Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya wajib pajak yang masih tidak sadar akan kewajibannya membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor, sehingga wajib pajak banyak yang terlambat atau bahkan tidak membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum wajib pajak untuk membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui program samsat keliling yang diluncukan pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang berlokasi di wilayah Kota Bandung 1 Pajajaran dengan subjek penelitian yaitu wajib pajak, petugas samsat keliling, dan Kepala Cabang Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah (CPPD) Provinsi Wilayah Kota Bandung 1 Pajajaran. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu data kualitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kehadiran program samsat keliling dengan berbagai kemudahannya mampu menarik minat wajib pajak untuk membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dengan tepat waktu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum wajib pajak untuk membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dapat meningkat seiring hadirnya program samsat keliling.

Abstract

Masalah pembelajaran merupakan masalah kompleks yang dihadapi mulai dari sekolah tingkat dasar sampai dengan tingkat perguruan tinggi, sehingga masih perlu dicari upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi masalah pembelajaran. Salah satu cara mengatasi masalah pembelajaran tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan peta pemikiran. Dengan diterapkannya peta pemikiran dalam penyampaian materi Hukum Pidana, diharapkan mampu menarik perhatian mahasiswa sehingga lebih fokus terhadap materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan maksud peneliti dapat mendeskripsikan secara jelas dan rinci serta mendapat data mendalam dan fokus penelitian tentang Implementasi model pembelajaran iMindMap dalam memanfaatkan cara kerja otak sebagai mesin asosiasi untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PKn pada mata kuliah Hukum Pidana. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Proses pembelajaran iMindMap mampu meningkatkan cara belajar, berfikir mahasiswa dalam mempresentasikan tidak lagi membaca slide power point, serta dalam menyampaikan presentasi di depan kelas sangat sistematis kecenderungan hal ini membuat semangat atau motivasi mahasiswa menunjukan hal positif dalam pembelajaran Hukum Pidana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan muatan kajian gender pada buku teks Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tahap, yaitu pengadaan data, reduksi data, inferensi, dan analisis data. Sumber data penelitian adalah buku teks Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan Kemenristekdikti tahun 2016. Unit analisis adalah muatan kajian gender yang terkadung pada BAB yang berhubungan dan berkaitan dengan kajian gender dalam buku tersebut. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Penyusunan buku teks dilihat dari parity gender dapat dikatakan disparity gender karena hanya terdapat tiga orang perempuan dari 12 orang penyusun buku teks. (2) Terdapat pembahasan tidak responsif gender dengan tidak mencantumkan organisasi perempuan dalam pergerakan nasional. (3) Ditemukan beberapa ilustrasi gambar yang bias gender dan mengakibatkan perspektif yang salah tentang gender stereotypes dan gender roles. (4) Masih absennya kajian muatan gender dalam buku teks Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Perguruan tinggi yang semestinya hadir bila dilihat sebagai ilmu yang bersifat multifaced.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weak internalization of the value of civility in education which is caused by not optimal learning in schools due to the learning environment factor.  Therefore the existence of the natural school as an innovation made to improve the purpose of optimal learning. One of the natural schools in Indonesia is Yogyakarta Nature School which has subjects of ‘tata krama desa’ as subjects that can internalize the civic virtue value. The purpose of this subject is to find out an overview about implementation of civic virtue value on the subject of ‘tata krama desa’ at the Yogyakarta Natural School.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques carried out in this research were by means of observation, interviews, documentation studies, literature studies, and field notes. Data analysis techniques were carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verifying validating data by triangulation and member check. The results of the research show that in the subject of ‘tata krama desa’, the values of civic virtue have been implemented, this is based on the learning process, both in terms of planning, implementation, and assessment.

Abstract

This article aims to observe students' perceptions of the MB-KM student exchange program, as well as what obstacles and barriers are experienced by students participating in the student exchange program. This research uses a case study method, with a focus on the implementation of an off-campus learning activity program, namely student exchange organized by the Citizenship Education study program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Observations were made on 23 Citizenship Education students in implementing a student exchange program at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in Islamic law courses. Triangulation of data from observations, interviews, and field notes was used to analyze data collected during the implementation of student exchange activities. The findings of this study indicate that students have a favorable opinion of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia implementation of the student exchange program. The student exchange program is viewed as a means of developing an innovative learning culture through collaboration; however, the obstacles that activities frequently face are unexpected; there are issues with credit transfer, as well as student difficulties with adapting to a new environment and time management.

Abstract

Environmental damage must be considered from a small scope but has a large influence, can be applied through the Green Constitution to develop students' Civic Engagement. The appropriate method used in this research is a comparative study with a qualitative approach, which will be applied with a minimum of 3 schools in Bandung. The results showed; How is the implementation of the Green Constitution model in Civic Education learning to develop Civic Engagement for students. After doing research, this model was successful despite experiencing differences in the results of each school, this success was due to the use of the Green Constitution model through the citizen project.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the attitude of environmental awareness conducted by Mangrove Center. This research is based on the high environmental damage in Tuban City. According to the law number 32-year 2009, society has right in managing the environment both independent and organizational. One of the organizations involved in the environment is Mangrove Center Foundation Tuban which is empowers the surrounding society to participate in environmental management. This research uses qualitative methods and with case study design. According to the research, it is obtained data that the attitude of environmental awareness in the society can be formed and grown through the provision of environmental management, such as: concerned with the cleanliness of the environment, tree-planting, management of natural tourism sector, etc.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of national insight possessed by the younger generation, especially junior high school students. In order to overcome this problem, a movement for inculcating the values of Indonesian nationalism in Civics learning is needed by applying a digital encyclopedia based on local wisdom called the e-Encyclopedia of the Indonesian Customary Law System (ENSHI). ENSHI is an innovative and applicable digital learning media, that summarizes all studies, theories, and arguments of Indonesian customary law which are comprehensively poured into the form of a website. The study used a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental study method involving seventh-grade students of SMPN 1 Cimahi. The study involved two research samples, namely class VII A as the experimental class and class VII D as the control class. The data collection technique used is a series of pre-test and post-test with data analysis techniques using statistics with the help of IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The results obtained from this study are PPKn learning outcomes in the experimental class that apply ENSHI learning media showing significant results compared to the control class which only applies conventional learning.
