Abstract

In an increasingly complex social, cultural, and global reality, the transformation of Islamic religious education becomes imperative to equip students with the necessary skills and attitudes to navigate modern challenges. Traditional approaches to Islamic religious education may no longer suffice in addressing contemporary issues such as radicalism, extremism, and religious intolerance. This paper explores the significance of transforming Islamic religious education to cultivate critical thinking and religious tolerance among students. By emphasizing active, reflective, and dialogical learning approaches, educators encourage students to question, analyze, and reflect on Islamic teachings critically. Moreover, through a deep understanding of diversity principles within Islam and interfaith dialogue, Islamic religious education plays a crucial role in fostering religious tolerance. However, implementing this transformation faces challenges, including inadequate teacher training, institutional support, and curriculum constraints. Addressing these challenges requires investments in human resource development, financial support for diverse curriculum development, and the promotion of collaboration among educational institutions with different religious backgrounds. Only through concerted efforts can Islamic religious education contribute positively to building critical thinking and religious tolerance among students, preparing them to become integral members of harmonious and inclusive societies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and propose solutions to the obstacles faced in the study of Karacak Agropolitan Revitalization based on Mangosteen agroindustry in Bogor Regency as outlined in a structural model. The revitalization of agro-industry-based agropolitan areas is studied through science, technology, and innovation which are then formulated and analyzed with the Interpretive Structural Modeling Method. Primary data were collected through expert-based surveys and questionnaires from seven relevant and representative government agencies to formulate policy studies. This research resulted in a study of 9 sub-elements of constraints and found 1 key sub-element, arrange hierarchically based on its importance. At the most critical level, we identified the government's political will towards agro-industrial development incentives and disincentive programs in agropolitan areas. This study recommends the government start an integrated agropolitan area revitalization program by utilizing local biological resources. The systems model approach will facilitate sustainable development at the village level, promoting inclusive economic growth and resilience. Keywords: Agropolitan, Barriers, Interpretive Structure Modeling, Mangosteen Agroindustry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on stock prices using the Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) variables. The results of the research show that the Return On Asset (ROA) variable has a significant effect on the share prices of agricultural sector companies, and Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on the share prices of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet telah mempengaruhi perubahan sistem bisnis secara radikal. Internet mempengaruhi perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini telah di bangun berdasar pada pusat data, kumpulan server, selular dan bisnis sosial. Perkembangan ini sebagai dasar revolusi industri 4.0. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia cukup adaptif menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 dengan pengembangan Road Map for Industri 4.0, sebuah cetak biru pengembangan industri digital di Indonesia. Indonesia Digital Ekonomi telah menjadi visi perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia menyadari bahwa 70% perusahaan di Indonesia adalah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM), sehingga pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan tulang punggung keberhasilan Indonesia Ekonomi Digital adalah UMKM. Bisnis daring menjadi salah satu strategi yang efektif bagi akselerasi UMKM menuju Indonesia Digital Ekonomi. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mencari faktor penghambat pengembangan bisnis daring bagi UMKM di Indonesia. Studi ini menunjukkan 1) ketidaksesuaian bisnis daring dengan perusahaan, 2) bisnis daring tidak aman dan berbiaya tinggi dan 3) implementasi bisnis daring memerlukan waktu dan model yang tepat bagi UMKM.

Abstract

This research departs from an idea about the principal's democratic leadership style that can develop the professionalism of PAI teachers at SMAN 30 Garut. However, even though the principal in his leadership applies a democratic leadership style, there are still PAI teachers who are not yet professional in carrying out their duties as learners. This shows that there is a problem in it. The purpose of the study was to find out about the planning, implementation of the concept and assessment policies and the steps taken by the principal, the inhibiting and supporting factors as well as the solutions and follow-up of the principal in implementing a democratic leadership style to develop PAI teachers. The theological foundations are the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith, the philosophical foundations that form the basis of leadership in accordance with theory. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation studies and literature studies. Analysis of the data used in this study using inductive data analysis. From the research, it was concluded that the democratic leadership of the head of SMAN 30 Garut showed a democratic leadership style, (1) Planning by implementing high school curriculum by adopting some of the MA curriculum and creating a school that was in accordance with the declared Vision, Mission and Goals; (2) The implementation is carried out by the principal's efforts to involve and involve all school members (Teachers, Employees and School Committees) to take part in the implementation of school programs in accordance with their respective main tasks and functions; (3) The assessment is carried out by the principal, namely providing control over teacher activities, supervision, seeing teacher preparation and readiness before carrying out the learning process, praise and criticism; (4) Inhibiting factors (teachers, environment, costs, students, learning resources and government policies that do not favor Islamic religious education) and supporting factors (welfare, allowances, certification and rewards); (5) The solution and follow-up are to socialize the rules of the game that apply in schools, control, involve teachers in various scientific activities, seminars and workshops, PAI extracurricular programs, provide welfare, reward and punishment, provide motivation, guidance and direction to students. teachers to achieve maximum educational goals. The researcher conveys a suggestion that the principal should always be dissatisfied with the success that has been achieved, in order to always make innovations and new breakthroughs in developing the professionalism of PAI teachers.

