Since January 2020 Indonesia is affected by the pandemic of Covid-19. Immunization is the quite possibly the best endeavors to defeat the Covid-19 pandemic, which is as yet on going Currently the number of people who come for vaccination is increasing. However, there are several sub-districts that have relatively far distances from the vaccination sites determined by the government, so it is necessary to group several sub-districts into several clusters, with the aim of forming additional vaccination points by dividing the area into several locations so that they are easily accessible by the entire community of Karawang district. The examination was led utilizing an unmistakable quantitative technique with the wellspring of the information utilized in this investigation obtained from website : Covid-19 task force in the Karawang area. The information utilized in this investigation is information on June 18, 2021 which comprises of 30 locale. The technique utilized is the K-Means Clustering strategy which is prepared utilizing the SPSS 23 programming and accepts that the interest for each sub-locale is drawn closer with a positive number of Covid-19 in that sub-area. The consequences of the examination show that the sub-areas in cluster1 have 1-sub-locale, in group 2 there are 9 sub-regions and in bunch 3 there are 11 sub-regions. Negara Kepulauan Republik Indonesia terdampak pandemi Covid-19 sejak Januari 2020. Vaksinasi adalah salah satu solusi terbaik saat ini untuk melindungi dari pandemi Covid-19. Saat ini jumlah masyarakat yang datang untuk vaksinasi semakin meningkat. Namun terdapat beberapa kecamatan yang memiliki jarak relatif jauh dari tempat vaksinasi yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelompokkan beberapa kecamatan menjadi beberapa cluster, dengan tujuan membentuk tambahan titik vaksinasi dengan cara membagi wilayah menjadi beberapa lokasi agar mudah dijangkau oleh seluruh masyarakat kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan cara pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari website. Website yang digunakan bersumber dari website milik Satgas Covid19 Kabupaten Karawang. Dalam survei ini data yang diambil merupakan data per 18 Juni 2021 dan mencakup 30 kabupaten. Metode K – Means Clustering diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23, dengan asumsi permintaan setiap kecamatan diperkirakan dari angka positif Covid 19 untuk kecamatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di antaranya cluster 1 beranggotakan 10 kecamatan, cluster 2 terdiri atas 9 kecamatan dan cluster 3 mempunyai anggota 11 kecamatan.

PT XYZ is a company operating in the manufacturing industry sector to produce car parking brakes. At this company there are several failures that often occur in the production process, namely bubbles, scratches, bending process failures and press failures. In this study, the aim is to evaluate the failures that occur in the company. The method that will be used in this research is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). FMEA is a method that identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes the failures that occur so that the causes and impacts of each failure will be known. This method produces a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score that starts from the recapitulation results between the severity, occurrence and detection rating values to show the priority level of problems that occur. Based on the RPN calculations carried out in this study, the highest RPN value occurs in the type of bubble defect which is equal to 288. The second rank is the scratch defect type with an RPN score of 180. The third is press failure with an RPN score of 81 and the last is bending failure with a score RPN 40.

Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan dapat memudahkan pekerjaan manusia terutama dalam pencatatan keuangan pada suatu perusahaan. Hal ini dapat membantu dan menjadi solusi dari adanya permasalahan mengenai pencatatan keuangan perusahaan yang cukup lama. Keuangan menjadi hal vital dalam suatu perusahaan yang keberadaannya harus terus diawasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pencatatan keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi keuangan agar tersusun lebih sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui beberapa tahapan dimulai dengan survei pada perusahaan, identifikasi masalah, analisis situasional dan sistem. Sehingga, hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mendapatkan analisis dari segi system requirement atau kebutuhan sistem diantaranya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional, hal keamanan, skalabilitas, performa, dan persyaratan teknis sistem. Segi pemodelan proses meliputi proses dalam sistem, proses pengguna, dan administrator, dari segi pemodelan data meliputi entitas dalam sistem dan hubungan antara user dengan catatan anggaran. Selain dari segi analisis situasional juga menghasilkan perancangan input, output, dan user interface. Maka dari itu, hasil dari penelitian ini dapat berguna untuk membantu perusahaan dalam pencatatan keuangan dengan sistem informasi yang telah dirancang.

