Abstract

Nutrition is very influential on the gross motor development of children. Good nutritional status can help the process of growth and development of children to reach optimal maturity. The impact of more nutritional status will cause excessive weight problems. As a result, the child has an excessive burden, of course it will interfere with motor skills because in carrying out motion there is no balance between the body and the center of gravity and also requires a lot of energy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in toddlers at the Keluk Pakis Posyandu, Pekanbaru City in 2021. This study used a quantitative research type, with an analytical design. And using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples studied were 15 children. The measuring instrument used is a checklist table adapted from several related literatures. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and gross motoric development of toddlers, where X2 Count > X2 Table ie 4.17 > 2.706 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It is hoped that the Puskesmas, especially posyandu cadres, will continue to carry out preventive efforts such as providing information in the form of counseling to the community to prevent children from experiencing malnutrition (stunting), increasing awareness of parents of toddlers about nutritional status and gross motor development by paying more attention to development and nutritional status so that the number of children under five is expected to increase. Those who experience poor nutritional status or whose gross motor development fails can be reduced, providing stimulation to children for the surrounding environment, especially parents so that children can be stimulated by ideas in the hope of improving the gross motor development of children who are late.

Abstract

Kematian ibu yang terjadi setelah melahirkan yang didominasi oleh beberapa penyebab salah satunya, deteksi dini infeksi dan asuhan pada masa nifas yang baik. Ibu yang memiliki laserasi pada genetalia termasuk luka perineum beresiko terkena infeksi pada masa nifas. hasil survey yang di dapat dari Klinik Pratama Sarinah bahwa dari 20 orang ibu nifas, terdapat 18 orang (90%) mengalami robekan perineum, dan 2 orang (10%) tidak mengalami robekan perineum saat persalinan. Dari hasil wawancara 18 orang ibu yang mengalami luka perineum tersebut masih banyak terdapat ibu yang belum mengetahui manfaat ikan gabus dan belum mendapatkan edukasi di klinik tentang manfaat ikan gabus tersebut. Tujuan dari pengambilan kasus ini dilakukan untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Kebidanan Ibu Nifas dengan Pemberian Ikan Gabus Terhadap Penyembuhan luka Perineum di Klinik Pratama Sarinah Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Kunjungan nifas dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 April 2021 – 06 Mei 2021 didokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOAP. Hasil dari asuhan pada ibu nifas dengan pemberian ikan gabus selama 7 hari sebanyak 2 kg dan 200 gram yang dikonsumsi perharinya didapat kondisi luka perineum sudah tampak kering, tidak ada keluhan, ibu sudah merasa sehat dan tidak ditemukan adanya tanda-tanda infeksi. Diharapkan kepada bidan untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada ibu nifas tentang manfaat ikan gabus yang berguna untuk mempercepat proses pemulihan luka perineum.

Abstract

Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah kondisi ibu dengan kadar Hb <11 gr pada trimester 1 dan III atau kurang dari 10,5 gr pada trimester II. Di negara berkembang 40% berkaitan dengan terjadinya anemia dalam kehamilan. Kebanyakan anemia dalam kehamilan disebabkan oleh defisiensi besi dan perdarahan akut, bahkan tidak jarang keduanya saling berinteraksi Penyebab utama anemia adalah kurang memadainya asupan makanan sumber zat besi, meningkatnya kebutuhan zat besi saat hamil dan menyusui serta kehilangan banyak darah saat persalinan. Tujuan asuhan adalah memberikan asuhan pada ibu hamil anemia dengan pengaturan menu seimbang tinggi protein dalam mengatasi anemia pada ibu hamil di PMB Hasna Dewi F.S Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kasus dengan subjek adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami anemia ringan dan melakukan pendokumentasian dalam bentuk SOAP. Hasil asuhan menunjukan bahwa asuhan pengaturan menu seimbang tinggi protein yang diberikan selama 25 hari dengan 3 kali kunjungan didapatkan terjadi peningkatan Hb yaitu 10,1 g/dl menjadi 12,3 g/dl. Dapat di simpulkan dengan mengkonsumsi menu seimbang tinggi protein dapat meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil trimester III anemia. . disarankan kepada bidan untuk menggunakan pengaturan menu seimbang ini sebagai salah satu rekomendasi asuhan dalam meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil dengan anemia. Abstract

