Abstract

Today's competition requires each product to develop a co-branding strategy in reaching the market, especially in the digital era where social networking is a space to build brand identities. So this research was conducted to find out how to co-brand Compass Shoes on social networks. To find out how much influence the co-branding variable has on social networks, seen from the dimensions of social networks by measuring social networks—using a quantitative-explanatory methodology, a data collection using a random questionnaire with a total of 398 respondents who meet the characteristics of the sample. The results of this study have a hypothesis where the exogenous variable, namely co-branding, has a significant effect on the endogenous variable, namely social networking. Creating co-branding, of course, must have a strong strategy in innovation and be able to understand consumer desires by providing collaboration space to build a shared identity.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pelarut etanol pada ekstraksi antioksidan dari kulit nanas. Kulit nanas didapatkan dari wilayah Balikpapan Utara. Kulit nanas dikeringkan pada suhu 60°C dan berat sampel berkurang 78,70%. Sampel kering dihaluskan hingga berukuran 100 mesh. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode Soxhlet selama 4 jam dengan menggunakan variasi pelarut etanol dengan konsentrasi 25%, 40%, 55%, 70% dan 85%. Larutan hasil ekstraksi dievaporasi 50 – 60°C hingga membentuk ekstraks kental etanol yang berwarna kuning kecokelatan dengan bau khas nanas. Hasil perhitungan rendeman menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan ekstraksi dengan pelarut etanol dengan konsentrasi 25 – 70%, yaitu kurang 10%. Rendeman tertinggi diperoleh dari ekstraksi dengan 85% pelarut etanol, yaitu sekitar 20%. Analisis fitokimia dilakukan dengan uji kualitatif beberapa senyawa antioksidan, yaitu flavonoid, alkaloid, polifenol, terpenoid dan steroid. Ekstrak etanol kulit nanas mengandung flavonoid dan polifenol pada setiap variasi konsentrasi pelarut etanol, namun negatif terhadap alkaloid dan steroid. Hanya ekstrak etanol dari 55 – 85% pelarut etanol yang memberikan hasil positif pada terpenoid. Ekstrak etanol dari 85% etanol memiliki intensitas perubahan warna yang paling tinggi. Sehingga, ekstraksi kulit nanas menggunakan metode sokletasi memberikan hasil yang optimal dengan menggunakan pelarut 85% etanol.

Abstract

Penjaminan mutu merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam pengelolaan perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk memastikan peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Hasil evaluasi internal yang dilakukan di Kampus Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) tengah menyatakan bahwa adanya urgensi untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan penyederhaaan standar penjaminan mutu internal yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman, ilmu pengetahuan, dan teknologi, relevansi mutu, terbitnya peraturan baru, dan mampu menyesuaikan dengan kriteria penilaian akreditasi perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengembangan Standar Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) dalam rangka meningkatkan budaya mutu pendidikan tinggi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi terhadap implementasi SPMI yang berlangsung di ITK. Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai aspek, seperti kebijakan, prosedur, dokumen mutu, dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dalam proses penjaminan mutu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rencana rumusan standar baru ITK yang terdiri dari 9 standar utama yang telah merepresentasikan seluruh komponen standar terdahulu, peraturan menteri terbaru, dan kriteria akreditasi. Pengembangan standar SPMI yang terstruktur dan adaptif dapat menjadi instrumen utama dalam membangun budaya mutu dan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan di ITK, sehingga mendukung peningkatan daya saing institusi di tingkat nasional dan internasional.