Abstract

  One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environment to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing to be considered by every company and is one of the factors that determine employee performance. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of work environment to employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 25 employees at the Division of Mill Service Departemen PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industry(PT. LPPPI). Based on research that has been done, the regression equation Y =16,322+0,535X . The study states the working environment and employee performance in the Department of Mill Service Departemen PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industry(PT. LPPPI) has a positive relationship (moderate) with a value of 0,535 and the working environment influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the principal's leadership style in professional development and teacher performance (research study at SDN 3 Cikedokan). This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method, the subjects in this study are the principal and teachers. The research shows that the implementation of the leadership style of the Principal of SDN 3 Cikedokan is democratic because the Principal always consults in every decision making. Principals as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators and motivators who are quite successful in fostering professionalism and teacher performance as evidenced by good teacher discipline, motivation and responsibility, namely through the stages of program planning, implementation of work plans as well as supervision and evaluation.

Abstract

Human nature is a social creature which according to Aristotle is called the "Zoon Politicon". In an effort to socialize, humans or humans enter a group or organization, then when something emerges, recognizes the advantages and influences and drives joint efforts in achieving a predetermined goal, then he is called a leader. This research uses an organization that is a school educational institution. Educational leaders must have a commitment to quality improvement in their main functions. Therefore, the functions of educational leadership must be directed at the quality or quality of learning. The quality of education is a direct consequence of a change and development of various aspects of life. There are various styles of heads in implementing and developing leadership activities, namely authoritarian leadership style, Laissez Faire leadership style, democratic leadership style. On that basis, this research is focused on the limitations of the problem in this study, there are two, namely: 1) How is the Quality of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey?; and 2) How is the principal's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in educational institutions. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research methods using a case study plan on the leadership style of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey can be said to be quite good, this can be seen in terms of input, process and output. In terms of input, the students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have the motivation to always improve themselves in achieving according to their talents and abilities, teachers, staff, TU, counselors and administrators who have expertise in their fields and are also supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. In terms of process, Islamic religion teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have used various teaching methods so that it is easy for students to understand PAI material. In terms of output, most of the graduate students are accepted in top universities, are diligent in praying and can read the Qur'an. (2) The Leadership Style of the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is more likely to use a (participatory) leadership style. In this case, the principal prioritizes deliberation and consensus in solving a problem. However, often in certain situations, the principal requires another (authoritarian).

The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of Islamic Religious Education in SMP Fauzaniyyah can be said to be quite good, this can be seen in terms of input, process and output. In terms of input, the students of SMP Fauzaniyyah have the motivation to always improve themselves in achieving according to their talents and abilities, teachers, staff, TU, counselors and administrators who have expertise in their fields and are also supported by adequate infrastructure. In terms of process, Islamic religion teachers at Fauzaniyyah Junior High School have used various teaching methods so that it is easy for students to understand PAI material. As for the output, most of the graduate students are accepted in top universities, are diligent in praying and can read the Qur'an. (2) Principal Fauzaniyyah's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is more likely to use a democratic (participatory) leadership style. In this case the principal prioritizes deliberation and consensus in solving a problem. But often in certain situations or conditions require the principal to act differently (authoritarian).

Abstract

The problem behind this research is that there is a separation between schools that are general and schools that have more religious lessons, from the findings in the field of implementing the Integrated Islamic Education curriculum with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement. An institution, of course, must use the management theory of findings from this research, among others: in planning some Islamic boarding school teachers are still passive so they do not provide opportunities for students to be active and creative, this is because the pesantren teachers do not understand the media and learning models used. This study aims to find ways and evidence for the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement in this study using a qualitative paradigm. This research is based on a theory regarding the implementation of an integrated curriculum in improving student achievement which includes the understanding, principles, benefits, objectives, and management of an integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement with qualitative research methods, through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: (1) planning the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement by outlining the syllabus, which is designed and then described in the lesson plans as a lesson plan in the classroom, (2) implementing the implementation of an integrated PAI curriculum in improving student achievement. with preliminary activities that function to create an effective learning atmosphere, (3) evaluation of the implementation of the integrated PAI curriculum to improve student achievement is reflected in the results of field observations, namely evaluation of learning outcomes carried out by written and oral tests, (4) supporting factors in curriculum implementation PAI is integrated with Islamic boarding schools to improve student achievement including daily religious activity programs starting from the Asmaul Husna apple, joint duha, joint tadarus and juhur prayers in congregation, while the inhibiting factors include: an Integrated PAI teacher who is less capable in the learning process. The conclusion is that teachers must fix the planning and implementation of learning and evaluations carried out, must be able to change learning outcomes, and provide opportunities for students to actualize the potential that exists in themselves so that student achievement increases.