Status gizi merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan anak. Status gizi yang baik dapat membantu proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak untuk mencapai kematangan yang optimal. Proses tumbuh kembang balita merupakan proses yang penting untuk diketahui dan dipahami karena proses tersebut menentukan masa depan anak baik fisik, jiwa maupun perilakunya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik ibu yang mempunyai balita tentang status gizi pada masa tumbuh kembang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai anak balita yang berkunjung di wilayah kerja puskemas Lau Kab. Maros bulan januari-maret sebanyak 80 orang dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 ibu balita menggunakan tekhnik aksidental sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dari 30 responden menunjukkan bahwa responden berpengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 22 responden dengan presentase (73.3%), responden berpengetahuan yang kurang sebanyak 8 responden dengan presentase (26.7%). Umur responden 20-35 tahun yaitu 22 orang (73.3%) , >35 tahun yaitu 8 orang (26.7%). Responden berpendidikan SMA yaitu 15 orang (50.0%) , SD dan SMP yaitu 13 orang (43.3%) dan Perguruan Tinggi yaitu 2 orang (6.7%). Responden yang tidak bekerja (IRT) sebanyak 21 orang (70.0%) dibandingkan dengan ibu yang bekerja sebagai PNS sebanyak 3 orang (10.0%) dan wiraswasta sebanyak 6 orang (20.0%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang status gizi balita pada masa tumbuh kembang sebanyak 22 orang (73.3%) dengan umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 22 orang (73.3%) berpendidikan SMA yaitu 15 orang (50.0%) dari responden yang tidak bekerja (IRT) sebanyak 21 orang (70.0%).

Abstract

Nutritional status is an indicator in determining a child's health status. A good nutritional status can help the child's growth and development process to reach optimal maturity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of baby massage on the nutritional status of infants. After this, it is hoped that it can increase the baby's appetite so that the nutritional status can be overcome with baby massage therapy that can be done by the parents themselves. Handling of malnutrition status can be done by giving the baby a balanced nutritional intake through his mother with exclusive breastfeeding and baby massage. Baby massage therapy provides benefits including, Increases endurance, improves blood circulation and respiration, stimulates digestive and disposal functions, increases weight gain, reduces stress and tension, increases alertness, makes deep sleep, reduces pain, reduces bloating and abdominal pain, Increasing the inner relationship between parents and babies, Increasing the production of breast milk, Helping parents know the language / non-verbal / verbal signs of babies, Creating self-confidence in caring for babies. The research method used in achieving the objectives of this study was an experiment with a Quasi Experiment research type with a Pretest-Post test design, by observing twice, namely before and after treatment. The population in this study were all infants aged 1-12 months as many as 34 infants using accidental sampling. Abstract

Constipation is a problem that often occurs in children and is a burden worldwide because of its increasing prevalence, the prevalence is estimated at 0.3% -8%. The prevalence of constipation in children up to 1 year of age reaches 2.9% and increases in the second year by about 10.1%. Massage as an alternative medicine is one of the constipation therapies. This study aims to determine the effect of massage therapy on constipation in infants aged 7-12 months at the Arrabih Pratama Clinic Pekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment design using a pretest and posttest. The population and sample of this study were babies aged 7-12 months who experienced constipation who visited the Arrabih Pratama Clinic Pekanbaru in July-December 2020, totaling 24 people. The type of data in this study is primary data, with univariate, bivariate data analysis, the hypothesis test used is the independent T test (paired sample test). The results obtained showed that there was an effect of massage therapy in overcoming constipation for infants aged 7-12 months before and after massage therapy, there was a significant difference in constipation for infants aged 7-12 months between the intervention group and the control group. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives as providers of maternal and child health services, are expected to socialize the provision of massage therapy in dealing with children's complaints before administering pharmacological therapy.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding contributes to reducing mortality due to infection in infants less than 3 months old, sick children, preventing LBW, stunting, reducing the risk of obesity and chronic diseases. Physiologically a mother is able to produce sufficient breast milk. But sometimes in breastfeeding there are often problems, one of which is the mother's milk production that is not smooth and comes out a little. Based on research, one of the efforts to help increase breast milk production is to consume sweet potato leaves (Ipomoea Batatas L. ) contains phytosterols. Phytosterols form laktogogum which can increase milk production. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of sweet potato leaves (Ipomoea Batatas L.) on breast milk production in post partum mothers. This type of research is Pre experimental with one group pretest posttest designs. The time of the research was carried out in January – April 2022. The location of the research was in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The sample in this study were 20 respondents with total sampling technique. The research instrument used an observation sheet for breast milk production. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. Univariate results showed that the average milk production before being given sweet potato leaves was less with a percentage of 75% and after being given sweet potato leaves the average milk production increased to enough with a percentage of 90%. Bivariate results using the Wilcoxon Rank Test showed that the average milk production before being given sweet potato leaves was 4.13 mL and there was an increase in breast milk production after being given sweet potato leaves, the mean value was 35.9 mL. with a mean difference of 31.7. The results of the Wilcoxon Rank Test obtained a p value of 0.000 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of sweet potato leaves on breast milk production in post partum mothers in Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. It is hoped that in the future the consumption of sweet potato leaves will be introduced in the community as an alternative food to increase breast milk production.

