Abstract

Siswa yang merupakan bagian dari warga negara Indonesia tentunya dituntut untuk memiliki keterlibatan sebagai warga negara untuk bekerjasama dalam mengatasi pandemi Covid- 19. Untuk itu sangat menarik mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai civic engagement siswa dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Telkom Purwokerto yang juga sebagai sekolah yang terdampak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Bagaimana bentuk civic engagement siswa SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Informan penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta studi literatur digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data dianalisis dengan  mereduksi data, kemudian penyajian data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data penelitian menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan waktu.  Hasil penelitian adalah adanya civic engagement siswa SMK Telkom Purwokerto di masa pandemi Covid- 19 yaitu civic engagement secara individu dan kolektif atau dalam sebauah komunitas. Simpulan penelitian adalah bentuk civic engagement siswa SMK Telkom dimasa pandemi Covid- 19 dilakukan dengan berbagai macam bentuk kegiatan baik kegiatan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi covid-19 menjadi pandemi di seluruh dunia yang berdampak pada segala aspek kehidupan di dunia. Di Indonesia sendiri, Pandemi covid-19  telah mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat Indonesia yang suka berkumpul dan melakukan aktivitas secara normal hingga dipaksa untuk berjaga jarak serta melakukan segala aktivitas melalui trying atau advanced. Di satu sisi, digitalisasi akibat pandemi covid-19  ini memberikan berbagai kemudahan namun di sisi yang lain juga menyimpan berbagai hambatan dan tantangan. Hambatan dan tantangan tersebut berkaitan dengan cara menanggulangi pandemi covid-19 ini. Artikel ini  mengemukakan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam menanggulangi covid-19 dengan metode Literature review dengan Teknik membuat ringkasan (summarize) yang akan memberikan solusi bagaimana strategi dan cara menanggulangi pandemi covid-19 ini dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang dapat menjadi langkah yang tepat untuk mengingatkan  masyarakat, akan nilai-nilai Pancasila harus dikonstruksikan dan di terapkan sebagai filosofi kehidupan. Oleh sebab itu kita warga negara Indonesia jangan pernah lupa untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai pedoman hidup dalam menanggulangi pandemi covid-19Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Nilai, Covid-19 AbstractThe Coronavirus pandemic is a worldwide pandemic that affects all aspects of life in the world. In Indonesia itself, the Coronavirus Pandemic has changed the habits of Indonesian people who like to gather and carry out normal activities so that they are forced to be on guard and carry out all activities through trying or advancing. On the one hand, digitization due to the Coronavirus pandemic provides various conveniences but on the other hand it also saves various obstacles and challenges. These obstacles and challenges are related to how to deal with this Coronavirus pandemic. This article proposes the application of Pancasila values in tackling COVID-19 with the Literature review method with a summary technique that will provide solutions on how to strategy and how to deal with this Coronavirus pandemic by applying Pancasila values which can be the right step to remind the public, Pancasila values must be constructed and applied as a philosophy of life. Abstract

This study discusses the accuracy of the final voter list (DPT) with a focus on the process of classifying voter data. At the stage of determining the DPT by the Riau KPUD, it was found that 51,469 voters Did Not Meet the Requirements (Tidak Memenuhi Syarat/TMS) registered as permanent voters. On the other hand, there are still many potential voters who are 17 years old or married and are not registered as voters. This phenomenon is a problem that has always been an evaluation material for every general election organizer. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained by means of in-depth interviews with informants and collecting literature related to research issues. As a reference for analysis, this study uses the theory of democracy and the political rights of voters. The data were processed using an etic-emic approach so that a comprehensive analysis was found. The main argument of this research is that the classification and updating of data is an important step in determining the DPT to ensure that every citizen has good political rights.

Abstract

This research aims to build a practical and feasible guidance program for developing positive adolescent character. One approach to providing guidance is to use Sirah Nabawiyah learning materials, namely a pattern of guidance activities using meaning and contextualization of the life journey of the Prophet Muhammad, both before and after he was appointed a Prophet. This research contextualizes the Prophet Muhammad's teenage years. This research uses a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental research design. This research shows that the average score of the experimental group who took part in Sirah Nabawiyah-based guidance is better than the average score of the control group who took conventional guidance/learning, so the conclusion obtained is that Sirah Nabawiyah-based guidance services are more effectively used to improve the positive character of adolescence. This Sirah Nabawiyah-based guidance program is recommended to be considered as one of the programs for carrying out learning and guidance activities, significantly improving positive character.

