Abstract

Rokok merupakanhasil olahan dari tembakau kering yang terbungkus sehingga berbentuk seperti cerutu. Sebagian besar rokok mengandung tembakau dan mengandung nikotin dan tar dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan lainnya. Merokok menimbulkan beban kesehatan, sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan tidak saja bagi perokok tetapi juga bagi orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku merokok di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang.Desain Penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Perilaku Merokok yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sampel berjumlah 118 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji statistik Chi-Square. Penelitian iniresponden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (55,9%) sedangkan yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah  (44,1%)  yang mempunyai perilaku merokok ringan (63.6%) dan yang mempunyai perilaku merokok berat (36.4%). Hasil Uji Statistik Chi Square p value (0,000) ˂ ɑ = 0,05 dengan nilai Odss Ratio (1.960) menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku merokok di SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang dari sebagian siswa kelas 2 memiliki pengetahuan tinggi dan perilaku merokok ringan Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bagi pendidikan tentang penurunan perilaku merokok yaitu dengan memberikan nasihat kepada siswa ataupun menegurnya.Kata kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Perilaku Merokok

Abstract

Seseorang dikatakan hipertensi bila memiliki tekanan darah sistolik  ≥ 140 mmHg dan atau tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg, pada pemeriksaan yang berulang. Prevalensi hipertensi di klinik X di Kota Tangerang adalah sebesar 20%.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji hubungan umur, jenis kelamin , riwayat keturunan, olahraga, obesitas, status pendidikan, status pekerjaan, status perkawinan dan pendapatan  dengan hipertensi di Klinik X di Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung klinik berumur 18 tahun ke atas yang berobat jalan di Klinik X di Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2016, dengan besar sampel sebanyak 210. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran tekanan darah, berat badan dan tinggi badan.Analisis data dengan univariat, bivariat, multivariat. Hasil analisis multivariat, didapatkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi  adalah umur (p=0,000; OR=8.431), pendapatan (p=0.001; OR=4.471) dan riwayat keturunan (0,031; OR=3.744) sedangkan variabel  olahraga, pekerjaan dan pendidikan merupakan variabel confounding. Umur  merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan hipertensi.  Disarankan kepada Depkes, Dinkes,  Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan upaya program promotif, preventif penyakit hipertensi, begitupun Klinik X, yang lebih dikhususkan lagi kepada pasien-pasien rawat jalan terutama yang mempunyai faktor resiko hipertensi.

Abstract

Hypovolemic shock in the medical world still ranks fairly high, the cause of this shock is generally caused by loss of intravascular fluid volume, in an emergency with cases of hypovolemic shock the medical staff at the initial stage will carry out the process of applying the ABC principles or handling disorders of the airway, breathing and circulation immediately because this is the main problem there is interference with blood perfusion to the tissues, if this principle has been carried out then fluid resuscitation is carried out to maintain fluid volume in the blood, this study describes the management of fluid resuscitation in emergency patients with hypovolemic shock, fluid resuscitation is carried out with a liquid description in the form of crystalloid fluid and colloid acquisition which aims to maintain fluid volume in the blood, the literature search method is carried out in several journals so that information and data can be used as a comparison of results so that data can be obtained. management of fluid resuscitation in emergency department patients with hypovolemic shock, namely that patients can be treated quickly and accurately and patients can return in a stable condition.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to increase the role of educators and parents in supporting the Individual Learning Program (PPI) for early childhood children with special needs in Kembangan District, West Jakarta. This activity includes socialization, data collection through the distribution of assessment instruments, pre, posttest, BIMTEK, monitoring, evaluation. The method used involves observation, interviews. The implementation process lasted five months. The results show increased understanding of educators and parents, better synergy between school and home, as well as a positive impact on children's cognitive, social emotional, behavioral and motor development. This program has the potential to become a model for improving inclusive education in Indonesia, with a significant contribution to the PAUD environment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is to obtain the significance value of online shopping and e-wallet variables on lifestyles in the era of society 5.0 and views of the Islamic economy. The study used a mixed sequential explanatory design method, using quantitative to measure variables with multiple linear regression and a qualitative library for the perspective of Islamic economics. The data used is primary from the distribution of questionnaires who are domiciled in Cirebon, Majalengka, Kuningan and secondary data from the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and fiqh rules. The data was tested using SPSS version 29. This study shows that online shopping (X₁) and e-wallets (X₂) have a significant and positive effect on lifestyle (Y) partially. The significance value at X₁ is 0.003 <0.05 with a tcount of 3.068 > ttable of 1.655 and at X₂ of 0.000 <0.05 with a tcount of 5.215 > ttable of 1.655. The two variables simultaneously influence the Y variable, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount 52.468 > Ftable 2.34. Online shopping and e-wallets for lifestyle in the era of society 5.0 based on an Islamic economic perspective may be carried out by paying attention to the sharia according to the DSN MUI fatwa. Penelitian ini untuk memperoleh nilai signifikansi dari variabel belanja online dan e-wallet terhadap gaya hidup di era society 5.0 serta pandangan ekonomi Islam. Penelitian menggunakan mix methods desain sequential explanatory, dengan menggunakan kuantitatif untuk mengukur variabel dengan regresi linear berganda dan kualitatif library untuk perspektif ekonomi Islam. Data yang digunakan primer dari persebaran kuesioner yang berdomisili di Cirebon, Majalengka, Kuningan dan data sekunder dari Al-Qur’an, Hadits, serta kaidah fiqih. Data diuji menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja online (X₁) dan e-wallet (X₂) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap gaya hidup (Y) secara parsial. Nilai signifikansi pada X₁ yakni 0,003 < 0,05 dengan thitung 3,068 > ttabel 1,655 dan pada X₂ sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan thitung 5,215 > ttabel 1,655. Kedua variabel berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Y, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 52,468 > Ftabel 2,34.  Belanja online dan e-wallet terhadap gaya hidup di era society 5.0 berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam boleh dilakukan dengan memperhatikan syariat yang sesuai fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

