Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana Teknik ini menjelaskan sesuatu yang dipelajari apa adanya, dan menarik kesimpulan dari fenomena yang dapat diamati dengan menggunakan angka- angka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada 10 perusahaan tergolong kedalam sub-sektor makann dan minuman. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Observasi penelitian dilakukan dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio likuiditas yang di proksikan dengan current Rasio, Quick rasio, cash rasio dan rasio profitabiltas yang diproksikan dengan, Return on Asset, Return to Equity dan Net profit margin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 10 perusahaan yang dianalisis perusahan PT. Unilever Indonesia dnegan kode emiten UNVR dan PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk dengan kode emiten MLBI serta PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk dengan kode emiten INDF memiliki nilai rasio likuiditas kurang baik atau dibawah rata-rata nilai rasio likuiditas di industry manufaktur namun pada rasio profitabilitas PT. Unilever Indonesia dengan kode emiten UNVR dan PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk dengan kode emiten MLBI memiliki nilai cukup baik dari rata-rata industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara komprehensif peran audit internal dalam konteks peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan metode kajian pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada 10 (sepuluh) jurnal disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 8 jurnal yang menyatakan bahwa audit internal memiliki peran terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Temuan ini didukung oleh hasil analisis data kuantitatif dari beberapa penelitian yang menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara peran audit internal dan kualitas laporan keuangan. 2 penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa peran audit internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Dengan fenomena dimana pemerintah daerah kadang-kadang menghasilkan audit internal dengan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan, tetapi respon yang lambat dan kurang tepat dari pihak yang diaudit membuat pemeriksaan auditor internal menjadi kurang berarti.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial component of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum to develop a generation with integrity and competitiveness. This study aims to develop the management of character education assessment at SMA 1 Rancaekek through a holistic approach oriented toward the Pancasila Student Profile. The position of this research lies in aligning character education assessment with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is qualitative-descriptive, with data collection procedures including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The core findings indicate that character education assessment management involves integrated planning, implementation based on authentic assessment, and evaluation through collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. The results conclude that an effective character education assessment system can improve the quality of learning and strengthen students' character, offering recommendations for other schools to optimally implement the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Tradisi Mendhak Sepisan adalah tradisi peringatan satu tahun orang meninggal. Tradisi ini memiliki makna untuk mengingatkan bahwa semua yang bernyawa akan merasakan mati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui dua sumber, yaitu data lapangan dan data sekunder. Data lapangan ini diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada masyarakat Desa Sedayu dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan yang terkait dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk tradisi mendhak sepisan di Desa Sedayu dan bagaimana masyarakat Desa Sedayu memaknai tradisi ini. Kemudian dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa bentuk dari tradisi mendhak sepisan ini adalah mengirim doa untuk orang tua atau kerabat yang telah meninggal. Makna dari adanya tradisi mendhak sepisan ini adalah menjadi pengingat akan datangnya kematian yang akan dihadapi oleh seluruh umat manusia di dunia. Selain itu tradisi mendhak sepisan ini juga memiliki makna untuk menghormati setiap tanggal atau hari kematian dari orang tua atau kerabat yang telah meninggal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset, Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share dan Current Ratio terhadap harga saham. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampe penelitian ini sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan periode waktu selama 3 tahun yaitu 2020 sampai dengan 2022, sehingga menjadi 81 laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program eviews v. 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dan Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham Sedangkan secara simultan seluruh variabel Return On Asset, Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share dan Current Ratio berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham. Konstribusi pengaruh variabel sebesar 95%

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of teachers as example with in development of the character studets and the factors that influence development of character students of State Junior High School (SMPN) 1 Sawit Seberang, Langkat. This study used the descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects were the headmaster, headmaster deputies, teachers, studeats, and chairman of the committee of SMPN 1 Sawit Seberang, Langkat. Techniques used to collect data were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used interactive model of Miles Huberman, following the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawings. The results of the research show the following the role of teachers as example must be demonstrated through speech, attitude, and personality, like courtesy, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, honesty, and concern for students and others. The factors that support development of character students include their commitment to the school community, the curriculum standard content, headmaster leadership, and togetherness. The factors that inhibit the development of character students include the limited financial resources, lack of awareness of parents, and in different attitude of some teachers and students.

Abstract

One way for us to maintain the sanctity of the Qur’an is to memorize its words properly and correctly. The implementation of memorizing the Qur’an, especially in elementary schools/Madrasahs other than Islamic boarding schools, certainly requires preparation both mentally and physically. As has been implemented at the Tahfidz Al-Ihsan House, the ustadzah applies a special method for memorizing so that students can feel comfortable and not get bored of memorizing. This research aims to determine the application of the wahdah method at the Tahfidz Al-Ihsan House and the results after applying the wahdah method at the Tahfidz Al-Ihsan House. This research is field research using descriptive qualitative research, namely a series of data collection processes, combining and drawing conclusions about the data. Data collected through observation, documentation and interviews. The research results state that the application of the wahdah method used to improve the results of memorizing the Koran for students who have difficulty memorizing has shown results compared to before. The results of the research show that the wahdah method is a suitable method for memorizing at the Tahfidz Al-Ihsan House. Santri and ustadzah don’t really encounter any difficulties when using this method. Indeed, there are several difficulties encountered by ustadzah and students, such as sometimes not having enough time to complete memorization. However, this can be overcome by telling students to continue memorizing at home and deposit it again the next day before starting learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of mastery and application of Pancasila values as the state's philosophical foundation (Philosofische Grondslag) among Indonesian students, particularly in facing the currents of globalization and information disruption in the digital era. From a legal perspective, Pancasila holds the position of the state's fundamental norm (Staatsfundamentalnorm) which serves as the basis for the entire Indonesian legal system (Grundnorm), while also functioning as the nation's unifying bond and national worldview (Weltanschauung). The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with an incidental sampling technique involving 10 students as respondents. The data collection tool was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale with four response options, evaluating four dimensions: (1) mastery of the five Sila principles, (2) understanding of Pancasila as the state foundation, (3) historical knowledge of the Pancasila formulation, and (4) practice of Pancasila values in daily activities. The findings indicate a very adequate level of understanding among respondents regarding Pancasila's position as the state foundation (93.3% Strongly Agree) and the urgency of understanding Pancasila for all Indonesian people (93.3% Strongly Agree). The majority of respondents felt capable of describing the five Sila principles (73.3% Strongly Agree) and understood Pancasila's function in maintaining national unity. The implementation of Pancasila values in daily behavior, such as tolerant attitudes and the spirit of gotong royong (mutual cooperation), showed a high level of affirmation (an accumulation of 86.6% Agree and Strongly Agree). Nevertheless, a gap in understanding was identified in the dimension of the history of Pancasila's formulation, with 20% of respondents giving a neutral response. Educational institutions were deemed to have contributed effectively (a total of 93.3% Agree and Strongly Agree) in promoting the internalization of these values.Comprehensively, the level of student understanding of Pancasila as the state foundation is categorized as satisfactory. This study suggests strengthening the learning material regarding the historical process of Pancasila's ratification and innovation in teaching methods that are more contextual, creative, and applicable (educational, recreational, reflective, and futuristic) to ensure the comprehensive internalization of Pancasila values—covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects—as a pillar of national ideological resilience in facing future challenges.
