Abstract

Information technology which continues to develop in various sectors of life requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Efforts to adapt technology are also continuing to be developed by the management of Al-Mabrur Orphanage Bekasi. A digital transformation carried out by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage in order to improve the management of student activities using an information system. Orphanages, as places for children who need protection and care, require an organized and efficient approach in monitoring and improving the quality of these children's daily lives. This training aims to provide understanding to orphanage managers and students regarding the use of information systems, to make it easier to record student participation in every activity held by the Al-Mabrur Orphanage. With an integrated information system, orphanages can create an environment that is more adaptive to technology and responsive to various activities in the orphanage. The output of this community service activity is that students can view and access activity data easily, and orphanage managers can have digital data recapitulation to monitor and evaluate student activities.

Abstract

Managing teacher salaries at non-formal educational institutions like Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) is often done manually, leading to inefficiency, a high potential for calculation errors, and a lack of transparency. This research aims to design and build a web-based teacher payroll information system at TPA Yayasan Al-Husna that is integrated with a Linear Regression Algorithm to solve these issues. Using the Waterfall system development method, the system was built with the PHP language, the CodeIgniter framework, and a MySQL database. The result of this research is a functional system that can automate the salary calculation process based on variables such as teaching hours, attendance, and years of service, thereby significantly increasing efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. A key feature of this system is the implementation of the Linear Regression Algorithm, which was successfully used for three predictive functions: projecting the number of students, analyzing the feasibility of a teacher's salary increase based on performance evaluations, and forecasting future salary budgets. System testing using the Blackbox Testing method showed that all 30 functionality scenarios performed as expected. In conclusion, the developed system not only offers a practical solution for payroll administration at TPA Yayasan Al-Husna but also serves as a strategic decision-making tool for management through its predictive capabilities, which fills a research gap in the application of predictive models in non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

Taman kanak-kanak (TK) Bina Mulia Cibitung bergerak dibidang pendidikan anak usia dini. Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk menciptakan suasana dan proses belajar agar peserta didik dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya sejak dini. Tugas pendidikan sangat penting sebagai salah satu faktor pendorong dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan. Guru atau tenaga pengajar terbaik memang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan serta kemajuan didalam dunia pendidikan. Dan yang jadi penentu dalam pemilihan pengajar terbaik biasanya dilihat dari beberapa faktor, misal kerajinan, kedisiplinan dan lain sebagainya, namun dengan cara tersebut kurang begitu efektif karena tidak bisa dipertanggung jawabkan terkait keakuratannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penentuan pengajar terbaik pada dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai metodenya yaitu TOPSIS (Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solustion). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode TOPSIS dapat digunakan  untuk memudahkan menentukan pengajar terbaik dengan akurat. Kata Kunci : SPK, pengajar terbaik, TOPSIS

Abstract

Operational delays in vessel departure disrupt maritime logistics and increase port dwell time. This study develops predictive models to anticipate departure delays at Tanjung Pandan Port using supervised machine learning. Three algorithms—Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Support Vector Machine (SVM)—were trained on 112 verified port calls (2023–2024) with key features: arrival date, scheduled departure date, vessel ownership status (milik vs. keagenan), and document response time. Delay was defined as exceeding the median turnaround time of 58 hours. Data preprocessing included imputation, time-difference engineering (e.g., ΔTIBA–BERANGKAT, response latency), and SMOTE for class balancing. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score via 5-fold cross-validation. The Decision Tree model achieved the highest F1-score (0.86) and recall (0.89), identifying response latency > 12 hours, keagenan status, and arrival during neap tide windows as top predictors. SVM showed robust precision (0.88), while Logistic Regression offered the best interpretability of coefficient impact. The models collectively support proactive scheduling interventions-e.g., digital clearance acceleration or priority berthing for high-risk vessels—to mitigate delays. This study contributes the first ML-based delay prediction framework for shallow-draft, tramp-operated Indonesian ports.

Abstract

Artikel ini menguraikan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pendampingan penerbitan sertifikat halal gratis bagi UMKM Abon Ayam Mama Azri melalui program Self Declare Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas halal, membantu penyusunan dokumen pendukung, serta memperkuat citra produk halal lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan lima tahapan inti, yaitu Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, dan Deliver. Melalui tahapan ini, pelaku usaha memperoleh pengetahuan tentang Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), praktik pengisian aplikasi SiHalal, dan kemampuan digital dalam mengelola berkas sertifikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi halal hingga 80% berdasarkan hasil post-test, serta keberhasilan pengajuan sertifikat halal hingga tahap penetapan resmi oleh BPJPH. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menumbuhkan kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya manajemen produksi yang higienis dan sesuai standar halal nasional. Dampak positif lainnya adalah munculnya kepercayaan konsumen yang lebih tinggi terhadap produk UMKM serta peluang kemitraan dengan ritel modern. Model pendampingan ini berpotensi direplikasi untuk UMKM lain guna memperkuat ekosistem halal yang berdaya saing di tingkat regional.
