaya leaf juice contains saponins, alkaloids, and polyphenols that can enhance prolactin secretion and facilitate milk flow. This study aimed to determine the difference between the effects of soy milk and papaya leaf juice in overcoming low breast milk production among breastfeeding mothers at the Cikeusal Health Center in 2025. This quasi-experimental study involved 100 breastfeeding mothers with low milk production, divided into two groups using purposive sampling: 50 respondents received soy milk and 50 received papaya leaf juice. Each group was evaluated for changes in breast milk volume before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The findings showed no significant difference between the two interventions (t = -0.639, p = 0.527). The mean increase in milk production after soy milk consumption was 27.10 ml, while papaya leaf juice increased milk production by 28.20 ml, with a difference of 1.1 ml. These results indicate that both soy milk and papaya leaf juice are effective in improving breast milk production, although their effects are statistically comparable. Both soy milk and papaya leaf juice can serve as alternative natural interventions to increase breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Health workers are encouraged to promote these natural options as supportive measures for mothers with low milk supply.
