Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is a very rapid breakthrough. Internet is a medium of information and communication that is connected globally and can be accessed by anyone and anywhere. Cibungur village is one of the villages in the Rancakalong sub-district, Sumedang district. People are very worried about the negative impact of the development of internet technology, especially for children and adolescents. With the phenomenon of technological development in Cibungur Village, it is necessary to provide understanding regarding the involvement of parents, especially those with small children or teenagers, how to anticipate children's dependence on accessing the internet. This research  uses that method Community Based Research (CBR), including building the basic principles and concepts of research, research planning, Information gathering and analysis then action on the findings. After the implementation of the training, the Cibungur Village community represented by village officials, community leaders and parents with young children/adolescents could better understand the important role of parents for children in using the internet. So that children can control their daily activities, do not abandon the habit of studying through stationery, avoid addiction or bad habits of excessive use of electronic devices and use the internet as needed.

Abstract

With the abundance of universities scattered across various regions in the country, they should be able to shape human characteristics and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Sapta Mandiri Institute of Technology is a private higher education institution Where in learning it is required to be more innovative and creative in producing graduates and responsive to workforce needs. In this study, a group of high- and low-achieving students was carried out with the aim of classifying student efficiency and performance. By combining two techniques, namely the k-means algorithm and elbow clustering, so that the performance results will be more accurate in analyzing and evaluating the progress of student performance. The results show that the application of the Elbow method in this study produces the best number of clusters into 3 clusters. The results of this cluster are useful for the program in analyzing student academic performance based on the cluster formed.

Abstract

Based on the observations, this study was motivated by the fluctuating number of students at Al Ma’soem School during the 2021-2024 period. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction measured from the quality of facility services. The research method employed is quantitative associative with the support of data mining. The object of this research is the satisfaction of elementary, junior high and high school students of Al Ma'soem by using primary data and data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, questionnaires and tests. The population in this study is all Al Ma'soem students as many as 2,462 students, while the sample taken is 660 students. The results obtained show that on average 81% are satisfied. Thus, the quality of facility services has a significant relationship with the level of student satisfaction. Improving facility services not only enhances student satisfaction but also supports the effectiveness of learning in the Al Ma’soem Boarding School environment.

Abstract

The graphic design training using the Canva application was provided to the students of Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Falah Ash-Shiddiqie Bandung to enhance their digital skills. The selection of this topic is based on the students' need to keep up with technological advancements, especially in the field of design, which is increasingly required in the modern world. The community service method used was practice-based training, where the students were introduced to the basics of graphic design and the use of Canva, followed by independent practice sessions supervised by instructors. The results of the training showed that the students were able to grasp the fundamentals of graphic design and utilize Canva to create simple visual content that can be used in pesantren activities or event promotions. In conclusion, this training is essential in equipping students with skills relevant to the digital age and opening new opportunities for them to create and contribute creatively in their environment.

Abstract

Cinangsi Village is one of the villages located in the Cisitu Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency. A portion of the community works as home-based entrepreneurs, commonly referred to as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The marketing of their products is still carried out in traditional ways and has not yet utilized digital technology tools that are currently trending. The most prominent issue faced by MSME actors is that they do not know where to start when it comes to online marketing, mainly due to limited skills and understanding of digital technology. Through an approach that involves socialization, participation, and implementation, a three-stage method was applied: the preparation stage, which includes field surveys and communication; the implementation stage, which involves assistance and guidance; and the evaluation stage, which reviews the outcomes achieved. As a result, MSME actors are now able to package their products with attractive designs, promote them through social media, and market them online through popular marketplaces visited by potential customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of productive zakat management in the digital era as implemented by the Zakat Management Institution Musa'adatul Ummah. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to gain in-depth understanding of the institution’s strategic efforts in empowering zakat recipients (mustahik). The findings reveal that the strategy focuses on the selection of potential mustahik, the provision of business capital in the form of non-repayable grants, and intensive mentoring in entrepreneurship. The institution has also begun utilizing digital technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in fundraising through digital platforms, program promotion via social media, and zakat distribution reporting in the form of digital infographics. However, the digitization process still faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient digital competence among human resources, and low digital literacy among mustahik. These findings highlight the need for institutional capacity building, the development of an integrated digital zakat system, and strategic collaboration with various stakeholders to support sustainable digital transformation in zakat management. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a digital-based zakat management model and practically offers insights for local zakat institutions to navigate the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

PT. Niasa, like many MSMEs in Indonesia, faced significant operational challenges due to its manual transaction recording and inventory management systems. These manual processes led to crucial issues such as recording errors, data duplication, reporting delays, and difficulty in monitoring stock in real-time. This research aims to design and build a web-based Point of Sale (POS) information system to address these problems. To meet the dynamic needs of MSMEs and ensure the resulting solution aligns with user requirements, the Scrum methodology was chosen for its iterative and adaptive approach. The output of this research is a functional web-based POS system, which includes features for user, product, transaction, and report management. Implementation results show the system successfully improved operational efficiency through increased transaction speed, data accuracy, and faster report generation.

Abstract

Management is the process of planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling resources to a set goal. Population data is an important asset in planning and decision-making. Website-based information systems can increase government transparency and involve the public in the management of population data, facilitating computerized data processing so that it becomes more efficient and efficient. Research methods use qualitative methods to understand and explain phenomena in a good context. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, documentation, library studies, and implementation. Use case and class diagrams are used to identify and describe functions or interactions between actors and systems. In running the system use three actors namely IT staff, admin and head of the hamlet. The purpose of the website is that users can obtain relevant information, make transactions, communicate, interact with administrators and other users globally and in real time. The results showed that with the creation of an information system of population deposition management in Nagreg villages can improve the efficiency in the deposition process and reduce human error, easier to obtain and update information on population data.

Abstract

Firli Group is an e-commerce and digital marketing company. At every new employee recruitment, Firli Group is still manual or semi-computerized, making it difficult to determine prospective new employees. Therefore we need a system that can be petrified to facilitate decision making, namely by using the Weight Product Model (WPM). WPM is a model of Decision Support System (DSS), namely by ranking, this analysis is carried out with a sample of 5 people. Decision support system on the acceptance of new employees, is expected to help the company.
