Abstract

Karangasem regency is one of nine districts in Bali, which has tourism potential and can be developed into an attractive destination. But now the development of tourism destinations in the district is still not optimal so that requires a strategy in its development efforts. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of tourism in Karangasem Regency by making the analysis of class / level and identify the cluster of tourist destinations based on the type of tourism, the availability of facilities and facilities and tourist visits, and make the development through SWOT cluster analysis which in the future can be a reference In developing conservation based tourism area in Karangasem regency. The method used is a mix method that combines qualitative and quantitative research analysis. The results of this research is the class / order of tourism destinations in karangasem district shows that the level of development of the destination is still in the middle to lower level, the number of indicators that have not been met make the pattern of development is still in the order of 3-6. Based on the survey results there are clusters of tourist destinations in Karangasem regency consisting of: nature tourism (nature) & beach (coastal), heritage tourism, and agro. Based on the above, it is necessary to make efforts and strategies to develop tourism destinations in Karangasem Regency such as tourism product development strategy based on tourism and conservation tourism, technology utilization in promotion strategy, tourism product strengthening and human resources quality improvement strategy for tourism management in Karangasem regency. Kata Kunci: Cluster of Tourism, conservation based tourism, tourism product.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden. Sebelumnya, BPS merupakan Biro Pusat Statistik, yang dibentuk berdasarkan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 1960 tentang Sensus dan UU Nomer 7 Tahun 1960 tentang Statistik. Sebagai pengganti kedua UU tersebut ditetapkan UU Nomor 16 Tahun 1997 tentang Statistik. Berdasarkan UU ini yang ditindaklanjuti dengan peraturan perundangan dibawahnya, secara formal nama Biro Pusat Statistik diganti menjadi Badan Pusat Statistik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyederhanakan dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses registrasi serta pengumpulan data sosial ekonomi masyarakat pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode SDLC model waterfall. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan memberikan data yang akurat dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah.

Abstract

Purpose – Zotero is a Reference Management Software (RMS) that can help students manage references, citations, and bibliographies automatically. However, the background factors and the extent to which students understand and feel the benefits of using Zotero in this process have not been widely studied, especially from a qualitative research perspective. Therefore, this study aims to examine the factors behind using Zotero as a reference management tool and its impact on the process of writing academic texts for students.Methodology – The research employs a qualitative design with data collected from twelve undergraduate students at Tanjungpura University during the 2023-2024 academic year. Participants were selected based on their confirmed experience using Zotero for academic writing. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns and themes in the responses.Findings – The research findings indicate three main themes. The first theme is the perception of ease of use, with subthemes of ease of download, installation, and use, as well as ease of understanding and learning. The second theme is the perception of usefulness with the subthemes of time efficiency, improved score, improving writing quality, ease of citation, and bibliography, making it easy to translate. The third theme is the influence of using the subthemes of academic encouragement, friend encouragement, and lecturer encouragement. These findings underscore Zotero’s effectiveness in supporting students’ academic writing needs.Significance – This research benefits educators, students, and academic institutions seeking to incorporate practical reference management tools into academic writing practices. It highlights Zotero's potential to streamline the writing process and improve academic outcomes, offering valuable insights for integrating technology into higher education curricula. Keywords : Zotero, RMS, Reference Management, Student, Perception

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Zotero dan Connected Papers untuk mahasiswa FKIP Untan dalam mengelola referensi dan penulisan karya ilmiah. Zotero, sebagai alat manajemen referensi, membantu peneliti dalam mengorganisir dan mengutip sumber secara efisien. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan peneliti menyimpan, mengatur, dan mengutip referensi dengan mudah serta meningkatkan kolaborasi dan berbagi sumber daya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan Zotero dan Connected Paper untuk menghindari plagiasi dan menyusun bibliografi sesuai gaya tertentu, serta mempersiapkan mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir dan mengumpulkan referensi relevan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 21 Oktober 2024 di Gedung Kuliah Bersama B dengan peserta sebanyak 46 mahasiswa semester pertama. Proses pelaksanaan melibatkan metode ceramah untuk penyampaian materi, demonstrasi praktik penggunaan aplikasi, diskusi interaktif untuk menjawab pertanyaan peserta, serta bimbingan kelompok dan individu dalam penginstalan dan pengoperasian aplikasi. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup perencanaan dengan studi pendahuluan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi untuk memastikan capaian luaran, yakni peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam kajian literatur yang mendukung penulisan artikel ilmiah sesuai standar nasional maupun internasional. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi Zotero dan Connected Paper untuk mencari dan mengelola referensi penelitian dengan baik. Namun, terdapat hambatan seperti tidak semua peserta memiliki laptop, yang membatasi mereka dalam mengikuti praktik menggunakan aplikasi Zotero yang memerlukan perangkat tersebut. Selain itu, keterbatasan akses ke fitur premium pada Connected Paper juga menjadi kendala bagi beberapa peserta dalam mengakses lebih banyak kata kunci dan artikel terkait.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the discourse structure in the folklore of Asal-Muasal Keroak Bangkai by using Teun A. van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) theory, which includes three main dimensions: text structure, social cognition, and social context. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman which consists of three research stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Teun A. van Dijk's CDA approach was used to analyse the macro structure, superstructure, and micro structure of the folktales. The results showed that at the macro level, the story raised the theme of prudence and the consequences of human negligence in facing spiritual warnings. At the superstructure level, the story has a complete and structured narrative flow from introduction to conflict resolution. The microstructure shows the use of archaic diction, metaphorical language style, and stylistic elements typical of traditional oral literature. In terms of social cognition, the author conveys the moral message of the importance of preparedness and belief in the signs of the supernatural. The social context of the story reflects the belief system and cultural values of the local people who value traditions, myths, and the educational function of folklore. The overall analysis shows that folklore is not only a form of entertainment, but also a means of learning and in society.

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) mempunyai tugas melaksanakan sebagian tugas Kantor Departemen Agama Kabupaten di bidang urusan Agama Islam di wilayah Kecamatan. Tujuan dari sistem ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen  mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai  Non ASN secara lebih objektif dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga digunakan untuk mencatat, menganalisa dan menyajikan data kinerja karyawan secara objektif dan efisien. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini menggunakan metode System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) dalam proses pengembangan system dan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan basis data MySQL. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) ini dibuat dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) direncanakan akan digunakan oleh Kantor Urusan Agama  Barabai. Sistem ini di harapkan dapat memperoleh hasil bahwa metode SAW dapat memberikan penilaian kinerja pegawai Non ASN yang lebih akurat dan objektif serta dapat menguntungkan pihak manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai promosi, penghargaan dan pengembangan pegawai. Namun, sistem ini harus diperbarui secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perubahan  lingkungan kerja

Abstract

Help Village Fund Cash Direct or abbreviated is the provision of cash to poor or incapacitated families in villages originating from the Village Fund with the aim of accelerating the elimination of extreme poverty and reducing economic impact. The decision support system for beneficiaries in Anduhum Village uses the Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) is a system designed to assist officials in determining the most suitable beneficiary candidates based on predetermined criteria, such as income, number of dependents, health conditions, and educational status. The SAW method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion and produce a ranking of beneficiary candidates who best meet these criteria. This system is expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness in distributing aid in Anduhum Village. The development of this decision support system was developed using the SAW method using the PHP programming language (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor), as well as a MySQL database as a database server. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, recommendations for the names of beneficiaries of social assistance programs are obtained based on ranking. Besides that, based on the results of blackbox testing , this system runs according to its function
