Abstract

This study generally aims to determine the effectiveness of Quantum Learning on student learning outcomes. In particular, this study aims to determine the difference in student learning outcomes between those taught with Quantum Learning and lecture methods, to determine the interaction of Quantum Learning and learning interest in student learning outcomes, and to determine the differences in student learning outcomes in high learning interest and low learning interest taught with Quantum Learning and those taught with the lecture method. This research uses an experimental method with factorial experiment design. The hypothesis testing process in this study uses the two-way Anava statistical technique (Two Way Anova). Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that, there are differences in learning outcomes in students taught using Quantum Learning accompanied by high interest in learning of 82.73 with those taught using the lecture method amounting to 48.80. Thus, the results of the study stated that there is an effectiveness of the application of Quantum Learning learning to the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) and there is an interaction between Quantum Learning and learning interest in SKI learning outcomes, there is also a reduction in learning outcomes in students who have high interest in learning and who have low interest in learning. This implies that in applying the learning model to learning activities, teachers need to pay attention to the level of interest in learning students.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan akreditasi PAUD yang berkualitas sudah menjadi kebutuhan dan merupakan penentuan standar mutu dan penilaian suatu lembaga pendidikan. Akreditasi juga diartikan sebuah upaya pemerintah untuk menstandarisasi dan menjamin mutu sehingga lebih mudah mengikuti pada tahap pendidikan selanjutnya. Melalui akreditasi, pemerintah bisa lebih mudah menjamin mutu lembaga pendidikan yang lulus dari PAUD yang sudah terakreditasi. Saat ini masih banyak PAUD yang belum terakreditasi salah satunya Raudhatul Athfal di Wilayah Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. Kendala lain adalah pendidik mengalami kebingungan terkait format dokumen untuk setiap butir akreditasi. Keadaan itu membuat pendidik tidak mampu mengerjakan dokumen akreditasi, padahal setiap butir akreditasi tidak menuntut untuk sama formatnya yang terpenting adalah komponen dapat terpenuhi. Pendampingan Persyaratan Permohonan Akreditasi menjadikan kesiapan satuan pendidikan dalam menuntaskan syarat wajib dan syarat khusus setiap standarnya dan mencapai penilaian ketercapaian 70% menuju tahap visitasi, pendampingan ini memberikan target kerja setiap satuan pendidikan dalam melengkapi dan mempersiapkan dokumen standar setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

This article explores the evolving landscape of religious preaching in the digital age, focusing on women religious preachers. In today's world, religious discourse increasingly unfolds on various social media platforms, and the internet has become an integral part of daily life. Social media, once primarily a virtual social network, has now assumed a significant role in various aspects of society. Women religious preachers have taken center stage on social media platforms. They employ diverse communication styles and cover various topics, all aiming to promote good and prevent evil under Islamic values. This research employs qualitative methods and focuses on five prominent female daiyahs active on various social media platforms. We conducted an extensive online survey to assess their impact, audience engagement, and user preferences. Social media analytics tools were used to gather insights into reach, engagement, and emerging trends related to their content. Content analysis was conducted to unveil recurring themes, messaging strategies, and overall influence on their audience. Importantly, these women are engaging in religious discourse and shaping their Islamic identities through their distinct preaching styles. It discusses the adaptability of media technology in the Indonesian context, where global mobile phone practices have been localized and Islamized. This article sheds light on the profound impact of social media on religious preaching and underscores the crucial role of women religious preachers in this evolving landscape. It provides insights into their diverse activities and contributions to religious discourse in the digital age.

