Abstract

The diversity of ethnicities, races, and religions is a reality in the life of the nation and state, although it is undeniable that there is a potential for conflict. This study aimed to explain the pattern of religious harmony in West Sumatra within the framework of regional autonomy which is adopted from the cultural system and local wisdom. This study used a phenomenological approach to provide accurate conditions of multi-ethnic, cultural, and religious communities. The results showed that the pattern of religious harmony through the resolution of religious conflicts in several regions in West Sumatra was carried out through the alignment of regional autonomy with local customs and culture. Forms of alignment include alignment of school uniforms, equal distribution of sacrificial meat, the presence of baralek, the tradition of manyiriah, interfaith graves between Muslims and Christians, and the application of customary philosophies. This study contributes to the theory of a cultural approach based on local wisdom in resolving religious conflicts and strengthening social integration of the community.

Abstract

Social relations between male students and female students exceed the limit, are often late, act indifferent and take it easy when scolded by picket teachers. The aim of the study was to find out the strategies used by supervising teachers in dealing with the delinquency of pubertal students at SMPN 10 Sijunjung. The research method is descriptive qualitative, the key informants in this study were the Coordinator of Guidance Teachers at SMPN 10 Sijunjung, supporting informants namely school principals, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and students. Based on the research conducted, it can be stated that the guidance counselor at SMPN 10 Sijunjung has carried out alleviation of student delinquency, which is carried out through the implementation of individual counseling services, through group guidance services and through mediation services. In general it can be said that these three services have been implemented well in overcoming student delinquency, and alleviation of student delinquency at SMPN 10 Sijunjung is also carried out by increasing collaboration with student parents. In this case the school invites parents to come to school once every quarter. In the meeting discussed jointly solutions that can be done in overcoming student delinquency. From the description above, it can be concluded that the counseling teacher has carried out various strategies in dealing with student delinquency at SMPN 10 Sijunjung.

Abstract

Domestic violence has a very damaging impact on victims, physically, emotionally and psychologically. Victims often experience trauma, depression, anxiety, and mental health disorders. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing domestic violence in Jorong Bamban Kenagarian IV Koto Palembayan focused on economic violence or domestic neglect. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations obtained from key informants, namely the wife and supporting informants, namely children, siblings and parents in the field. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.  Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be stated that the factors causing domestic violence in jorong bamban kenagarian IV koto palembayan agam district. The first factor is financial problems, a husband who does not meet the daily needs of the family, the second is jealousy, that the husband has a new family and gets less attention, the third is child problems, lack of affection or attention to children, the fourth is past problems, not accepting the past life of the husband or wife that arises disputes, the fifth is that the husband wants to win alone, always follows the husband's will and the husband only wants to be followed what he wants. Sixth, work, a wife who replaces her husband's position who works to meet household needs, a husband who is stingy towards his own family.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK di SLB Baitul Fattahu Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat telah membimbing siswa disleksia dalam belajar, di mana mereka lambat dalam membaca, lambat dalam mengenali huruf, dan lambat dalam menyatukan kosa kata menjadi kalimat. Bimbingan pembelajaran terhadap siswa disleksia dilakukan oleh guru ketika berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran maupun di luar proses pembelajaran. Meskipun guru telah melaksanakan bimbingan pembelajaran terhadap siswa disleksia, namun para siswa masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan membentuk kosa kata menjadi kalimat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (fied research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan disuatu lokasi, ruangan yang luas atau di tengah- tengah masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan secara sistematis faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta dan sifat-sifat populasi tertentu untuk mencoba menggambarkan fenomena secara detail. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala SLB Baitul Fattahu Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan penulis menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat dikemukakan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan belajar terhadap peserta didik di SLB Baitul Fattaahu Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dilakukan oleh guru dengan melalui beberapa langkah dan tahap melakukan diagnosis terhadap kesulitan belajar peserta didik, melakukan prognosis, dan menetapkan kumungkinan cara mengatasi masalah belajar peserta didik. Dari data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru BK di SLB Baitul Fattaahu Kinali Kabupaten Pasaman Barat telah melaksanakan bimbingan belajar terhadap peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 IV Koto. Masalah muncul karena sebagian siswa mengalami penurunan hasil belajar dan kurang mendapat pendampingan konseling secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan layanan BK serta kontribusinya terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individu, bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan informasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi, disiplin, dan capaian akademik siswa. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru BK sangat penting dalam menciptakan perkembangan belajar yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
