The purpose of this study was to reveal the management of the UPI SD Lab BK. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews and document studies. The research instrument is a group instrument. The analysis used in this study is an interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of UPI's BK SD Lab management research consisted of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Where the planning of the UPI SD Lab BK is flexible, factual and contextual because in preparing the program it never departs from the vision, mission, guidance and goals of the school. The organization involved the principal, wk. Student affairs, subject teachers and homeroom teachers. As for the assignment of guidance, the BK choir divided 5 BK teacher personnel for six generations by combining class 1 coaches with class 4 coaches to be responsible for class 4. The implementation of the BK program itself has been running from daily to annual counseling. And finally, there is an evaluation where the evaluation of SD Upi's guidance is carried out every month and every year, to see the development of students and the development of the guidance counselor himself.

Today the credit of the sharia bank is based on its social activity, which impacts its economic activities. The study analyzes factors that affect Islamic social inequality in the sharia bank at IDX. The research uses the secondary data of the annual report with a sample of 4 buses going public in 2018-2020. A non-sampling sample with a saturated sample type uses the sample retrieval technique. The data analysis method used is the regression test panel using the Eviews software 10. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance and exposure variables do not significantly affect Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), with variable corporate size affecting Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). In comparison, there is simultaneously no influence between affirmative governance variables, exposure media, and the firm's size On Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). The implications of this research are expected to be able to provide theoretical contributions related to the disclosure of Islamic social responsibility. They are useful in providing input for policymakers and regulators on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The primary objective of this reserach was to examine the essential internal factors that affect stock prices by utilizing Return on Equity (ROE) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as independent variables, while Price to Book Value (PBV) was considered as an intervening variable. The focus of the study was on companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The data was analyzed using panel data regression through the REM, with support from Eviews 12 software. Path analysis was also employed to test hypotheses and gain deeper insights. The research findings indicate that only ROE significantly affects stock prices both directly and indirectly, while DPR doesnt have a significant influence on the fluctuations of stock prices. Additionally, PBV cannot mediate the effect of ROE and DPR on stock prices. This suggests that other factors can affect stock prices in the Indonesian capital market. It is crucial to consider a representative sample of companies and additional variables to gain deeper insight into the factors leading to share prices.

Darussalam Islamic Boarding school Tasikmalaya is an integrated curriculum that includes Salafiyah, KMI Gontor, Tahfidz and Kemendikbud programs to develop students proficient in Arabic and English. However, challenges like lack of student attention during lessons, due to ineffective teaching media, have affected learning outcomes. This study aimed to implement Trivial Pursuit educational media to increase student engagement and improve learning outcomes in the Nahwu subject for class 5C. The research applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Kurt Lewin’s model, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Results showed that using Trivial Pursuit increased student participation from 80% to 90%, and learning outcomes improved from 60% to 100%. Students are encouraged to become more active and Nahwu teachers are recommended to use more effective teaching methods. The pesantren is also advised to enhance the use of teaching strategies and media.

Early education which greatly influences the formation of a child's personality, of course, starts with family education. Because if the next educational environment is good, entering the education stage will be good, and vice versa. When the educational environment is negative when it is not good, it could be that children entering the next stage of education will be easily influenced to do something wrong. Morals are the most important factor to form a happy household. In the technical family, parents' activities will be used as role models for children in morals. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing children's moral education in families in Tanimulya Village, Kec. Ngamprah Kab. West Bandung. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, the results of the study show that although parents are busy working, in the implementation of education Morals in the family have been successfully instilled, by looking at the morals seen in the behavior of the children of Tanimulya Village. The use of social media in the Keciput tourist village to promote the tourist village has been carried out with an Instagram account. However, social media contents are less exciting and informative, so it is necessary to develop the content. Implementing community service in the Keciput tourist village focuses on training activities for making Instagram social media by filling in exciting and informative content. On the other hand, this service activity also holds training related to tourism digitization. The outcome of this community service is the existence of a unique Instagram for tourism content with interesting, informative content in the Keciput tourist village. The conclusion obtained from this community service is that there is community enthusiasm from the Keciput tourism village to carry out innovative promotions. It is hoped that digital media and promotional strategies prepared by the village can bring in tourists visiting the Keciput tourist village.

Tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di Indonesia. Ekstrak tembakau dapat diaplikasikan dalam produk untuk membantu berhenti merokok. Metode ekstraksi berbantu microwave (MAE) memiliki keunggulan dalam mempersingkat waktu ekstraksi dan penggunaan energi serta penggunaan pelarut yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh waktu ekstraksi dan rasio bahan baku-pelarut terhadap rendemen, warna, kandungan alkaloid, serta kadar nikotin pada ekstrak tembakau menggunakan Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio 1:3 (b/v) memerlukan waktu lebih lama untuk mencapai rendemen tinggi, sedangkan rasio 1:9 (b/v) mampu menghasilkan rendemen yang lebih besar dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Warna ekstrak tembakau menunjukkan nilai L*, a*, dan b* yang bervariasi, kecenderungan warna mengarah ke merah gelap. MAE menghasilkan kadar nikotin yang lebih rendah dibandingkan maserasi, tetapi tetap lebih efektif karena dapat mencapai hasil yang mendekati hanya dalam waktu ekstraksi 15 menit. Rasio bahan bakupelarut dan waktu ekstraksi terbukti memengaruhi rendemen, warna, dan kandungan alkaloid pada ekstrak tembakau. Perlakuan dengan hasil rendemen tertinggi (29.54%) serta intensitas sedang senyawa alkaloid yang terdeteksi diperoleh dari rasio bahan baku-pelarut 1:9 (b/v) selama 5 menit.

This research explores the important role of confidentiality in individual counseling, focusing on its impact on trust between counselor and counselee. The main objective is to illustrate how maintaining confidentiality fosters a safe environment for counselees to openly discuss sensitive issues. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this study reviewed existing literature to gather insights on the principles of confidentiality in counseling practice. This approach ensures that findings are well-supported and objective, overcoming the challenge of maintaining objectivity in literature reviews. The results showed that confidentiality is essential for building trust. When counselors adhere to confidentiality guidelines, counselees are more likely to engage openly, which increases the effectiveness of counseling sessions. Conversely, breaches of confidentiality can cause emotional distress and undermine trust, thus making the counselee hesitant to seek help. This discussion emphasizes the need for counselors to receive specialized training in ethical practices, especially regarding confidentiality, to reduce the risks associated with potential breaches. In conclusion, this study underscores confidentiality as a basic element that protects the privacy of counselees and enhances counseling effectiveness. The authors recommend that counseling programs include comprehensive training on ethical standards and confidentiality practices to better prepare counselors for their roles. In addition, ongoing educational initiatives should reinforce the importance of these principles in fostering a trusting counselor-counselor relationship. This article is purposed to reveal alienation of man as reflected in the novel of John Grisham’s entitled Theodore Boone: the Activist. In this paper, alienation is described as the condition when man is separated from his surroundings. This matter occurs due to the replacement of concrete understanding into abstractification. In the novel, abstractification is narrated in the description of treating nature and land for profit orientation. As a result, the alienation of man is shown in his feeling of separation from essential values of humanity. By using the postmodernism approach for this research, the results show that an authority’s policy such as the project of infrastructure without considering the public interest, as told in the novel, will cause not only the damages of environment but also the destruction of the civilization. In this paper, alienation of man is classified into alienation from activity, self-alienation, and alienation from others. Those classifications in the novel are proven to bring human to dehumanization.