Abstract

Manajemen Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Sinergitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam merujuk pada usaha pengelolaan yang efektif dan efisien dalam aspek administratif, organisasional, dan kepemimpinan di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur. Tujuan utamanya adalah memperkuat kerjasama dan sinergi di antara para guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan perhatian pada peran manajemen sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kolaborasi guru. Melalui studi kasus di Kecamatan Duren Sawit, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi sinergitas guru sebagai krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di SMA tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sinergitas guru, evaluasi implementasi kebijakan dan program manajemen sekolah yang mendukung sinergitas tersebut, serta identifikasi tantangan dan hambatan dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi di kalangan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mencari solusi yang telah diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik manajemen yang mendukung tujuan sinergitas guru. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa manajemen sekolah di SMA Budi Mulia Utama, Jakarta Timur, memainkan peran krusial dalam pengembangan sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Temuan menyoroti pentingnya faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi efektif, pengembangan profesionalisme, dan pemberdayaan guru sebagai pendorong utama terbentuknya sinergi di antara para pendidik. Meskipun dihadapi beberapa tantangan, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi solusi yang tepat dan berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam pemahaman tentang efektivitas manajemen sekolah dalam mengelola sinergitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dengan dampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di SMA Budi Mulia Utama dan memberikan panduan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam meningkatkan kolaborasi di konteks pendidikan agama Islam

Students' attitudes and behavior that are not in accordance with school norms are a reflection of the mental health of teenagers, so as an educator, a PAI teacher has the role of leading teenagers towards the gates of success to become a generation of high spiritual quality until they achieve a healthy mentality that can bring goodness to those around them. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the mental health of MAN 2 Jakarta students and what factors influence Islamic religious education teachers in fostering students' mental health. This research uses qualitative methods (field research) or field research by obtaining data that naturally describes the behavior of the object being studied. Data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The problem of this research was answered with the results of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the mental health of MAN 2 Jakarta students, namely; learning process (1) as an educator, providing a good example, (2) as a teacher creating an effective and enjoyable learning atmosphere, (3) as a mentor, helping students overcome learning difficulties, (4) as an advisor, providing advice to students who have problems with good way. As for fostering mental health using a preventive approach; instilling Islamic values ​​in students, getting used to worship, and educating of commendable morals. And through a repressive approach; punishment/punishment and appreciation. Among the factors that influence Islamic religious education teachers in fostering students' mental health are excessive use of gadgets, lack of parental role in supervising and controlling children, and the influence of friends.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon where the enthusiasm of the community to enter Islamic boarding school education (especially salaf Islamic boarding schools) has decreased quite drastically, except for (modern) Islamic boarding schools that are able to adapt to global developments. The public's pessimism towards pesantren education can be seen from the general concern about the opportunity for its graduates to enter the modern workforce which is only open to those who have the ability, skills and mastery of technology.The purpose of this study is to find out more about the description of the learning tradition applied at the Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School and the relevance of its learning tradition in the current digital era 4.0.The method used in this study is a qualitative method that uses a type of research, namely field research. Data collection in this study uses primary data, namely observations, interviews and secondary data, namely books, pesantren profiles or documents related to pesantren.The findings show that there are several aspects that are the basis for the formation of the learning tradition at the Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School, namely: learning methods, curriculum and materials, teacher-student relationships, values and traditions, and media and information literacy. The pesantren also strives for several competencies that are considered to be capital to be able to compete in the digital era 4.0, namely: critical thinking skills, creative thinking, communication, collaboration, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, as well as media and information literacy skills. The restriction of access carried out by the pesantren is a form of effort to balance the management of digital literacy and technology with Islamic values that have been taught in the pesantren.

Abstract

Dhikr mentioning and remembering Allah is not only commanded by Allah and His Messenger, but will also bring direct benefits to everyone who is dhikr. Whoever the person is and under any conditions, dhikr will have a positive impact. Dhikr will give peace to the public just like what a kiyai and ustadz enjoy. Dhikr will soothe a hard man's heart just as it soothes a gentle woman's heart. When people dhikr, God will be close to them without limits and status. However, many ta'lim assembly worshippers are not motivated to dhikr. It is often found that there is a lack of understanding of the congregation for the concept of dhikr in depth. This causes the dhikr to be less meaningful and does not have a significant impact on their spiritual life.This research aims to determine the role of the Book of Lubab Al-Hadith in improving the understanding, motivation, and quality of dhikr of the Ta'lim Al-Wustho Assembly. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that the Book of Lubab Al-Hadith has an important role in increasing the understanding and motivation of the Ta'lim Al-Wustho Assembly congregation in dhikr. The congregation's understanding of dhikr has become deeper, their motivation to dhikr has increased, and the quality of their dhikr has improved. This has a positive impact on the spiritual life of the congregation, which can be seen from the increase in peace of mind, closeness to Allah SWT, and enthusiasm in worship. This research makes a significant contribution in understanding the role of the book of hadith in improving the practice of dhikr and spirituality of Muslims. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for ustadz, ta'lim council administrators, and researchers in developing a more effective dhikr coaching program.