Abstract

The aim of this research to analyze the effect of original local government revenue, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), effectivity ratio and independence ratio on the Human Development Index (HDI).Quantitative research methode was used in this reasearch. The population are 35 Kabupaten/Kota at Central Java Province in 2015-2017. With purposive sampling technique was taken as many as 24 of the samples that can be analyzed. The data analysis methode using panel data regression analysis. And the data processed using Eviews 10.The result showed that, first original local government revenue have positive signifficant influence on human development index. Second, dana alokasi umum have p positive signifficant influence on human development index. Independence ratio doesn’t have signifficant effected on human development index. Effectivity ratio doesn’t have signifficant effected on HDI.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Paguyuban RT 17 Batu Ampar, Kota Balikpapan.Banyaknya sampah yang berserakan di pinggir jalan dan parit-parit telah merusak keindahan, menimbulkan bau tidak sedap, dan menjadi sarang penyakit serta infeksi saluran pernapasan akut akibat pembakaran. Sampah yang menumpuk terdiri dari jenis organik (rumah tangga dan perkebunan) dan anorganik (plastik). Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan untuk membantu para petani sebagai mayoritas profesi dengan memanfaatkan sampah organik menjadi kompos. Kompos juga digunakan pada beberapa tanaman hias hasil kegemaran dari sebagian ibu-ibu. Di sisi lain, sampah plastik dimanfaatkan sebagai ecobrick bersama para anak yang berpotensi dijadikan karya yang bernilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan ceramah dan penerapan instruktif secara project based learning. Kegiatan pengabdian dibuka secara simbolis dengan pendirian bank sampah yang terletak di poskamling yang berfungsi untuk memilah sampah organik dan anorganik. Pupuk kompos diproduksi dengan rasio sampah organik dan aktivator bakteri (50:1) selama kurun waktu 2-3 minggu fermentasi. Parameter keberhasilan kegiatan diukur dari >80% warga merasa puas dengan metode kuantitatif dan hasilnya rata-rata akhir 87,1% dengan jumlah 29 responden telah merasa senang oleh rangkaian kegiatan. Rinciannya yaitu sebanyak 89,7% program kerja sesuai dijalankan, 82,8% program kerja menarik, 100% interaksi tim pengabdian dengan warga, namun antusias warga mendapatkan nilai 75,9%. Responden terdiri dari pemangku kepentingan wilayah, ibu-ibu yang juga mewakili para anak pada kegiatan ecobrick, dan para petani yang memanfaatkan langsung pupuk kompos. Kegiatan ini sarana internalisasi Institut Teknologi Kalimantan ke masyarakat yang harapannya mampu memberikan dampak positif dan berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi sampah yang tidak termanfaatkan serta mencemari kesehatan lingkungan. Kata kunci: anorganik; ecobrick; kompos; organik; sampah Abstract Community service activities located in Paguyuban RT 17 Batu Ampar, Balikpapan City, due to the large amount of trash scattered on the side of the side and ditches have damage beauty, caused unpleasant odors, become a hotbed of disease, and acute respiratory infections due to burning. Pile waste consists of organic (household and agriculture) and inorganic (plastic). The service activities aim to help farmers as the majority of profession by utilizing organic waste into compost. Compost is also used in some ornamental plants which are a favorite of some mothers. On the other hand, plastic waste is used as an eco-bricks with children who has the potential to be a valuable work. The method of implementing the service activities was through lectures and instructive application by project based learning. The service activity was symbolically opened with the establishment of a garbage bank located in the poskamling to sort out organic and inorganic waste.Compost fertilizers are produced ata ratio of organic waste and bacterial activators (50:1) over a period of 2-3 weeks of fermentation. The success parameter of the activity was measured from up to 80% of residents satisfied with the quantitative method and the final result was 87.1% with 29 respondents have been pleased by the series of activities. The details are 89.7% of work programs are appropriate to implement, 82.8% of work programs are interesting, and 100% of interactions between service team and residents, but the enthusiasm of residents gets a score of 75.9%. Respondents consisted of regional stakeholders, mothers who also represented children in the ecobricking activity, and farmers who directly utilized  the compost. This activity is a means of internalizing the Institut Teknologi Kalimantan to the community whose is expected to have a positive and sustainable impact on over-coming unused waste and polluted environmental health. Keywords: inorganic; ecobricks; compost; organic; waste

Abstract

The growing concern over plastic pollution has accelerated the development of biodegradable packaging materials derived from natural polymers. Cassava starch has been widely studied as a potential raw material because of its abundance and biodegradability. However, its properties are often modified with additives such as carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and glycerol to improve film performance, which may influence its biodegradation. This study aimed to investigate the effects of different concentrations of CMC and glycerol on the biodegradability of cassava starch-based biofilms. Biofilms were prepared using three levels of cassava starch (5, 10, and 15 g), three concentrations of CMC (1, 2, and 3%), and three levels of glycerol (6, 9, and 12 mL). Thebiodegradability test was performed using the soil burial method for seven days, with weight loss as the primary parameter.The results showed that all biofilm samples achieved more than 60% degradation within seven days, thus meeting the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for biodegradability. At low starch concentrations (5 g), the addition of higher CMC and glycerol levels reduced biodegradability due to matrix compaction and reduced porosity. At 10 g starch, biodegradability was more stable, with several formulations reaching 100% degradation by day seven. The highest starch concentration (15g) yielded the best results, with nearly all formulations reaching complete biodegradation, supported by sufficient substrate availability and synergistic interactions betweenCMC and glycerol. Overall, the findings indicate that starch concentration plays a dominant role, whereas excessive CMC and glycerol can slow degradation by limiting microbial accessibility.
