Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh biaya produksi, modal kerja,tingkat pendidikan pemilik, dan ukuran UMKM terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Saat ini UMKM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Studi ini di lakukan pada UKM di sentra batu bata yang terletak di Teras Boyolali Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 UMKM kerajinan batu bata, dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh 95 UMKM kerajinan batu bata. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi dan ukuran (yang di proxikan denganjumlah tenaga kerja) berpengaruh positif sedangkan modal dan tingkat pendidikan pemilik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of financial literacy, digital literacy, and government support mediated by digital financial services adoption and financial inclusion in influencing the financial performance of MSMEs in Central Java. The model in this study was developed from the RBV (Resource Based View) theoretical framework. This study is a type of quantitative study with an explanatory design. The population determined is MSMEs in the food and beverage sector of Central Java Province. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling of 238 respondents using Google Forms. Next, the data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3. This study found that financial literacy, government support, digital financial services adoption, and financial inclusion determine the financial performance of MSMEs. These four factors show a significant influence. On the contrary, digital literacy did not significantly affect MSMEs’ financial performance. This research contribution is theoretically expected to be useful in developing RBV (Resource Based View) theory. In addition, it is a direction for three parties (government, entrepreneurs, and financiers) in formulating policies related to strategies to optimize MSMEs’ financial performance based on digital technology. DOI: 10.26905/jkdp.v27i3.11147

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of current financial management stress, expected future financial security, and digital financial inclusion on Muslim Women Entrepreneurs (WOEs) well-being. From an Islamic perspective, wise budgeting and retirement security are part of the ethical principles of Islamic economics that support individual well-being. Researchers also looked at how self-control functions as a moderating factor in the relationship between the well-being of Muslim WOE and the stress associated with money management today, future financial security expectations, and digital financial inclusion. The hope is to develop knowledge and essential components for achieving success in WOE within Central Java. Using both primary and secondary data sources, this study employs a quantitative methodology and an explanatory research design. Respondents were 200 MSMEs in the food or culinary sector in Central Java whose owners are Muslim women entrepreneurs. Data gathering through questionnaire distribution and analysis using the PLS-SEM method. The study results show that stress in current financial management greatly influences expected future financial security and the well-being of Muslim WOE. In addition, expected future financial security greatly influences well-being, while digital financial inclusion does not show a significant impact. Self-control has been shown to directly affect well-being, although it does not function as a moderating variable. These findings enrich the comprehension of the elements that contribute to the success of Muslim WOE in Indonesia's economic and social context, taking into account the Islamic values ??that underlie economic well-being.

Abstract

This study unit is configured to execute an analysis of the influence of service quality, promotion, and price parameters in correlation with the customer satisfaction variable within the modern retail system, with the test object focused on Indomaret, Demak City. The data acquisition and processing procedures are implemented through a quantitative survey mechanism involving 100 respondent entities, utilizing a multiple linear regression algorithm as an analytical instrument to map the relationship between independent variables (service quality, promotion, price) and the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The calculation results indicate that the service quality, promotion, and price components collectively generate a significant impact on the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This research is motivated by changes in consumer shopping behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic, which led to an increase in online transactions, particularly for electronic products. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefit on consumers’ online purchasing decisions at Candi Elektronik Store in Surakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 190 respondents, and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the SmartPLS software. The findings show that perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, meaning that the lower the perceived risk, the greater the likelihood of consumers making a purchase, while perceived benefit also has a positive and significant effect, indicating that the higher the perceived benefit, the stronger consumers’ tendency to engage in online transactions. The R-Square value of 0.279 indicates that the two independent variables explain 27.9% of the variance in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 72.1% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kaum perempuan di Desa Nyangkringan, Demak, melalui inovasi pengolahan tumbuhan brayo menjadi permen jelly. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal yang selama ini hanya diolah menjadi keripik, program ini berupaya menciptakan produk baru yang lebih menarik dan bernilai jual tinggi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi kepada pengurus Ibu-Ibu PKK untuk memahami manfaat brayo, diikuti dengan pelatihan intensif dalam pembuatan permen jelly, pengemasan ramah lingkungan, serta teknik pemasaran. Setelah pelatihan, tim pengabdian memberikan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kelancaran produksi dan pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan keterampilan anggota PKK, dukungan dari perangkat desa, serta penguatan kreativitas perempuan setempat. Diharapkan, inovasi permen jelly ini dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dan berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan ekonomi di Desa Nyangkringan.

