Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows a decline in quality in the world of education today. Many teachers lack mastery of pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence which are the basis of the learning process. The low quality of educators makes it difficult to achieve the desired learning objectives. To face these challenges, teachers must continuously learn in an effort to develop their competencies. Islam Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe?. (2) How is the Professional Competence of Teachers in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Junior High School? (3) How is the Teacher's Personality Competence in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School? (4) How is Social Competence? Teachers in Improving the Quality of Learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School? This research was conducted in two research locations, namely Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe using descriptive qualitative analytical method. The theoretical orientation used is based on a phenomenological study approach using a multi-site study. Data and data sources: (1). Primary: principals, teachers, staff and students. (2). Secondary: documentation, and archives. This research data collection was carried out by participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation techniques. Checking the data again by triangulation, data disclosure procedures regarding teacher competence in improving the quality of learning. For data analysis, researchers collected data then data reduction, data presentation and then drew conclusions. From the results of this study, the researchers showed that: (1) The pedagogical competence of teachers in improving the quality of learning in Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Middle School and PGRI Telukjambe Middle School includes competence in terms of preparing learning tools, developing curriculum, improving human resources through workshops, using models and methods, media as well as the selection of teaching materials in accordance with the needs and development of students. (2) The professional competence of teachers in improving the quality of learning at Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe includes competence in terms of mastery of material, organization of material, delivery of material and management of learning. (3) The competence of the teacher's personality in improving the quality of learning at Islamic Middle School Tarbiyatul Falah and SMP PGRI Telukjambe includes competence in terms of providing good role models, discipline and teacher responsibility in carrying out their duties. (4) The social competence of teachers is shown by the communication between teachers and students through teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The Yellow Book Learning Management applied at the Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School which in fact is an Islamic boarding school that still maintains the salafiyyah tradition and has not in detail implemented the Yellow Book Learning Management pattern to develop the ability to systematically recite the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to determine the natural setting of the Al-Quran Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School, the planning of the yellow book learning, the implementation of the yellow book learning, and the evaluation of the yellow book learning. The theory used in this research is learning management according to Davis in Haerana namely, learning management in four functions, namely planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The teacher's role in carrying out the learning management function is very basic, so that the teacher in the learning process is a manager because the teacher is in charge of preparing, organizing, implementing and conducting learning assessments. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing data and interpreting data. The validity test of the data was carried out by extending participation, persistence of observation, triangulation, peer checks, negative case analysis, adequacy of references, detailed descriptions and auditing. The results of this study concluded that, Management of the Yellow Book Learning To Develop Al-Qur'an Recitation Ability in Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding Schools can be described from planning, implementation and evaluation. Learning planning at the Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is rooted in the ability of the students themselves, if the students are still unfamiliar with the knowledge of their pesantren in learning books, they are adjusted to be oriented to study the books from the basic to the highest. The implementation of the yellow book learning at the Al-furqon Islamic boarding school is divided into two classical systems, namely ibtida/tsanawi. Evaluation of the yellow book learning in the Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is oriented to the completeness of the material, one book is studied continuously and repeatedly until finally the students understand the content and content of the book they are studying with the sorogan, bandongan and rote system.

