Abstract

Teaching human anatomy, a crucial subject for elementary students, benefits greatly from innovative educational tools. Augmented Reality (AR) is explored as a means to enhance traditional learning methods by integrating interactive 3D models, audio explanations, and zoom features into an AR application. The objective is to make learning about human organs more engaging and informative. The Waterfall model is employed for system development, including stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Unity 3D, Blender for 3D modeling, and Vuforia for marker-based AR tracking are utilized in the development process. Results show that the AR application significantly improves students' understanding and retention of anatomical concepts compared to conventional methods. The conclusion underscores AR's effectiveness in overcoming the limitations of traditional learning media by offering a more immersive and interactive learning environment. Future development could expand the application’s educational content and further enhance interactivity, potentially broadening AR's impact in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Independent assessment is a must for every educational institution, and one way is to conduct surveys to assess student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of student satisfaction with the learning process using the five dimensions of the SERVQUAL variable as independent variables and student satisfaction as the dependent variable. The total population was 185 respondents, the sample used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and used a questionnaire to obtain data. The results of this research process show that reliability has a significant effect on student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,163 with value r = 0,034. Responsiveness has a significant effect on student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,146 with value r = 0,045. Significant guarantee of satisfaction students with a value of β = 0,171 with value r = 0,041. Empathy is significant for student satisfaction with a value of β = 0,199 with value r = 0,007. Tangibles is significant for consumer satisfaction with a value of β = 0,274 with value r = 0,000. The F test of the SERVQUAL variable with customer satisfaction shows a significant simultaneous influence on the evidence with an F value of 31,191 > 0,05. And the contribution value of the influence of the five SERVQUAL variables on customer satisfaction with the adjusted R square result of 75,5%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of a conducive work environment and salary welfare on the performance of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. The performance of PAUD teachers is an important factor in the quality of education which is influenced by various factors, including working environment conditions and financial well-being. The research method used is a quantitative survey with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PAUD teachers in the area, and analyzed using regression analysis to measure the influence of the work environment and salary welfare on teacher performance. The research results show that a conducive work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, as well as salary welfare. The combination of these two factors shows a strong relationship in increasing the motivation and work effectiveness of PAUD teachers with an R2 value of 55.9%, the remaining 41% was not examined in this research. These findings provide practical implications for school administrators and policy makers to create a better work environment and increase salary welfare in order to improve the performance of PAUD teachers, which in the end can have a positive impact on the quality of early childhood education.
