Abstract

The application of the classification algorithm is one solution that is able to classify the symptoms of stroke. This symptom classification in the form of a predictive model can be used as an effort to detect stroke early. The algorithm applied to build the prediction model is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The KNN algorithm is proven to be able to predict the new test sample based on the Euclidean distance. The dataset consists of 5110 records, the attributes used are: gender, age, hypertension, heart_disease, ever_married, bmi, work_type, residence_type, Avg_glucosa_level, smoking_status, stroke group. The research stages are: Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Data Split, Application of the KNN Algorithm and Evaluation of KNN performance with confusion matrix and calculation of accuracy. The best KNN algorithm performance is obtained with a value of k = 5 and an accuracy of 93.54%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji perbandingan anrtara kurikulum 2013 dengan kurikulum merdeka pada konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan sumber data diperoleh dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti buku, jurnal artikel dan dokumen yang mengupas tentang kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka. Untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini, penulis menghimpun data dari jurnal atau artikel yang membahas terkait kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka. Data perubahan kurikulum yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten untuk memudahkan penulis dalam menjaring ide pokok dari berbagai sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kedua kurikulum tersebut berlandaskan pada tujuan Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yaitu untuk mendorong peserta didik mengembangkan potensi diri dengan memiliki sikap spiritual keagamaan, cerdas, dan berbudi pekerti luhur. Namun, Kurikulum 2013 lebih fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor dengan pendekatan saintifik, sementara Kurikulum Merdeka lebih menekankan pada dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) dan menerapkan praktik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keberagaman belajar peserta didik

Abstract

Low birth weight babies is a public health problem because it is one of the causes of the high infant mortality rate (AKB). Prematurity is the 2nd cause of death in babies aged 0 - 6 days, which is caused by immaturity of almost all organs of the baby's body. Babies with BBLR are one of the risk factors that have various complications. Low birth weight babies who are quite large and susceptible to impaired vital functions that can affect the growth and development of the baby require proper treatment. The use of nesting is one of the recommended treatments for BBLR. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of nesting and prone position in premature infants on changes in oxygen saturation at Bhakti Husada Purwakarta Hospital in 2024. This study is a quantitative research using the quasi-experiment design method type one group pretest-posttest with a total of 15 respondents in the BBLR in the control group and 15 respondents in the intervention group. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of nesting and prone position on changes in oxygen saturation in BBLR. There was no significant effect of nesting on pulse frequency and BBLR breath rate. The use of nesting and prone positions can be used as a form of nursing intervention.

Abstract

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018 the incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is very large, on average more than 50% of women in every country experience dysmenorrhea. Results Based on a preliminary study conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara with the number of respondents as many as 10 students who were interviewed, it was found that 70% (7 students) had dysmenorrhea, and only 30% (3 students) did not experience dysmenorrhea. In addition, there is still a low knowledge of adolescents about dysmenorrhea as much as 32.9% (51 people) and 51% (79 people) of adolescents about handling dysmenorrhea. Purpose: Efforts to increase knowledge about menstrual problems and how to handle menstrual problems. Method: Distribution of leaflets and explanations about menstrual problems and how to handle them at SMK Hijau Muda Cikarang Utara class X and XII.Results: Based on the 40 targets, the knowledge level of adolescents increased to 95% (38 people) having knowledge in the very good category and 5% (2 people) having knowledge in the good category.. Conclusion: The youth of SMK Hijau Muda Cikarang Utara have understood and understood the problems related to menstruation and how to handle them

Abstract

Background: According to the Youth Friendly Health Service (PKRR) in 2005, it was stated that women's problems in Indonesia are around 3 problems regarding menstrual disorders (38.45%), nutritional problems related to anemia (20.3%), learning disorders (19.7% ), psychological disorders (0.7%), and obesity problems (0.5%). Menstrual disorders are a major problem for women in Indonesia. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara about reproductive health related to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in adolescents. Method: this reproductive health counseling for adolescents was carried out online using Google Meet with 21 participants. The method used is lecture, question and answer Results: there is an increase in knowledge before and after health counseling and during the counseling the participants are cooperative and actively ask questions Conclusion: Teenage girls who experience premenstrual syndrome (PMS), teenagers need to increase their knowledge by seeking information through print or electronic media and take good care so that they can reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and feel better

Abstract

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character and moral values amidst the dynamics of global development. However, challenges such as modernization, human resource quality, and curriculum relevance demand continuous policy and program innovation. This article explores various policy innovations and quality improvement programs in Islamic education implemented by governments, educational institutions, and communities. The approach includes policy analysis, literature review, and empirical examination of field implementation. The findings indicate that the success of Islamic education quality improvement depends on the synergy between adaptive policies, teacher competency enhancement, digital technology utilization, and active community participation. The study recommends the importance of locally based policy reform, digital learning innovation, and continuous evaluation to ensure Islamic education remains relevant, inclusive, and competitive.
