This research is motivated by the lack of student awareness of the importance of national integration, the occurrence of disputes between students of different regions and languages, students are more likely to do individualist attitudes that are selfish, to love and boast excessively in other people's countries than their own country. This study aims to determine the role of social studies teachers in shaping students' national integration awareness in the era of globalization at SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug, especially the form of students' national integration awareness in the era of globalization, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping students' national integration awareness in the era of globalization at SMP Negeri 1 Ciledug. This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study approach. The awareness of national integration needs to be formed in students in order to create a harmonious unity, harmony and uniformity, a sense of comfort, mutual help, mutual respect, mutual cooperation, and mutual respect. Because basically the essence of national integration is the same as Bhineka Tunggal Ika which means different but still one goal. But the reality is that there are still many students who lack awareness of national integration so that disputes and divisions occur. So the need for the role of educators, especially social studies teachers is very important in realizing and preparing students to be able to become good citizens in a society that has a variety of differences.

Community empowerment is an effective strategy to address socio-economic and health issues. In Indonesia, this concept is implemented through the development of resilient and self-sufficient villages. The Community Service Program (KKN) plays a vital role in supporting this empowerment through promotive and preventive efforts. This article discusses the KKN activities in Kambingan Village, Cerme District, Gresik Regency, which include health education, cleanliness campaigns, nutrition education, Basic Life Support (BLS) training, and other preventive activities. The results achieved include increased community awareness and knowledge about the importance of health, improved first aid skills, and economic empowerment through MSME training.

Indonesia's economy has experienced a contraction, which can impact all aspects of the country's economy and pose challenges to the sustainability of the banking business. The banking sector plays a crucial role in economic recovery by providing credit to individuals or entrepreneurs in need of working capital. This study aims to assess the financial performance and health condition of BUMN banks using the RGEC method. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The secondary data used consists of financial reports of BUMN banks from 2019 to 2023, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the respective banks' official websites. The findings indicate that Bank Mandiri has the lowest average NPL compared to other BUMN banks. Bank Mandiri ranks first in GCG implementation, while BRI, BNI, and BTN share the second position. Bank BRI has the highest average ROA and CAR among BUMN banks. The health condition of BUMN banks based on the RGEC method over the past five years shows that Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri are in a "Highly Healthy" condition, while Bank BNI and BTN are classified as "Healthy”.

The Yellow Book Learning Management applied at the Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School which in fact is an Islamic boarding school that still maintains the salafiyyah tradition and has not in detail implemented the Yellow Book Learning Management pattern to develop the ability to systematically recite the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to determine the natural setting of the Al-Quran Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School, the planning of the yellow book learning, the implementation of the yellow book learning, and the evaluation of the yellow book learning. The theory used in this research is learning management according to Davis in Haerana namely, learning management in four functions, namely planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The teacher's role in carrying out the learning management function is very basic, so that the teacher in the learning process is a manager because the teacher is in charge of preparing, organizing, implementing and conducting learning assessments. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing data and interpreting data. The validity test of the data was carried out by extending participation, persistence of observation, triangulation, peer checks, negative case analysis, adequacy of references, detailed descriptions and auditing. The results of this study concluded that, Management of the Yellow Book Learning To Develop Al-Qur'an Recitation Ability in Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding Schools can be described from planning, implementation and evaluation. Learning planning at the Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is rooted in the ability of the students themselves, if the students are still unfamiliar with the knowledge of their pesantren in learning books, they are adjusted to be oriented to study the books from the basic to the highest. The implementation of the yellow book learning at the Al-furqon Islamic boarding school is divided into two classical systems, namely ibtida/tsanawi. Evaluation of the yellow book learning in the Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is oriented to the completeness of the material, one book is studied continuously and repeatedly until finally the students understand the content and content of the book they are studying with the sorogan, bandongan and rote system.

Normalisasi sungai berbasis ekosistem menjadi pendekatan berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan akibat pertumbuhan eceng gondok yang tidak terkendali. Sungai Alue Masyik di Desa Alue Gunto, Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron, mengalami pendangkalan dan penyempitan aliran akibat akumulasi eceng gondok, yang berpotensi meningkatkan risiko banjir serta menurunkan kualitas ekosistem perairan. Program normalisasi sungai yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif tersebut melalui pengelolaan eceng gondok yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengurangan penumpukan eceng gondok berdampak positif terhadap kelancaran aliran sungai, pemulihan ekosistem, serta peningkatan kualitas air. Pengelolaan yang terkontrol, termasuk pemangkasan rutin dan pemanfaatan eceng gondok sebagai bahan kompos, berkontribusi dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem serta mengurangi pencemaran akibat pembusukan tanaman. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan eceng gondok meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan serta memberikan manfaat sosial dan ekonomi. Pemanfaatan eceng gondok sebagai kompos tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian, tetapi juga membuka peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal. Program normalisasi sungai ini memiliki dampak luas, baik dari segi lingkungan, sosial, maupun ekonomi. Peningkatan kualitas air mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem perairan dan sektor perikanan, sementara manfaat ekonomi dari kompos dan hasil pertanian yang lebih baik turut meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan eceng gondok adalah perlunya pemeliharaan rutin untuk mencegah pertumbuhan kembali yang tidak terkendali. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program ini memerlukan koordinasi yang baik antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh desain produk, daya beli dan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian NCT merchandise pada komunitas NCTzen Gresik. Penelitian ini penting karena ingin membuktikan bahwa dampak penyebaran persaingan pasar K-Pop yang berasal dari industri hiburan Korea Selatan. Merupakan bisnis yang saat ini marak digandrungi dan populer di semua kalangan usia hingga saat ini, adalah produk Merchandise K-Pop yang produknya banyak ditemui di indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 104 responden NCTzen Gresik dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan daya beli dan faktor budaya berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan desain produk tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun secara simultan desain produk, daya beli dan faktor budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian NCT merchandise. Untuk kedepannya diharapkan desain produk dapat tetap meningkatkan desain produk yang menarik, sehingga dapat mempertahankan keputusan pembelian NCT merchandise pada NCTzen.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work discipline in the activities of Nasari Savings and Loans Cooperative Employees. This research is qualitative research using descriptive techniques. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation at the Nasari Lhokseumawe Savings and Loans Cooperative. The results of this study indicate that at the level of work discipline, the number of employees in construction companies is still small, which has an impact on the low quality of human resource work. The reasons are several things. Examples of low employee discipline include lack of discipline for being late to work, lack of awareness of discipline, and efforts to increase employee efficiency. To overcome this, companies must set an example of discipline for their employees and reward disciplined employees. Artikel ini mengkaji peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SD Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor. Kecerdasan spiritual merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan yang berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter dan moral siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode dan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan pribadi mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai pendidik, motivator, dan teladan yang efektif. Mereka mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam kurikulum melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan partisipatif, seperti diskusi, praktik ibadah, dan kegiatan sosial. Selain itu, guru juga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pengembangan spiritual siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peran aktif guru PAI sangat penting dalam membentuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter yang baik dan kesadaran sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah Islam.
