Abstract

Changes in the current digital era occur very quickly and lead to conditions that continue to change dynamically, so overcoming the increasing uncertainty in the organization becomes important and urgent, and the organization's ability to develop resilience is also essential. MSMEs face various challenges in the digital era, such as changes in consumer behavior, global competition, and economic uncertainty. The resilience of MSMEs is the primary determinant in overcoming these uncertainties. Understanding how digitalization and HR can complement each other creates excellence and product innovation. This study aims to determine how digitalization, human resources practices, and product innovation affect resilience (Study on Culinary MSMEs in Garut Regency). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using probability and random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study used PLS-SEM. The analysis results show that digitalization does not directly affect resilience; it directly affects resilience by being mediated by product innovation variables.

Abstract

The increasing existence of influencers along with the increasing use of social media has become a new phenomenon because it is considered very promising in terms of the income earned. The higher the level of popularity of an influencer, the higher the endorsement rates charged. The income earned in a year by influencers from endorsement activities is indicated to exceed Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) so that it can be considered a tax object. This research aims to find out about the imposition of tax on endorsement activities by Instagram celebrities in Garut Regency. This type of research is qualitative using a critical study approach. This research analyzes primary data from interviews with five influencers who live in Garut. The results of this research show that an overview of the taxation of endorsement activities by celebgrams in Garut district can be obtained through endorsement activities carried out by influencers amounting to IDR 10,000,000 and where three influencers have a NPWP and two people who do not have a NPWP will be deducted by the agency or provider of income as VAT. This shows that endorsement activities carried out by influencers are one of the state tax activities. Compliance with tax payments for endorsement activities when compared with the provisions of the applicable tax law is still not working well, so it is hoped that the Government can clarify regulations regarding the imposition of tax on endorsement activities to avoid the loss of potential tax that could be received.

Abstract

Urban logistics systems, particularly in the area of last-mile delivery, are undergoing rapid transformation driven by technological advancements such as automation, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics. This study employs a narrative review methodology to examine the interplay between technological innovations and systemic factors influencing logistics performance across urban environments. Literature was systematically gathered from major academic databases using strategic keyword combinations, focusing on social, economic, technological, and institutional dimensions. The results indicate that while emerging technologies significantly enhance delivery efficiency and operational reliability, their impact is often constrained by structural barriers including outdated regulations, limited infrastructure, and socio-economic disparities. Social acceptance, economic readiness, and institutional support emerge as crucial enablers of successful technology adoption. The discussion highlights the necessity for integrated frameworks that address these systemic issues, proposing policy-driven interventions such as collaborative governance models, digital infrastructure investment, and capacity-building initiatives. However, significant gaps remain in the literature, particularly regarding the experiences of low-income urban regions and the role of user behavior in shaping adoption outcomes. This study emphasizes the urgent need for policy alignment and infrastructural equity to ensure that the benefits of innovation are accessible and sustainable across diverse urban contexts. It concludes by advocating for context-sensitive, interdisciplinary research that bridges technological potential with systemic inclusiveness.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of dynamic routing algorithms on urban logistics, focusing on their role in improving operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. With the rise of e-commerce and the increasing complexity of urban transport networks, dynamic routing has emerged as a critical solution for reducing delivery times, optimizing fleet usage, and minimizing emissions. The methodology for this review involved a comprehensive search of key academic databases, including Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar, using relevant keywords and inclusion criteria. The results demonstrate that algorithms integrating real-time data, artificial intelligence, and hybrid optimization models significantly enhance routing decisions. Furthermore, real-time systems that incorporate GIS and IoT data enable more responsive and context-aware logistics operations. However, challenges such as infrastructure disparities, data interoperability, and policy support must be addressed to fully realize the potential of dynamic routing in urban environments. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of policy interventions and collaborative efforts to overcome these barriers and proposes future research directions to improve scalability and data integration in dynamic routing systems.

Abstract

Carbon pricing has become a central instrument in global strategies to mitigate climate change, yet its economic, social, and environmental implications remain contested. This study provides a narrative review synthesizing literature from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar to evaluate the effectiveness of carbon pricing mechanisms. Keywords including carbon tax, emissions trading systems, carbon pricing mechanisms, and economic implications guided the selection of peer-reviewed studies published between 2000 and 2025. Inclusion criteria focused on research addressing economic growth, innovation, social equity, and environmental outcomes across developed and developing contexts. Results show that carbon pricing fosters green innovation, reduces emissions in energy and transport, and generates fiscal revenues that can finance social and environmental programs. However, outcomes vary significantly: industries with high resource dependence face cost burdens, low-income households are disproportionately affected, and developing countries struggle with institutional weaknesses and carbon leakage. Comparative analysis demonstrates that both carbon taxes and cap-and-trade systems can be effective when complemented by redistributive mechanisms, strong institutions, and integration with broader policy frameworks. The discussion highlights systemic political, economic, and institutional factors that influence success and identifies gaps in longitudinal and social impact research. Findings suggest that well-designed carbon pricing can balance mitigation and equity objectives, but future research must expand comparative analyses and explore hybrid policy models. The study underscores carbon pricing as an indispensable yet context-sensitive tool for achieving sustainable low-carbon transitions.
