Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan organisasi atau lembaga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari pelayanan adalah untuk memastikan pelanggan menerima arahan secara cepat, tepat dan cermat sehingga tidak menimbulkan kesalahan informasi yang akan membuat pelanggan hilang kepercayaan pelayanan. Pelayanan ibadah haji terpadu satu atap di kementerian agama Kabupaten Ciamis yang beru saja diresmikan pada tanggal 27 Februari 2019 bertujuan untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat masyarakat untuk mendaftarkan diri menjadi calon jemaah haji. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, beberapa kendala ditemukan antara lain masih kurang optimalnya sosialisasi pendaftaran ibadah haji kepada masyarakat, kurangnya sumber daya manusia internal kementerian agama Kabupaten Ciamis maupun mitra dari bank penerima setoran (BPS), sarana internet yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pelayanan ibadah haji terpadu satu atap di kementerian agama Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif melalui studi pustaka. Analisis pelayanan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan terori dari Philip Kottler yakni alat ukur pelayanan bisa dilihat dari faktor-faktornya antara lain wujud fasilitas pelayanan, daya tanggap dalam melayani serta jaminan untuk meningkatka kepuasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelayanan ibadah haji secara terpadu dan satu atap di kementerian agama Kabupaten Ciamis cukup berjalan baik. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan hambatan-hambatannya antara lain kurangnya sosialisasi dan kurangnya jumlah sumber daya manusia yang di tempatkan sebagai petugas pelayanan ibadah haji baik dari internal kementerian agama maupun dari mitra bank penerima setoran.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pelayanan, Ibadah Haji, Terpadu, Satu Atap

Abstract

The research was conducted with the intention of knowing about the dynamics of the female legislators of the Ciamis DPRD in the process of making Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 18 of 2018 concerning Child Friendly Districts (KLA) and analyzing the causes of conflict between each member of the Ciamis DPRD. The met­hod used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The technique of collecting data in this research is by means of observation, interviews and collecting documents related to the research topic. This study concludes that the dynamics of women legislators in fighting for the interests of children is by accommodating the draft Local Regulation on KLA in an accommodation compromise. The factions in the Ciamis DPRD fully support the issuance of the Regional Regulation, although the political communication process is still carried out by each faction.

Abstract

Abstract

There are still a lot of people in Penengahan District who have not paid their taxes or who are paying them late. People don't pay because their economy is still in need, and they lack a sense of nationality, among other reasons. In order to remedy this, the Village Government must be able to take advantage of the area's land and construction tax potential and encourage taxpayers to fulfill their tax-payment duties. Leadership and governance are the theories that were applied in this study. Governance as a set of social and political processes involving the government and society in a variety of areas pertaining to societal interests and government engagement in these interests. A qualitative approach was taken in this study. After doing observations, the researcher conducted interviews and provided documentation to back up her findings. The researcher collected five informants—three main informants and two support informants—by using purposive sampling to identify the informants. According to the study's findings, the village government plays a crucial role in helping those who are less aware of the value of taxpayers in Penengahan District by educating the public about paying taxes, offering advice, and simultaneously assessing tax receipts.

Abstract

This study examines how training management is implemented by the Workforce Productivity Development and Training Section for Workers at the Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Manpower, and Transmigration Service in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses interview and documentation data collection methods. The training management implemented by the Workforce Productivity Development and Training Section is in accordance with theoretical management principles. Among them are training analysis according to needs, determination of the required training curriculum, determination of methods, media, and instructors. Not only that, in managing training for workers, training supervision is implemented by the monitoring team owned by this Section and training assessment as a reference for issuing training participant certification.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Integrated Service Application (ISA) as a digital-based public service policy in an Indonesian local government. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that ISA has significantly improved administrative efficiency, reduced bureaucratic layers, and enhanced service accessibility for citizens. However, the study also identified challenges such as limited digital literacy among users, infrastructure constraints, and underutilized feedback mechanisms. Institutional leadership, regulatory frameworks, and interdepartmental coordination were found to be critical factors in the successful adoption of ISA. The study concludes that while digital innovation can transform public service delivery, it must be accompanied by strategic planning, inclusive digital education, and robust system support. These insights offer practical implications for other local governments aiming to modernize their public service systems through digital transformation.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan publik menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi pemerintah desa untuk menjawab tuntutan akses informasi yang cepat, transparan, dan partisipatif. Desa Kunjir, sebagai desa pesisir di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya kapasitas aparatur dalam mengelola konten digital layanan publik serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media sosial dan Website desa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur desa dalam memvisualisasikan informasi dan mengelola platform digital secara efektif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan terpadu, workshop, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan perangkat desa, BPD, RT/RW, serta mahasiswa lintas disiplin. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam produksi konten visual, aktivasi media sosial desa, serta integrasi Website dengan sistem informasi layanan publik. Luaran kegiatan meliputi infografis layanan, panduan manajemen konten, serta sistem pengelolaan media yang lebih terstruktur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi interdisipliner dan pendekatan partisipatif mampu menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi publik di desa. Kesimpulannya, program ini berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun model pelayanan publik desa yang digital, komunikatif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan fokus pada pendampingan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) pemula di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis, lemahnya perencanaan usaha, serta rendahnya keterampilan manajerial yang berimplikasi pada keberlangsungan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan perencanaan bisnis, strategi pemasaran, dan manajemen usaha sederhana. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun rencana bisnis, memahami strategi pemasaran berbasis potensi lokal, serta membangun jejaring usaha. Program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong lahirnya wirausaha baru yang berdaya saing dan mendukung penguatan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Pesawaran.