Abstract

Labor pain methods can be applied pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Labor pain is something that is commonly felt by pregnant women just before the birth process. But if it is not treated with proper pain management, it will cause other problems, one of which is anxiety. The aim of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of Counter Pressure on Pain Levels in Active Phase I Labor at Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) in Hasna Dewi, Pekanbaru City. This type of research is pre-experimental with two group pretest and posttest designs. The time of research was carried out in August-November 2022. The sample in this study was 10 respondents using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate data analysis. The univariate results obtained pain before being given a moderate pain counter pressure with a percentage of 80.0%. pain after being given counter pressure pain decreased to mild pain with a percentage of 80.0%. Wilcoxon Rank Test results. There is an effect of counter pressure on the level of pain in the first active phase of labor with a P value of 0.002 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of counter pressure on the level of pain in the active phase of labor in the first stage. It is recommended for health workers to be able to use counterpressure to reduce pain in the first active phase of labor.

Abstract

The maternal Death Rate is one marker to see the outcome of maternal well-being endeavors. Bleeding is a factor in maternal mortality. Anemia in pregnant women can result in bleeding during childbirth. Anemia during pregnancy and blood loss during childbirth influence iron deficiency anemia during the puerperium. The study's objective was to ascertain whether giving birth to mothers who had recently given birth increased their levels of hemoglobin (Hb). Pre-experimental research employs pretest and posttest designs for a single group. The review was conducted between June and July 2022. Purposive sampling was used to select 17 respondents for this study's sample. An observation sheet for the hemoglobin level was used in the research instrument. Analysis of data with and without bivariates According to the univariate results, up to 13 participants had generally low hemoglobin levels before the administration of date juice, i.e., 76.5%. A p-value of 0.002 was reported for bivariate results using the Wilcoxon rank sum test. This suggests that date juice for women after childbirth increases hemoglobin (Hb) levels. It is believed that in the future, after childbirth, women can eat dates to increase the level of hemoglobin (hemoglobin).

Abstract

Masa nifas (puerperium) merupakan masa pemulihan kembali, mulai daripersalinan selesai sampai alat-alat kandungan kembali seperti pra hamil. Ibunifas dengan luka perineum akan mengalami nyeri dan tidak nyaman dalam beraktifitas maupun duduk. Kompres dingin efektif untuk mengurangi nyeri perineum. Kompres dingin merupakan metode alternative pengobatan non farmakologi dalam penggunaan suhu rendah yang dapat menimbulkan beberapa efek fisiologis. Kompres dingin terdapat efek anastesi yang dapat memperlambat perkembangan bakteri. Kompres dingin memiliki kesamaan dengan terapi ice pack yang dapat mengurangi metabolisme sel dan vasokontriksi sehingga dapat memberikan efek analgesik untukmengurangi nyeri. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, menentukan suatu permasalahan suatu kasus yang terdiri dari unit tunggal dengan pengumpulan berbagai sumber informasi. Asuhan ini dilakukan dengan pendokumentasian SOAP dan menggunakan lembar observasi Skala Wong Baker Face dan Skala REEDA. yang dilakukan di PMB Dince Safrina pada Ny.E P1A0H1 6 jam post partum dengan luka perineum derajat 2 dan ASI tidak lancar. Setelah dilakukan asuhan selama 2 kali kunjungan selama 4 hari, maka hasil yang diperolah nyeri luka ibu berkurang dan ASI lancar.Diharapkan studi kasus ini dapat dijadikan pedoman atau informasi dan referensi bagi mahasiwa atau penulis selanjutnya. Penulis selanjutnya harus lebih terampil dalam memberikan asuhan tentang kompres dingin untuk mengurangi nyeri luka perineum.
