Abstract

The lack of motivation of students to memorize the Al-Quran is something that is often found in various institutions, especially in institutions that have tahfidz programs. The Hanifida method as a technique for memorizing the Qur'an is expected to be able to improve the ability of students to memorize the Qur'an at the Darul Hikam Dormitory of Al-Hikamussalafiyah Cipulus Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and method using observation and interview techniques with types and sources of data accompanied by triangulation as data analysis to get the focus of the problem being studied. Hanifida is used as a technique in memorizing the Quran to improve students' ability to memorize the Quran. Memorizing the Quran using the Hanifida technique can strengthen memorization because it is unique by containing images, keywords, formulas and stories when compared to other methods such as the ATIK and Tarjim methods. so that it makes it easier for students to feel happy in the process of memorizing the Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Purwakarta District Government's policy on the implementation of character education policies, it was initiated by the researcher's findings that there were several programs that did not run optimally so that there needed to be an update in making education policies in Purwakarta Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The research method used was field research using a qualitative approach. Furthermore, data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study found that Organizing the implementation of character education policies in Purwakarta Regency is still not running optimally, the bureaucratic structure that does not have a work mechanism in implementing policies and socialization methods that have not been implemented thoroughly hinder the implementation of character education policies in Purwakarta Regency. There are several obstacles in the process of implementing education policies in Purwakarta, including: 1) the socialization process is not carried out thoroughly, 2) the growth of mutual awareness, 3) the evaluation process is not running optimally.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta tentang implementasi kebijakan pendidikan karakter, hal tersebut diawali oleh temuan peneliti bahwa terdapat beberapa program yang tidak berjalan maksimal sehinggap diperlukan adanya suatu pembaharuan dalam pembuatan kebijakan pendidikan di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah field research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Selanjutnya data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Pengorganisasian implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berkarakter di Kabupaten Purwakarta masih belum berjalan secara optimal, struktur birokrasi yang belum memiliki mekanisme kerja dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan dan metode sosialisasi yang belum dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh menghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan Berkarakter di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dalam proses penerapan kebijakan pendidikan di Purwakarta, diantaranya:1) proses sosialisasi tidak dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh, 2) belum tumbuhnya kesadaran bersama 3) proses evaluasi tidak berjalan optimal

Abstract

Multicultural theological education based on religious moderation is crucial in building a tolerant attitude among students. This study aims to develop an assessment of tolerance attitudes through the Liquid Ecclesiology approach proposed by Pete Ward. The methodology combines empirical methods based on concrete religious experience and theology. The multicultural theological education guide studied has five key elements: contemplation, reflection, construction, drafting proposals, and examining actions. This research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta and STAI DR. KH. EZ. Muttaqien focuses on Islamic theology courses for Islamic Religious Education study program students. The study results have produced a model of learning assessment instruments in Islamic Theology courses that include a commitment to nationality, rejection of violence, tolerance attitudes, and acceptance of local traditions to strengthen the spirit of tolerance in religious diversity for students.

Abstract

Asset management, especially facilities and infrastructure, is essential in ensuring educational institutions' operational effectiveness. This study analyzes the application of the asset cycle in managing facilities and infrastructure at Mahad Aisyah Bogor. The asset cycle includes planning, management, inventory, legal audit, valuation, operation, maintenance, renewal, and elimination. The research method used is qualitative, with an observation, interview, and documentation study approach. The results showed that asset management in Mahad Aisyah is carried out systematically. However, there are obstacles to implementing each stage, such as evaluation and development, which must be done regularly. The analysis found that good asset management can improve service quality and support achieving the institution's vision and mission. In addition, proper maintenance and periodic renewal of assets are key to maintaining the effective functioning of facilities and infrastructure. Recommendations from this study emphasize the need to strengthen the human resources capacity to implement the asset cycle and provide adequate resource support to achieve optimal success.

Abstract

Education management at the elementary school level is a significant effort to improve the quality of education in the face of increasingly fierce competitiveness. This study examines the framework of education management in SD Plus Al-Luthfi Purwakarta, as well as its scope and application. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach and library research. The results showed that the education management framework at SD Plus Al-Luthfi includes structured planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning process is carried out through a meeting at the beginning of the school year involving all relevant parties, including the foundation and school committee. In addition, academic and non-academic activities are organized by considering employees' abilities and experience. The scope of education management at SD Plus Al-Luthfi includes various elements, such as budgeting, directing, supervising, and evaluating the program. The study found that the success of education management in this school depends on good collaboration between the principal, the foundation, and all teaching staff. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing effective education management to achieve the goal of quality education. Recommendations are given to improve the management of educational resources so that SD Plus Al-Luthfi can compete with other academic institutions.

Abstract

This study discusses religious thoughts that affect the learning ethos of students during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has formed a new culture in the learning process that is carried out online (on the network). This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in observation, interviews and literature review. In contrast, the data analysis method used is an analysis of the religious ideas of Jabariyah, Qadariyah, Ahlu Sunnah Waljama'ah in the indicators of a predetermined learning ethos. This research has shown the results that: first, the level of religious understanding of students has shown a significant influence on learning ethos during the covid-19 pandemic, second, there is a change in the learning ethic of students seen from indicators/moral aspects (attitudes, behaviour, habits). Al-Jiddu (resistance/persistence, sincerity), al-Thariiq (method), AlHimmah (interests, ideals), and al-Shobru (patience). Third, the flow of Ahlu Sunnah Waljama'ah thought in the socio-cultural environment of the Purwakarta community also contributed to strengthening religious literacy during the covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the influence of religious thinking on the learning ethos of students has implications for the intellectual repertoire in the theological and social fields and will shape academic attitudes and culture in their participation in strengthening community religious literacy
