The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of work environment and work family conflict on job satisfaction with work life balance as a mediating variable. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a total of 54 respondents at PT Dakwah Inti Media. The statistical analysis used in this research is partial least square with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The result of the analysis obtained from this study indicate that work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; work family conflict has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction; work life balance has a positive and non-significant effect on job satisfaction; work environment has a positive and non-significant effect on work life balance; work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work life balance; work life balance in this study has not been able to mediate the effect of work environment on job satisfaction; work life balance in this study has not been able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work-family conflict on turnover intention through organizational commitment to employees of PT. Titipan Kilat Surabaya. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 135 respondents. Statistical analysis in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of the study prove that work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment is able to mediate between work-family conflict and turnover intention.

The impact of the pandemic caused by COVID-19 has led to changes in various aspects of life, including the economy and education. The increasing needs of life make students look for ways to meet these needs. The phenomenon of students carrying out dual roles, namely studying while working, is often found among students in Surabaya. Students tend to choose jobs in the field of social media because the time is flexible and can be adequately mastered. This study examines and analyzes the effect of flexible working arrangements on job performance through work-life balance. This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 110 respondents, that is, students in Surabaya who work in the field of social media. The statistical analysis used is the Partial Least Squares with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. This study explains that flexible working arrangements positively and significantly affect employee job performance. A work-life balance also has a positive and significant impact on job performance. However, a work-life balance cannot mediate the relationship between flexible working arrangements and job performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of person-job fit on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Adikara Jaya Sentosa,tbk. This research is a causal research that uses a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of 75 commercial division employees. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS3 software. This results of this study prove that person-job fit has a significant positive effect on employee performance, person-job fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates between person-job fit employee performance.

Purpose- This study aims to analyze the effect of panic buying and service convenience on consumer purchasing decisions in modern markets such as mini markets, supermarkets, and hypermarkets in Surabaya. Design/Methodology- This research makes use of a quantitative approach. The object of this research is consumers who shop at grocery stores during the Covid-19 pandemic between March and June 2020 in the city of Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Within this research, 84 respondents were used as the sample. The process of collecting the data was conducted through online-based questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the research. Findings- The researchers concluded that all existing hypotheses both H1 and H2, were valid. It also showed a significant positive relationship between panic buying, service convenience, and consumer purchasing decision behavior. Practical Implications- Furthermore, the results stated that the modern market must understand the community's conditions and keep up with the latest situation surrounding customers’ needs.

e-Learning merupakan suatu metode pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan teknologi internet, sejauh ini e-Learning telah banyak di terapkan pada institusi dan perusahaan. e-Learning sudah menjadi suatu alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu atau keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Proses pembelajaran matematika pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) masih menggunakan metode konvensional melalui tatap muka langsung antara guru dan siswa. Metode pembelajaran seperti ini akan membuat keterbatasan proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang e-Learning yang berfokus pada pembelajaran matematika berbasis web di SMP, dan sistem dapat memudahkan siswa dalam mempelajari matapelajaran dimanapun dan kapanpun selama terhubung internet. ini juga menggunakan jenis penelitian diskriptif, dan metode pengumpulan data pada penulisan ini dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini akan bisa didapatkan sistem e-Learning pembelajaran berbasis web di SMP dapat memudahkan siswa dalam mempelajari dan memahami matapelajaran matematika.

Economic growth is crucial for emerging economies, yet the sustainability of this growth must consider its environmental impact. The Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis suggests that while economic expansion initially worsens environmental degradation, it can ultimately lead to environmental improvements as income levels rise. This study reexamined the EKC hypothesis in a selected of countries from the Next Eleven (N-11) group. Using a random effects model regression, the analysis examined the effects of gross domestic products, financial market development, institutional quality, and environmental technology on CO₂ emissions. The findings supported the EKC hypothesis, indicating that economic growth initially increased environmental degradation but eventually contributed to improved environmental outcomes. Financial market development was associated with lower CO₂ emissions, suggesting that robust financial systems may promote eco-friendly investments. In contrast, environmental technology exhibited a positive effect on CO₂ emissions, potentially reflecting an early adoption stage were technology increases emissions. Institutional quality did not show a significant impact on CO₂ emissions. Several recommendations were provided balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. Based on the results of the interviews, it is still found that the quality standards for the taste of the chips produced by the Ketintang Village MSMEs still change frequently, so it is necessary to organize quality control as well as financial records so that the financial management of MSMEs in Ketintang Village is even better. The solution offered is to provide training on Quality Control and making simple financial reports to improve the performance of MSMEs in Ketintang Village Surabaya. The approach method offered to solve partner problems that have been mutually agreed upon and stages is the training and mentoring method. these results show that the effectiveness of community service activities is almost 80% achieved. Training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and simple finance provides great benefits for MSMEs in building a more structured and efficient business foundation. From this training, participants gained an understanding of the importance of SOPs as work guidelines to improve operational consistency and quality. In addition, the simple finance training provided insights for businesses on the importance of recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and good cash flow management. By mastering these materials, MSMEs can increase productivity and competitiveness in the market.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work stress on employee productivity through job satisfaction as a mediator among employees at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pembantu Dinoyotangsi Surabaya. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 49 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and PLS (Partial Least Square) with the aid of SmartPLS4 software. The results of this study explain that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Work stress does not have an effect on employee productivity. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work stress does not have an effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and employee productivity. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work stress and employee productivity.
