Abstract

Price Earning ratio (PER) shows how much investors are willing to pay per rupiah of reported profit. Since a high PER shows that investor think that the firm has good growth opportunity, so factors determining of PER become very important means to investors in making investment decisions.This study examined the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin, dividend payout ratio, and inventory turn over  on PER between stock listed in syariah index and common stock of non financial companies in the Indonesia  Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples used in this study consisted on 38 companies listed in IDX and 10 of them listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The data was analized using regression model and Chow test. The result showed  return on equity has negative influence on the join  PER. This coefficient was contrary with the expectation. This might due to the fact that the PER could increase because of  decreasing of the profit but not from the increasing of the stock price. Other result is a difference of the regression coefficient between stock listed in syariah index and common stock.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to confirm wether the dimensions of top management commitment, costumer focus, benchmarking, training, and employee focus can perform TQM practices variables and to analyze the influences of the perceived service quality to costumersatisfaction. The PLS output shows that TQM practices construct is performed by the dimensionsof top management commitment, costumer focus, benchmarking, training, and employee focus.The other finding is that the perceived service quality influences positively to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu kegiatan yang membuat terbukanya wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan adalah belajar. Peserta didik atau siswa bisa sukses dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran apabila rajin membaca. Kerajinan akan membaca akan terlaksana diawali dengn minat minat belajar telah ada dalam diri siswa. Keniscayaan tersebut yang mendorong fokus penelitian ini menyangkut masalah efektivitas pelayanan akademik dan kompetensi pedagogic guru serta pengaruhnya terhadap minat baca baik parsial maupun ganda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala Likert, terhadap 52 orang guru sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Pengolahan hasil penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas pelayanan akademik terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Adapun besaran pengaruh efektivitas pelayanan akademik terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. adalah 53,9%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Adapun besaran pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. adalah 49,5%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas pelayanan akademik dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara simultan terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. Adapun besaran pengaruh efektivitas pelayanan akademik dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara simultan terhadap minat belajar siswa SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Indramayu. adalah 59,6%. Bertolak dari kondisi tersebut penulis menyarankan: (1) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan akademik sudah efektif, tetapi karena berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa maka masih ada sisi yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu yang berkaitan dengan kelengkapan instrumen berikut pendayagunaannya melalui perbaikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana. (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum kompetensi pedagogik guru sudah bagus. Tetapi untuk lebih memaksimalkan minat belajar siswa, sebaiknya kepala sekolah dan guru lebih fokus pada pemahaman tentang siswa (peserta didik) agar lebih mudah mengarahkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of IFRS adoption on earnings management. Since 2012 Indonesia has adopted IFRS which is an internationally accepted high quality financial reporting standard. One of the characteristics of the quality of financial statements is the low level of earnings management. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange, with a sample of 115 companies before the adoption of IFRS and 115 companies after the adoption of IFRS. The results showed that there was no effect of IFRS adoption on earnings management practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga akan diperiksa sebagai variabel tambahan. Bagian persiapan PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera Boyolali yang mempekerjakan 239 orang menjadi latar penelitian ini. Ada 150 responden di antara sampel yang dikumpulkan. Analisis jalur adalah pendekatan analitis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan mengungkapkan dampak positif antara dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hubungan ini keduanya positif untuk kinerja karyawan. Sebagai faktor intervening, kepuasan kerja tidak efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh biaya produksi, modal kerja,tingkat pendidikan pemilik, dan ukuran UMKM terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Saat ini UMKM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Studi ini di lakukan pada UKM di sentra batu bata yang terletak di Teras Boyolali Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 UMKM kerajinan batu bata, dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh 95 UMKM kerajinan batu bata. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi dan ukuran (yang di proxikan denganjumlah tenaga kerja) berpengaruh positif sedangkan modal dan tingkat pendidikan pemilik tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyses the effect of Fintech Peer to Peer Lending, Bank Digitization and Non-Performing Loans on Banking Financial Performance (Return on Asset) at KBMI 4 Commercial Banks in 2019-2023. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative analysis. The object of the research is the audited financial report of Bank Umum KBMI 4 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the report from the Financial Services Authority. The sample was selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: P2P Lending has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Bank Digitization does not have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. Non-Performing Loans have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Peer to Peer Lending, Banking Digitization, Non-Performing Loan simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Banks in KBMI Category 4 must carry out Product Innovation to compete with P2P lending. By establishing Partnerships, conducting Market Segment Approaches, developing Digitization: and using big data and analytics. By implementing these strategies, banks remain relevant and competitive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security simultaneously on customer interest (Study at Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Slamet Riyadi). This type of quantitative research with a survey method approach, sampling techniques using purposive sampling, and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that a research sample of 222 customers was obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer interest. The results show that effort expectations are the most important aspect in supporting customer interest, so the ease and convenience of operating e-banking must be improved.
