Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan produk, persepsi label halal, dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian detergen berlabel halal di Kabupaten Langkat, dengan fokus pada ibu rumah tangga. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan gabungan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 140 responden yang merupakan ibu rumah tangga muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan produk, persepsi label halal, dan religiusitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Model regresi linier berganda yang digunakan menghasilkan persamaan Y = - 2.630 + 0.138 X1 + 0.887 X2 + 0.116 X3. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebesar 84,6%, sementara 15,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang produk, persepsi terhadap label halal, serta religiusitas konsumen memainkan peran penting dalam keputusan pembelian detergen berlabel halal di Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini relevan bagi produsen yang ingin meningkatkan daya tarik produk halal dan menyasar konsumen yang peduli dengan aspek kehalalan produk.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on profit growth. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain criteria, so that a sample of 18 companies was obtained. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results state that the Current Ratio has no effect on profit growth, Total Assets Turnover has no effect on profit growth, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on profit growth, Net Profit Margin has an effect on profit growth. Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have no effect on profit growth

Abstract

Abstract. This study iams to determine how the structural analysis and development of the national banking system in Indonesia. This study ia s library research. In this study, the author uses previous journal to answer research questions. The result of the study concluded that the national banking system in Indonesia experienced significant structural changes, especially after the implementation of the 1988 patch. These changes include the growth of banking networks, increased credit provision, and mobilization of public funds. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis struktural dan perkembangan sistem perbankan nasional di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jurnal terdahulu untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem perbankan nasional di Indonesia mengalami perubahan struktural yang signifikan, terutama setelah diterapkannya Pakto 1988. Abstract

This study was motivated by the importance of positive character building in elementary school students for community development, but initial observations in grade 4 of Muhammadiyah Gilipanda Elementary School, Bima City showed that many students (8 out of 24) still showed negative characters such as lack of discipline and responsibility. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the social collaboration model in building positive character in students, as well as identifying obstacles faced by teachers. The focus of the problem is how the implementation of a social collaboration-based learning model can shape positive character and what obstacles are faced by teachers. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach for one month at Muhammadiyah Gilipanda Elementary School, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that before the implementation of the model, most students lacked a sense of responsibility. The implementation of the social collaboration model, which involves group learning, parental and community involvement, and discussion forums to train cooperation, has been proven to be used to build positive character. It was concluded that the social collaboration model is effective in improving social skills, fostering positive characters such as cooperation and respecting differences, and has the potential to improve students' academic achievement. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembentukan karakter positif pada siswa sekolah dasar untuk pembangunan masyarakat, namun observasi awal di kelas 4 SD Muhammadiyah Gilipanda Kota Bima menunjukkan banyak siswa (8 dari 24) masih menunjukkan karakter negatif seperti kurang disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model kolaborasi sosial dalam membangun karakter positif siswa, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi guru. Fokus masalahnya adalah bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis kolaborasi sosial dapat membentuk karakter positif dan apa saja kendala yang dihadapi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif selama satu bulan di SD Muhammadiyah Gilipanda, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penerapan model, sebagian besar siswa kurang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab. Penerapan model kolaborasi sosial, yang melibatkan belajar kelompok, keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas, serta forum diskusi untuk melatih kerja sama, terbukti dapat digunakan untuk membangun karakter positif. Disimpulkan bahwa model kolaborasi sosial efektif meningkatkan kemampuan sosial, menumbuhkan karakter positif seperti kerja sama dan menghargai perbedaan, serta berpotensi meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Income Tax (PPh) and its impact on taxpayer compliance in Indonesia. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review, using various journals, articles, and official documents related to taxation as data sources. Data collection techniques include identification, classification, and synthesis of relevant literature, while analysis is conducted descriptively and systematically to describe the relationship between PPh implementation, taxpayer compliance, and state revenue. The findings indicate that effective PPh implementation supported by sound administrative systems, digitalization (e-filing and e-billing), socialization, supervision, and enforcement of sanctions can improve taxpayer compliance. Internal factors such as tax awareness and understanding of regulations, as well as external factors including service quality, culture, and social environment, significantly influence compliance behavior. This study provides practical value for tax authorities in designing effective taxation strategies that integrate technology, education, fiscal policy, and supervision to enhance compliance and state revenue sustainably.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) dan dampaknya terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan berbagai jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen resmi terkait perpajakan sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi identifikasi, pengklasifikasian, dan sintesis informasi dari literatur yang relevan, sedangkan analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan sistematis untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara penerapan PPh, kepatuhan wajib pajak, dan penerimaan negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PPh yang didukung sistem administrasi yang baik, teknologi digitalisasi (e-filing dan e-billing), sosialisasi, serta pengawasan dan penegakan sanksi dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Faktor internal seperti kesadaran pajak dan pemahaman regulasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti kualitas pelayanan, budaya, dan lingkungan sosial juga berperan signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku kepatuhan. Penelitian ini memberikan nilai praktis bagi otoritas pajak untuk merumuskan strategi perpajakan yang efektif, menggabungkan teknologi, edukasi, kebijakan fiskal, dan pengawasan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan penerimaan negara secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and consumer confidence on purchase satisfaction on the TikTok Shop platform. TikTok Shop is one of the short video-based social media that has now developed into a means of electronic commerce that is of interest to the public, especially the younger generation. The research method used is quantitative with causal approach (explanatory). The Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who had made purchases on TikTok Shop. The results showed that partially digital marketing does not have a positive effect on purchase satisfaction and for consumer confidence variables proved to have a positive effect on purchase satisfaction.But simultaneously, the results of the third hypothesis show that Digital marketing and consumer confidence contribute positively to increasing purchase satisfaction in TikTok Shop. These findings indicate that ineffective digital marketing strategies and efforts to build customer trust are important factors in creating a satisfying shopping experience on social media-based e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), solvency, EBITDA, and employee motivation on the performance of the Regional Public Drinking Water Company (Perumda AM) in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province for the 2018-2023 period using a quantitative approach with secondary data from annual reports and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that ROE significantly influences company performance (sig. 0.041 < 0.05), while solvency (sig. 0.619), EBITDA (sig. 0.719), and employee motivation (sig. 0.170) do not. The Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is 0.208, explaining 20.8% of the variation in performance. This finding confirms the inconsistency of previous research and emphasizes the role of profitability in the context of regional public service companies.