Abstract

The phenomenon of deviations from Pancasila values ​​still frequently occurs in social life, and of course does not reflect an attitude that is in appropriate with values ​​be contained in Pancasila. Among the causes is the lack of awareness of the implementation of Pancasila values ​​which has resulted in the exclusion of the Pancasila ideology. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of education in building the nation's character in the era of generation z, as well as the implementation of Pancasila values ​​through the perspective of guidance and counseling. The method used in this paper is a literature review study whose writing results focus on the topic or related writing variables. Abstract

This research aims to identify both the similarities and significant differences in student perspectives regarding civic engagement and its role in promoting gender equality in higher education at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon and Jambi University. Additionally, the study aims to understand the implications of these perspectives for advancing gender equality at both institutions. The research uses qualitative methods to explore student views on gender equality and its connection to civic engagement through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that civic engagement can serve as an effective mechanism for enhancing gender equality in various higher education contexts. Students from both universities express an awareness of their critical roles in addressing gender equality issues, although their approaches differ due to religious and secular influences. These insights can guide universities in developing policies that better cater to student needs and foster gender equality through civic engagement. Moreover, the research suggests that a favourable student perspective on civic engagement related to gender equality may act as a catalyst for transformative change across campuses. Despite differing approaches, civic engagement at both institutions has the potential to raise awareness, shape more inclusive policies, and empower students to become advocates for gender equality within their campuses and communities. These results emphasize the necessity for institutional support and the creation of forums where students can express and explore their views on gender equality.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the existence of various cases of sexual violence and gender inequality that occur in the scope of education in higher education. Anti-sexual violence education is often not part of the mandatory curriculum. The large number of cases of sexual violence in tertiary institutions reflects the weakness of the prevention and treatment system, which has an impact on trauma, fear, and decreased student academic and social participation. This situation emphasizes the urgency of integrating anti-sexual violence education based on gender equality to strengthen student civic engagement in creating a safer and more inclusive campus environment. This research aims to develop the integration of anti-sexual violence educational material in the citizenship education curriculum to strengthen students' civic engagement in higher education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative research methods. This approach allows researchers to deeply understand the meaning, perceptions, and experiences of individuals related to the implementation of the material in learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observations regarding learning and the citizenship education curriculum at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, then conducting in-depth interviews with lecturers, students and related parties in the tertiary environment, as well as documentation studies of relevant campus policies. The number of participants in this research consisted of people, which included a group of participants, namely 7 students and 3 lecturers, campus policy maker. This study produces the concept of anti-sexual violence education in higher education based on gender equality, including; 1) anti-sexual violence material in higher education can be integrated through general compulsory courses, namely civic education, material on legal education is included in the domain of civic education. For this reason, the right material to be delivered is also related to the construction of sexual violence law. 2) Philosophy of learning theory as a basis for developing anti-sexual violence education to strengthen civic engagement in higher education; 3) Civic engagement of students in higher education can help efforts to overcome various phenomena of sexual violence. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of anti-sexual violence education in the curriculum is able to strengthen student awareness and involvement in efforts to prevent sexual violence. Suggestions from the study must be real and consistent implementation from various parties to participate in overcoming sexual violence, especially in the educational environment.

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBe) adalah suatu kelompok usaha yang dirintis oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga anggota kelompok Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Notog, Patikraja, Banyumas. KUBe ini memproduksi serta menjual berbagai macam olahan makanan, misalnya keripik manggleng, keripik kulit lumpia, onde-onde, dan sebagainya. Sayangnya, produk-produk yang dihasilkan tersebut belum dikemas secara baik dan menarik, hanya dengan bungkus berupa plastik putih polos tanpa adanya merk atau stiker tertentu. Cara pemasarannya pun masih manual dengan cara dijajakan ke rumah-rumah atau dititipkan ke warung-warung sekitar. Dikarenakan pengemasan yang masih sederhana serta cara penjualan yang masih manual tersebut mengakibatkan tingkat penjualan produknya masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya jual produk-produk tersebut maka dilakukanlah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dalam pengemasan produk yang menarik dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran produk. Hasil dari pengabdian masyakat ini, peserta pelatihan memahami pentingnya pengemasan produk yang menarik dan menerapkannya. Selain itu peserta juga memahami dan mempraktekkan pemasaran produk secara daring menggunakan media sosial facebook, whatsapp, instagram dan marketplace.

Abstract

Chabacano language is a cultural heritage of Ternate, Cavite. It is a creole language originated from Moluccas during the time of European colonization. This paper explores the role of Chabacano language in shaping cultural identity among Generation Z in Ternate. To answer this, the researcher utilized Descriptive design using semi-structured interview. The participants of this study were carefully selected using Purposive sampling with the following criteria: (1) the participant must be a native of Ternate, (2) the participant must be a Chabacano speaker, and (3) the participant must be a Generation Z student of Ternate. The data were gathered through Messenger and Gmail. For the data analysis, the researcher used Thematic Analysis and generated 5 major themes. The findings show that Generation Z in Ternate show great interest in preserving Chabacano language, they find this language a marker of their cultural identity. In addition, they also acknowledge the importance of Chabacano language in community gatherings such as family events, cultural and religious festivals. The researcher recommend that Millennials and Generation Z should receive regular Chabacano Language Preservation Program through seminars for them to preserve the language effectively. The researcher also recommends the utilization of Chabacano Research among local schools and college in Ternate.
