Abstract

Abstract. A retail store has difficulty calculating transactions quickly and accurately, less good management of goods, management of suppliers that are still manual, calculating profits and transactions in a long time and processing long transactions. To solve this problem, a Point of Sale application was made. Point of sale itself is a system that allows the holding of the transaction process. Starting with the system design stage includes making context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and database design. This application was created using the Java Netbeans programming language and integrated with MySQL as a database for storing data. The application has features such as data processing of goods, supplier data processing, employee data management, view transaction data, conduct sales transactions, cancel sales items, calculate and print receipts. The purpose of this research is to create a neatly organized and good system so that can make it easier for users to complete their work. This application is expected to help the work of employees on the CV. Safira Telekomindo has become more thorough and effective.Keywords : Design and Build Point of Sales Application, Safira Telekomindo. Java, MySQL. Abstrak. Sebuah toko retail memiliki kesulitan untuk menghitung transaksi dengan cepat dan akurat, manajemen barang yang kurang bagus, manajemen supplier yang masih manual, menghitung laba dan transaksi dalam waktu yang lama dan pemrosesan transaksi yang lama. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi Point of Sale. Point of sale sendiri merupakan sebuah sistem yang memungkinkan diadakannya proses transaksi Dimulai dengan tahap perancangan sistem meliputi pembuatan context diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram dan perancangan database. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java Netbeans dan terintegrasi dengan MySQL sebagai database Untuk menyimpan data. Aplikasi tersebut mempunyai fitur seperti pengolahan data barang, pengolahan data supplier, pengelolaan data karyawan, melihat data transaksi, melakukan transaksi penjualan, pembatalan item penjualan, penghitungan dan pencetakan struk.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang terorganisasi dengan rapih dan baik agar dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaanya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan karyawan pada CV. Safira Telekomindo menjadi lebih teliti dan efektif.Kata Kunci : Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Point Of Sales, Safira Telekomindo. Abstract

This study aims to link religiosity with anxiety disorders, and to use the spirituality of a santri to deal with his anxiety so that he can change irrational thoughts, feelings and negative behavior into something positive. This study uses the ruqyah counseling method and prayer therapy. Participants who have liver disease and anxiety disorders that cause participants to experience negative changes in themselves, turn into individuals who have positive behavior and more rational thinking. The research carried out includes qualitative research with the case study method (case studies). The focus of this research is on the Asy-Syakiroh Islamic Boarding School, and the participants who participate are permanent students who are in the Asy-Syakiroh Islamic Boarding School. The changes that occurred in the two participants were the result of prayer and ruqyah therapy that had been given in general, they could change irrational thoughts, negative heart content and negative behavior, turning into individuals who have positive behavior and more rational thinking. The process of change that occurred in the two participants was seen not only based on the participant's acknowledgment, but from the observations of researchers and therapists, also based on the therapist's evaluation during the therapy process until the follow-up period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe assertive training techniques in the behavioristic approach and its application to group counseling. This research uses literature study method. The findings of the research are assertive training techniques are closely related to the behavioristic approach because the main purpose of assertive training is to convey well what is in the victim's heart, which causes discomfort so that it will have an impact on behavior change between these individuals. Assertive training techniques can be applied in group counseling which consists of three stages, namely the initial stage, the working stage, and the final stage.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini berujuan untuk mencari tau berbagai maca komentar public dalam hal ini masyarakat terhadap adanya komunitas anak punk di Indonesia. Arti kata punk itu sedinri berasal dari kata “Public United Not Kingdom” yang berarti kesatuan suatu masyarakat di luar kerajaan (Inggris). Pada saat ini arti dari “punk” semakin berkemban, ada tiga definisi punk dalam Filosofi Punk, 1) punk sebagai tren anak muda dalam mode dan musik; 2) punk sebagai pemula yang memiliki keberanian untuk memberontak, memperjuangkan kebebasan dan melakukan perubahan; 3) punk sebagai bentuk perlawanan dan menciptakan musik, gaya hidup, komunitas dan budaya sendiri. Di antara faktor yang melatar belakangi remaja bergabung dengan komunitas punk yang ada di jalanan adalah: Faktor Keluarga, Faktor Kemiskinan, Faktor Lingkungan, dan Faktor Persahabatan. Dari banyaknya anak punk yang berada dijalanan tersebut menimbulkan banyak komentar ditengah kehidupan bermasyarakat berbagai macam komentar publik terhadap komunitas punk diantaranya, mulai dari orang-orang yang acuh, hingga orang-orang yang merasa sangat terganggu dengan keadaan mereka. Banyak orang yang menganggap komunitas merekalah yang sering memprovokasi dan membuat keributan di fasilitas umum, bahkan ada juga yang menganggap mereka sampah masyarakat. Dari banyaknya komentar yang negatif tersebut terdapat juga hal positif dari keberadaan komunitas punk, antara lain: 1) Adanya wadah untuk mengekspresikan diri; 2) Sebagai wadah untuk menyalurkan aspirasi dan semangat seni; dan 3) serta mempererat silaturrahmi dan mempererat persaudaraan. . Beberapa pendekatan terhadap pemecahan masalah yang bijak untuk menghadapi komunitas punk meliputi evaluasi menyeluruh dari teman sebaya, peran keluarga, peran lingkungan, dan melakukan konseling oleh organisasi atau lembaga sosial atau Pusat rehabilitasi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore learning motivation in terms of classical conditional theory. This research uses literature study. The result of this study is to view that the classical conditional theory sees learning motivation as the formation of habits by associating stronger and weaker stimuli, then the learning process occurs when there is interaction between individuals and the environment, and learning is making changes to individual by causing brain activity (called the unconditioned stimulus) and moving to learn (called the conditioned stimulus).
