Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the development targets. Efforts to reduce MMR (pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum) need quality Ante Natal Care (ANC) services according to government policy standards, namely at least 4 times during pregnancy, 1 time in the first trimester, 1 time in the second trimester, and 2 times in the third trimester. The husband's support is very much needed in the implementation of pregnant women's compliance in Antenatal Care (ANC) examinations. Being accompanied by a husband in conducting the examination can increase the motivation of pregnant women to check their pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between a husband's support and maternal compliance in first-trimester pregnancy check-ups at the Midwife Kartika Clinic, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research method is analytically descriptive with a cross-sectional design. Total population of 51 respondents with a total sample of 33 respondents. This research was conducted at the clinic of Kartika midwives from 13 to 18 October 2024. The Chi-Square test result (p-value = 0.004 < 0.05) indicates a significant relationship between the husband's support and maternal compliance in first-trimester pregnancy check-ups at the Midwife Kartika Clinic, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency. Mothers who received support from their husbands were 80% more likely to comply with pregnancy check-ups. With this research, it is expected that the knowledge of the husband or family about maternal support during pregnancy can be increased by the existence of this research and knowing the importance of pregnancy visits. Abstract

ABSTRACTWaste treatment is an effort to reduce or stabilize pollutants so that when disposed of they do not harm the environment and health.The purpose of this study is to Determine Factors Related to Liquid Waste Management to the Fish Market in Pondok Baru, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency in 2024. The design of this study uses Descriptive Analytics with a cross-sectional design of the study. The sample taken was 32 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Total sampling technique, which is sampling the entire population. This research has been conducted at the Pondok Baru Impres Market, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. on October 22-23, 2024. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the Chi Squer test, the Relationship between Traders' Knowledge and Liquid Waste Management to the Fish Market was obtained with a P value = 0.002 < 0.05. There is a relationship between the attitude of fish traders and Liquid Waste Management towards the Fish Market with a P value = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a Relationship between Facilities and Infrastructure with Liquid Waste Management to the Fish Market with a significant value of 0.014< 0.05 and there is no relationship between the level of education and liquid waste management to the Fish Market with a value of 0.603 >0.05. Fish traders at the Pondok Baru Market are expected to improve knowledge and attitudes as well as improve infrastructure to be able to manage liquid waste in the fish market. Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal nutritional status plays an important role in the continuity and success of a pregnancy. Disturbances in nutritional intake during pregnancy cause chronic diseases, namely Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that the prevalence of CED in pregnant women in the world reaches 41%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about nutritional status and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women at the Simpang Tiga Community Health Center, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came to the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, 31 pregnant women, the total sample was 31 people using the total sampling method. The analysis used is the Chi-square test. The results show that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.019), there is a relationship between nutritional attitudes and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.005). Conclusion: Pregnant women can increase their antenatal care visits to reducing the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women. Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, KEK

Abstract

ABSTRACT Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are one of the health problems with a fairly high incidence rate in the world. Acute respiratory infections are known as a source of morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design design.The population in this study is all mothers who have toddlers in Simpang Kelaping village as many as 323 toddlers, the sample size was determined using the slovin formula and a sample of 70 toddlers was obtained and determined by purposive sampling technique. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between home environmental conditions and the incidence of ISPA in toddlers in Simpang Kelapa village, Pegasing, Central Aceh. Analysis of the results data used the Chi-Square test with a significant level (p<0.05). The results of the statistical test showed a relationship between house ventilation (p=0.000) (<0.05), natural lighting (p=0.001) (<0.05), humidity (p=0.003) (<0.05), residential density (p=0.008) (<0.05) and the incidence of ISPA. Therefore, it is recommended that respondents always clean the home environment and do not combine the room of the toddler. Abstract

ABSTRACT The immunization program is included in efforts to reduce morbidity, disability and death in infants and toddlers. Complete Basic Immunization Coverage in Aceh Besar District has decreased every year, atleast is still below the national target of 85%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with complete basic immunization coverage at the Pante Raya Health Center in 2024. This research was conducted using a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach with data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed univariately to describe the distribution and proportions, as well as bivariate using Chi Square and using multivariate analysis with linear regression. Result of the study showed more than half (54.9%) of mothers did not give complete immunization to their babies. This study found that there was a relationship between the provision of complete basic immunization, level of husbands knowledge (p value = 0,003), for the support of husband (p value = 0.002). The most dominant factors affecting complete basic immunization coverage at the Pante Raya are factors of knowledge, trust, the role of health workers and health cadres. Abstract

ABSTRACT Pregnancy heck-ups/antenatal care (ANC) that are carried out regularly and routinely is the most appropriate and important way to monitor and support the health of normal pregnant women and detect with normal pregnancies, pregnant women should visit midwives, doctors as early as possible since they feel they are pregnant to get antenatal care services/care. This study aims to analyze the relationship between husband's knowledge and attitude and mother's compliance in the first trimester at the BPM IKA Nagezatara Clinic, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah District, Aceh Province. The type of quantitative research with analytical descriptive research and research design uses a crosectional design approach. The total population of BPM IKA is 53 pregnant people. The total population of BPM IKA is 53 pregnant women. The determination of the sample amounted to 53. Based on the results of the chi square statistical test and at the level of 95% confidence was carried out to determine the relationship between the husband's knowledge and attitude and the mother's compliance in the first trimester at the BPM IKA Nagezatara Clinic, a p value of 0.781 (p ≥ 0.05) was obtained. Abstract

Kunjungan antenatal empat kali (K4) adalah bentuk pelayanan selama masa kehamilan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan antenatal, yang terdiri atas minimal satu kali kontak pada trimester pertama, satu kali pada trimester kedua, dan dua kali pada trimester ketiga. Cakupan K4 di bawah 60% (dibandingkan jumlah sasaran ibu hamil dalam kurun waktu satu tahun) menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan antenatal yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dengan rendahnya kunjungan K-4. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di Desa Kung Kecamatan Pegasing sebanyak 31 ibu hamil. Besarnya sampel diambil menggunakan total sampling yaitu berjumlah 31 ibu hamil. Hasil uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai P Value 0,004 (P ≤ 0,05) untuk pengetahuan ibu hamil dan nilai P Value 0,006 (P ≤ 0,05) untuk sikap ibu hamil. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dengan rendahnya kunjungan K-4. Disarankan kepada ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya dan menerapkan sikap positif untuk memberikan hasil yang optimal pada kunjungan antenatal care.