Abstract

The results of the study are: (1) there is a significant influence of the kiai leadership pattern on the performance of the boarding school administrators, (2) there is a significant influence of Islamic boarding school management on the performance of the boarding school administrators, (3) there is a significant influence of the kiai leadership pattern and the pesantren management simultaneously on the performance boarding school administrators, this is indicated by the double correlation coefficient value of 0.571 or the coefficient of determination of 32.60%. Leadership is a conscious effort made by a person (leader) to be able to realize organizational goals through other people by providing motivation so that other people want to carry it out, and for that there is a need for a balance between the individual needs of the implementers. A leader of course must understand and understand the basics of leadership to be able to become a leader, both in a small scope, such as family, discussion leaders, and others as well as leaders in a large scope such as organizational leaders, religious leaders, state leaders and so on. . However, there are several factors for the emergence of leadership: first, the situation and condition factors; second, the ability factor; third, heredity; fourth, the lifting factor; fifth, the factor of interest. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of kiai leadership patterns and pesantren management on the performance of boarding school administrators.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan fungsi Guru di SMP Islam Al Muttaqien dan SMP Islam Bani Ahmad edan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala sekolah merumuskan kebijakan, mengatur tata kerja, melakukan pengawasan dan yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan fungsi guru di SMP Islam Al Muttaqien dan SMP Islam Bani Ahmad. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (empiris) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, tata usaha, guru dan siswa. Sedangkan buku arsip, laporan kegiatan dan dokumen pelaksanaan manajemen merupakan data skunder. Dalam pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah pemaparan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi objektif SMP Islam Al Muttaqien dan SMP Islam Bani Ahmad.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah ialah guru Pendidikan Agama belum membuat Renana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Silabus, Materi. Alat peraga dan Lembar Kerja Siswa dan evaluasi . Managemen supervisi oleh kepala Madrasah di dalam kelas di perlukan untuk membina dan mengawasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan mengatasi masalah managemen supervisi untuk meningatkan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MadrasahTsanawiyah Nahdhotul Ulama Karawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, Tehnik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, Tehnik analis data menggunakan Triangulasi data di mana data di pilih yang penting dan sesuai lalu di proses untuk ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah managemen supervisi kepala sekolah di dalam kelas tahap pertama adalah mendapatkan guru belum menyiapkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Silabus, Kompetensi Dasar, Materi, alat peraga, Lembar Kerja Siswa dan evaluasi siswa. setelah mendampat bimbingan dari kepala sekolah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam merubah membuat apa yang di instruksikan oleh kepada Madrasah. Managemen Supervisi ke dua. Guru merasa kepala Madrasah mencari-cari kesalahan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, setelah diadakan diskusi dan pendekatan antara kepala Madrasah dan guru menghasilkan saling pengertian dan memperbaiki profesional guru, dan managemen supervisi ke tiga guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sudah membuat Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan : Kemampuan guru dalam menghasilkan perbaikan 1) melaksanakan mengajar didalam kelas. 2) Kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kela. Hasil profesinalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah hasil belajar yang dicapai murid-murid yang terdiri dari hasil belajar murid dari bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diajarkan oleh guru tersebut, mengintegrasikan tujuan pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, membuat alat peraga, Evaluasi Pengajaran, Mengelola Proses belajar mengajar, membimbing belajar siswa lebih baik

Abstract

Urban land degradation poses a growing challenge in rapidly developing countries like Indonesia, where population growth and limited space drive uncontrolled land cover changes. This study aims to detect land degradation in urban areas through spatial modelling and semi-automatic classification of multi-temporal remote sensing imagery. Landsat-5 Thematic Mapper (TM) image from year 2011 and Landsat-9 Operational Land Imager collection 2 (OLI-2) image from year 2023 data were acquired from the The United States Geological Survey (USGS). Image pre-processing included band stacking, subsetting, and enhancement to improve visual interpretation. Semi-automatic supervised classification was applied to map seven land cover classes: agricultural dry land, rice field, forest, plantation, non-agricultural land, water body, and settlement. Training data and validation were supported by Google Earth Pro, official sources, and field surveys using random sampling. Change detection analysis revealed a 1664.65 ha increase in industrial areas, accompanied by significant reductions in rice fields (−1726.92 ha) and dry farmland (−1644.57 ha). The classification accuracy reached 80.24% and 75.11%, with kappa coefficients of 0.76 and 0.65, respectively. Results indicate that urban expansion is a key driver of land degradation, particularly through the loss of productive agricultural land. This research demonstrates the effectiveness of remote sensing-based spatial modelling and classification techniques for monitoring urban land degradation and informing sustainable land use planning.