Abstract

IntroductionAs the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to develop the financial welfare of MSMEs as a driver of economic growth. However, studies on the financial well-being of MSMEs from an Islamic finance perspective are limited.ObjectivesThis study discusses the impact of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial behavior on the financial well-being of MSMEs, with e-payment usage as a moderating variable. MethodThis study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 200 culinary MSMEs in Semarang, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using the partial least squares structural equation modelling technique.ResultsThe dimensions of Islamic financial literacy (Islamic financial knowledge, financial skills, and self-efficacy) have a significant positive effect on Islamic financial behavior. Islamic financial knowledge has no significant effect on financial well-being of MSMEs, whereas financial skills and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect. Islamic financial behavior has a significant positive effect on financial well-being of MSMEs. E-payment usage does not moderate the relationship between Islamic financial knowledge and financial skills towards Islamic financial behavior. ImplicationsThis study shows the importance of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial behavior to improving the financial welfare of MSMEs in Indonesia. The government and Islamic finance stakeholders in Indonesia need to continue to improve Islamic financial literacy and the Islamic financial behavior of society.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the development of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial behavior as part of efforts to improve the financial welfare of MSMEs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking pada BNI 46 KC Karangayu Semarang dengan minat nasabah dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang terdaftar sebagai pengguna E-banking di Bank BNI 46 KC Karangayu Semarang sebanyak 44.380 nasabah (data EIS BNI 46 KC Karangayu Semarang). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini digunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan acak sederhana dimana setiap unit analisis memperoleh kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 100 responden (dibulatkan ke atas agar dapat mewakili jumlah populasi). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pengujian instrumen data, uji kelayakan model, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Kemudahan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 31,684 > t tabel = 1,661.  Kemudahan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan nasabah yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 35,738 > t tabel = 1,661. Kemudahan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 28,490 > t tabel = 1,661. Minat nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 42,141 > t tabel = 1,661.Kepercayaan nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 45,695 > t tabel = 1,661. Kemudahan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking dengan minat nasabah sebagai mediasi yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 5,177 > t tabel = 1,661. Kemudahan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menggunakan E-Banking dengan kepercayaan nasabah sebagai mediasi yang dapat dilihat dari angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < a = 0,05 dan angka t test = 7,070 > t tabel = 1,661.  Kata kunci : Kemudahan, keputusan menggunakan E-Banking, minat nasabah dan kepercayaan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study explores the role of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use towards the intention of using QRIS for MSMEs in Semarang City's Traditional Market based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Quantitative research with a causal design was applied in this study. The population of this study is the traders in the traditional market of Semarang City. Empirical data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS based on the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study confirm that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant impact on the intention to use QRIS. Thus, this study is consistent with the efforts of the government and Bank Indonesia in encouraging the acceleration of the implementation of digital payments or the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT) and the development of the MSMEs digitalization program.Keywords: Usage Intentions, MSMEs, QRIS, Digital Payment, Technology Acceptence ModelABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengeksplorasi peran persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap intensi penggunaan QRIS bagi pelaku UMKM di Pasar Tradisional Kota Semarang berdasarkan konsep Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausal diaplikasikan dalam studi ini. Populasi penelitian ini ialah para pedagang di pasar tradisional Kota Semarang. Data empiris dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS berdasarkan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil studi ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi untuk menggunakan QRIS. Dengan demikian, studi ini konsisten dengan upaya pemerintah dan Bank Indonesia dalam mendorong percepatan implementasi digital payment atau Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNNT) dan pengembangan program digitalisasi UMKM.Kata Kunci: Intensi Penggunaan, UMKM, QRIS, Digital Payment, Technology Acceptence Model