Islam sebagai system nilai dalam tradisi lokal Banten mencerminkan perpaduan yang selaras antara ajaran islam dan kearifan local masyarakat setempat. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya proses akulturasi yang harmonis, dan dimana nila-nilai islam yang berbaur dengan tradisi sbudaya Banten tanpa menimbulkan benturan. Sebagai wilayah yang memiliki sejarah panjang dalam penyebaran Islam sejak era Kesultanan Banten, nilai-nilai Islam telah meresap dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, budaya, dan politik masyarakat setempat. Tradisi lokal seperti ritual keagamaan, adat istiadat, dan kesenian daerah memperlihatkan bagaimana masyarakat Banten memadukan ajaran Islam dengan nilai-nilai lokal yang diwarisi secara turun-temurun. Pengaruh Islam terlihat dalam tradisi seperti upacara Seba, perayaan Maulid Nabi,yalil” dan pencak silat yang tidak hanya menjadi simbol identitas kultural, tetapi juga sebagai sarana memperkuat nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam terinternalisasi dalam tradisi lokal Banten serta bagaimana proses tersebut membentuk harmoni sosial di tengah dinamika modernisasi dan globalisasi.   Kata Kunci : Islam, sistem nilai, tradisi , Banten, akulturasi   Abstract Islam as a value system within the local tradition of Banten reflects a harmonious integration between Islamic teachings and the local wisdom of the community. This indicates a process of harmonious acculturation, where Islamic values blend with Banten's cultural traditions without causing conflict. As a region with a long history of Islam's spread since the Sultanate of Banten, Islamic values have permeated various aspects of social, cultural, and political life in the community. Local traditions such as religious rituals, customs, and regional arts demonstrate how the people of Banten combine Islamic teachings with locally inherited values. The influence of Islam can be seen in traditions such as the Seba ceremony, the celebration of the Prophet's birthday (Maulid),yalil” and pencak silat, which not only serve as symbols of cultural identity but also strengthen spiritual and moral values in daily life. This study aims to explore and analyzehow Islamic values are internalized within Banten’s local traditions and how this process shapes social harmony amidst The dynamics of modernizationand globalization.   Keywords: Islam, value system, tradition, Banten, acculturation.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in shaping cultural behavior and developing human resources. Integrating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into biology learning offers a promising strategy to enhance students’ sustainability awareness. This study aims to examine the achievement of key ESD competencies and identify students’ levels of sustainability awareness in the context of ESD-based biology instruction. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in a public senior high school in Bandung during the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Research participants included a biology teacher and eleventh-grade students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis of teaching modules and student worksheets. Thematic analysis was used to identify ESD-related competencies and expressions of sustainability awareness. The results indicate that integrating Problem-Based Learning (PBL) into biology lessons supports the development of ESD competencies, particularly systems thinking and self-reflection. However, the assessments embedded in the worksheets remain limited to lower-order cognitive levels and do not adequately stimulate higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). Students’ sustainability awareness was most prominent in environmental aspects, followed by social dimensions, while economic awareness remained underdeveloped. These findings highlight the need to strengthen ESD-based content and assessment strategies that encourage students’ active engagement with real-world sustainability issues.

Abstract

Nervous system material is often considered difficult by students due to its abstract and complex nature. Augmented Reality (AR) emerges as a technology capable of effectively visualizing objects, particularly in presenting 3D objects interactively and dynamically for abstract and complex concepts. This study aims to develop AR based learning media in the nervous system material that is feasible for use in classroom learning through interactive and dynamic visualizations. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with research steps referring to the 4D Models, which include the stages of Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. This study was limited to the Development stage because focusing solely on developing and validating the feasibility of NeuroAR without including the Dissemination stage. This study includes an explanation of the identification of learning challenges, and potential use of AR, which is conducted through teacher interviews, classroom observations, and student questionnaires. Then, it explains how planning the content structure, visualizing 3D organs and bioprocesses, designing audio elements, and designing AR-based learning activities and explains how the development stage includes media development using Unity3D, Assemblr Edu, Blender, Canva, and Solidworks. Validation by media and material experts, and readability test by students. The result of this research is the producted of NeuroAR media on nervous system material that has been declared feasible and valid for use in learning, as indicated by the results of material and media expert validation categorized as very valid and the readability test by students which showed a positive response.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of senior high school biology teachers’ skills in designing teaching materials based on Design Thinking to enhance students’ critical thinking, numeracy, and creative thinking skills. A descriptive method was employed using an assessment rubric for product of module and rubric of Design Thinking-based modules covering seven aspects. Data were collected through the evaluation of teaching materials designed by biology teachers, focusing on organic waste management. The results indicate that the overall quality of the modules was categorized as “very good,” with an average validator score of 3.55. Teachers’ skills in applying the Design Thinking stages were also categorized as “very good,” with an average score of 3.68 out of 4.00. The highest scores were obtained in the empathize and define stages (4.00), while the lowest score was found in the test stage (3.29). The integration of 21st-century skills was considered good, with a score of 3.33 for formulating learning objectives and 3.48 for developing critical thinking, numeracy, and creative thinking skills. Overall, teachers demonstrated good competence in designing Design Thinking-based modules, although improvements are needed in prototype testing and the consistent integration of 21st-century skills. This study recommends further training and mentoring to enhance the quality of innovative teaching materials that align with the demands of 21st-century education