Competition in the business world is getting tougher, encouraging companies to improve and develop the quality of their production, the quality of the goods or services produced will affect the competition of a company. Making the production process more effective is something that companies must do to increase production results and can affect company costs. PT.GCE is a manufacturing company operating in the Sheet Metal sector and the production process takes place on a job order basis. In the production process, various deviations and obstacles often occur which result in products experiencing non-conformities, both in product form and processing time. The Six Sigma method is a business strategy that is considered capable of improving and maintaining a company's operational excellence. The results of calculations carried out using the DMAIC method in the Part End Plate production process obtained data on 0.048 defects in the non-conforming product category and 0.084 defects in untidy products, so it can be concluded that defects in Part End Plate products are below 3.4 defects out of a million opportunities. From the calculation results, it was found that the factors causing defects in the Part End Plate production process could be caused by several factors experienced, including machine and labor factors. It is necessary to propose improvements that can be made in an effort to reduce the level of product defects in Part End Plate products so that defects no longer occur in the product. In the current era of globalization, the industrial world is developing very rapidly both the service industry and the product industry in this case time is very important especially for service providers, so the company must be able to maintain its existence by limiting service time so that companies can meet targets many services to the customer. Queues can be found in several public service facilities where the community or goods will experience a queuing process from the arrival process, entering the queue and waiting, until the service process lasts until the end of service. The purpose of queuing analysis is to minimize customer waiting and service capacity cost. The model is a representation of a simplified real system. the model is a very useful tool for analyzing and designing systems. Simulation is a methodology for carrying out experiments using models from a real system by creating a simulation model of a system so it is expected to be easier to do the analysis. Promodel stands for Production Modeler is an application issued by Promodel company. This application serves to simulate or model various types of manufacturing and service systems. These manufacturing systems such as shops, conveyors, assemblies, just-in-time systems, flexible manufacturing systems can all be modeled with promodels. The time used in this case is quite good, namely at counter 1 of 49.67, counter 2 of 40.57 and counter 3 of 33.24. Because time is very important, especially for service providers, companies must be able to maintain their existence by limiting service time so that companies can meet the target number of services to customers.

PT XYZ is a chemical industry company producing products such as sulfuric acid, aluminum sulfate, and ammonium sulfate fertilizer. In practice, fluctuating demand has caused inaccuracies in forecasting results, leading to company’s excessive production. Additionally, the company's minimum order quantity policy contributes to overstocking issues. Therefore, this research aims to calculate product forecasts using time series method and provide a proposed quantity for each order of product raw materials with the Minimum-Maximum Stock approach through a Minimum-Maximum Stock approach. Based on these problems, calculations were conducted using several forecasting methods, namely the Double Exponential Smoothing and Linear Regression methods to predict usage in the next period. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method by presenting calculations based on monthly product demand data for 2 years from 2022 to 2023. The results of data processing indicate that the Linear Regression method provides the most accurate forecast, with the lowest Mean Square Error (MSE). The forecast results were then used to determine product inventory. Based on the company’s service level of 90%, the research found discrepancies between the Min-Max Stock calculations and the company’s current policy, with differences of 89% for safety stock, 36% for minimum stock, and 28% for maximum stock.

This study applie the reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method to analyze the maintenance of tensile tensile testing machines at PT. BK. By collecting data on machine failures and reliability, the study conducts an analysis of failure causes and identifies critical failure mode. Based on the analysis, maintenance action are determined, including preventive maintenance, condition-based repairs, and the-based repairs. The effectiveness of these maintenance action is evaluated considering factors such as cost, time and impact on machine performance. The results of this study provide valuable insight fot planning optimal maintenance strategies of tensile testing machines, aiming to improve operational reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance cost. Manufacturing companies often face challenges in maintaining machine performance to avoid operational losses. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the flat glass production sector. The company experienced problems from water heater engine damage caused by several factors; the main problem found was the frequent occurrence of extended failures due to maintenance errors that increased the risk of damage to the engine and stopped production. Therefore, the use of the intensity function is a concept that can predict engine failure by involving historical analysis of the damage using Weibull and exponential distributions to predict the time of failure. Thus, this analysis results in two maintenance policies that are compared, namely Periodic Replacement Policy (Policy 4) and Repair Count Policy (Policy 5). The results of the study show that Policy 4, with an optimal time to replace the engine every 923 hours or 39 days, results in lower maintenance costs (Rp 11,447,000) compared to Policy 5 (Rp 15,500,000) and an estimate where engine damage will begin to occur every T=200, and it is recommended to repair and replace the Main Unit every T=800. In conclusion, updating the preventive maintenance schedule with the implementation of Policy 4 can minimize maintenance costs and the risk of machine damage, thereby increasing the company's operational efficiency.