Abstract

Mengajar merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang yang memiliki pengetahuan atau keterampilan yang lebih daripada yang diajar, untuk memberikan suatu pengertian, kecakapan atau ketangkasan. Seperti dikemukakan oleh Slameto bahwa “kegiatan mengajar meliputi penyampaian pengetahuan, menularkan sikap, kecakapan atau keterampilan yang diatur sesuai dengan lingkungan dan yang menghubungkannya dengan subyek yang sedang diajar”. Maka dari itu dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran dibutuhkan sebuah metode. Metode pembelajaran sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebaik apapun materi yang disusun tanpa metode yang baik, niscaya tujuan yang diperoleh tidak akan tercapai secara optimal. Dari sekian banyak macam metode, seorang guru harus kompeten dalam penggunaan metode-metode tersebut dengan tepat. Agar bisa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dengan tepat, sehingga dapat memungkinkan tercapainya tujuan belajar baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Penggunaan metode yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan pengajaran akan menjadi kendala dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah dirumuskan. Seharusnya penggunaan metode dapat menunjang pencapaian tujuan pengajaran bukannya tujuan yang harus menyesuaikan dengan metode. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang tinggi diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang tepat guna terciptanya suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan sarat pengetahuan, sehingga pendidik dapat menggali potensi, keaktifan dan kreatifitas mereka dalam berkarya. Karenanya, efektifitas penggunaan metode patut dipertanyakan. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang baik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menjalani proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan efektifitas penggunaan metode hanya dapat terjadi bila ada kesesuaian antara metode dengan semua komponen pengajaran yang telah diprogramkan dalam satuan pelajaran, sebagai persiapan tertulis. Maka dari itu, dalam penulisan ini peneliti hendak meneliti penggunaan sebuah metode pada sebuah mata pelajaran di suatu sekolah untuk mengetahui keefektifan metode tersebut dalam penggunaannya. Hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas penggunaan metode Quantum Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan sebagai alternative dalam mengajarkan pelajaran Fiqih dengan menggunakan metode Quantum Learning. Berdasarkan analisis data tes, rata-rata nilai siswa pada kelas kontrol dan eksperiman berturut-turut 66,6061 dan 83,4781. Perbedaan rata-rata nilai kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 16,8720 yang berarti metode Quantum Learning lebih efektif dalam peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik bila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran menggunakan metode konvensional dengan nilai efektifitas sebesar 38,6111%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efektifitas nyata pembelajaran dengan metode Quantum Learning dalam peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pelajaran Fiqih kelas VIII di MTs PKP Jakarta Islamic School. purpose of the study; (2) Methods: Describe briefly the main methods or treatments applied; (3) Results: Summarize the article's main findings; and (4) Conclusions: Indicate the main conclusions or interpretations. Abstract

Lingkungan belajar merupakan wilayah dengan segenap isinya yang saling berhubungan dengan kegiatan belajar. Hasil belajar merupakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa secara nyata setelah di lakukan proses belajar mengajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pra survey menyebutkan bahwa pihak sekolah telah memberikan pelayanan yang baik akan tetapi hasil belajar beberapa siswa masih rendah . Hal ini dapat di lihat dari kurang aktif nya siswa ketika mengikuti proses pembelajaran .Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Assyairiyah Attahiriyah Kec.Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur dan seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Smp Assyairiyah Attahiriyah Kec.Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur.Bentuk penelitian ini kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 110 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan instrumen tes dan teknik analisis data menggunakan jenis korelasional. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam . Hal ini dilihat dari pengujian koefisien determinasi nilai korelasi/ hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0,520, dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi ( R Square) sebesar 0,271, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (lingkungan belajar) terhadap variabel terikat (hasil belajar) adalah sebesar 27,1%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan belajar memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.
