Abstract

Kewirausahaan atau entrepreneur sangat penting bagi sebuah negara, terutama negara-negara yang sedang berkembang. Hal tersebut sangat penting untuk mencapai dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin tajam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kreativitas usaha terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Jakarta Barat dengan motivasi sebagai moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa universitas di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan alat uji SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kreativitas usaha terhadap minat berwirausaha di Jakarta Barat dengan motivasi. Entrepreneurship is very important for a country, especially developing countries. It is very important to achieve and support sustainable development in the midst of increasingly sharp business competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence and business creativity on student entrepreneurial interest in West Jakarta with motivation as moderation. The population of this study are students who live in West Jakarta. The sample used was 200 respondents who were university students in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial competence and business creativity on entrepreneurial interest in West Jakarta with motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Inovasi Produk, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 pemilik/pengelola UMKM kuliner yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan offline, lalu diolah dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan Inovasi Produk dan Dukungan Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha, sedangkan Orientasi Kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Social Support on the Success of Culinary MSMEs in West Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 100 culinary MSME owners/managers selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through online and offline questionnaires, then processed with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that Product Innovation and Social Support have a significant effect on Business Success, while Entrepreneurial Orientation has no significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat gen-z. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 149 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitiann ini non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yang didapatkan dari menyebar kuesioner dalam bentuk online form kemudian data di olah menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha gen-z. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, family environment, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of Gen Z. The study collected a sample of 149 respondents. The research employed a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques, gathering data through an online questionnaire. The collected data were then processed using SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. The results of this study indicate that motivation, family environment, and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of Gen-Z.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine effect Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest and examine Self Efficacy as a mediator of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest. The population of this research is Student At The University Of Tangerang. The population used in this research was 182 valid respondents. This research uses the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling method to collect online via g-form and then process using smartPLS-SEM. The results of this research are that Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation can affect Entrepreneurial Interest, Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation can affect Self Efficacy and Self Efficacy can mediate Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneur Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi, kreativitas, dan modal sosial terhadap keberhasilan startup bisnis online di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 99 mahasiswa yang aktif menjalankan startup bisnis online. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Inovasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan startup bisnis online, menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dalam menciptakan produk atau layanan baru memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong keberhasilan startup, 2) Kreativitas memiliki kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan startup, mencerminkan pentingnya ide-ide baru dan kemampuan berpikir inovatif untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar, dan 3) Modal sosial juga berdampak positif secara signifikan, menegaskan peran hubungan sosial, jaringan, dan kolaborasi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa inovasi, kreativitas, dan modal sosial merupakan elemen kunci yang harus diperhatikan oleh mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis online mereka di era digital yang kompetitif. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of innovation, creativity, and social capital on the success of online business startups among Universitas Tarumanagara students. In this research, purposive sampling was employed to determine the sample, involving 99 students actively running online business startups. Data was collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach processed with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results show that 1) Innovation has a positive and significant impact on the success of online business startups, highlighting the importance of creativity in developing new products or services to drive startup success, 2) Creativity contributes positively and significantly to startup success, emphasizing the role of innovative ideas and thinking to compete in the market, and 3) Social capital also has a positive and significant impact, underscoring the role of social relationships, networks, and collaboration in supporting business growth and sustainability. This study implies that innovation, creativity, and social capital are key elements that students should consider enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of their online businesses in a competitive digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and social media usage on entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students at Tarumanagara University. The population of this research consists of Generation Z students enrolled at Tarumanagara University. A total of 100 students were selected as the sample using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. The data analysis technique employed the SmartPLS version 4 method. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation and social media have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students at Tarumanagara University.
