Abstract

Along with the increasing global population and the rising prevalence of diseases, the demand for healthcare professionals continues to grow. A shortage of healthcare workers, limited healthcare budgets, as well as issues related to quality and safety have led to the need for initiatives to redesign the healthcare workforce. The purpose of this study is to examine how workload and emotional exhaustion affect employee performance among staff at the Utama Community Health Center in Semanding District. This study also investigates the mediating role of organizational commitment. The research employs the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, which has the capability to examine relationships between variables. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, consisting of 73 respondents. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; emotional exhaustion also has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment; and emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through the mediating role of organizational commitment among staff at the Utama Community Health Center in Semanding District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menggali persepsi mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Pemuda Tangguh, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses seleksi dan saat implementasi, serta harapan mereka terhadap evaluasi dan pengembangan program di masa mendatang. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi tolak ukur efektivitas Program Beasiswa Pemuda Tangguh Kota Surabaya dalam mendukung akses dan keberhasilan pendidikan mahasiswa dari masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada mahasiswa koordinator penerima beasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program telah memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meringankan beban finansial mahasiswa. Namun, terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti kurangnya transparansi dalam proses seleksi, keterbatasan cakupan penerima, dan minimnya dukungan non-finansial. Analisis berdasarkan teori harapan Vroom menunjukkan bahwa program telah berhasil meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa, namun perlu adanya perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek untuk meningkatkan ekspektasi, instrumentalitas, dan valensi penerima beasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Program Beasiswa Pemuda Tangguh memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di Kota Surabaya, namun perlu dilakukan perbaikan dalam mekanisme seleksi pendaftaran dan evaluasi program secara berkala.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita PKK di Desa Sambirejo, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Jombang memilik ipotensi untuk memproduksi briket dari limbah kulit durian. Hal ini didukung dengan banyaknya limbah kulitduiran yang terbuang sia-sia. Pemanfaatan limbah kulit durian di Desa Sambirejo sebelumnya belum pernah dilakukan sama sekali. Kegiatan pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita PKK di Desa Sambirejo bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan perihal bagaimana pemanfaatan limbah kulit durian menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual dan dapat mengurangi limbah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari Kelokpok Wanita PKK dan Perangkat Desa di Sambirejo. Dari hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan ini, Kelompok Wanita PKK Desa Sambirejo mampu mengolah dan memanfaatkan limbah kulit durian menjadi suatu produk yang memiliki nilai jual.

Abstract

Digital transformation significantly impacts various industries, compelling businesses to enhance their digital presence. In the financial sector, traditional banks and technology companies like Goto, Shopee, and Traveloka are entering the market with digital financial services and are becoming strong competitors. With the growing number of companies offering digital financial services in Indonesia, businesses are increasingly focused on delivering high-quality services to improve customer satisfaction and user experience. This study investigates factors influencing the user experience of digital financial services. Using purposive sampling, the study gathered 112 valid responses from Indonesian users of these services. Findings reveal that knowledge gaps negatively affect user experience, as limited understanding hinders full utilisation of available features. Additionally, high-quality service, characterised by reliability, ease of use, and responsiveness, enhances user satisfaction and trust, leading to a more positive overall experience. However, the study found no moderating effect of internet usage on the relationship between knowledge gaps and service quality, suggesting that other factors may play a more significant role in this dynamic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi work engagement yang terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu vigor (X1), dedication (X2) dan absorption (X3) terhadap customer satisfaction dilihat dari persepsi karyawan muda yang bekerja di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan muda yang bekerja di Kota Malang dengan rentang usia 20 sampai 29 tahun dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 107 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu judgement sampling, yang merupakan bagian dari purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner, studi pustaka dan observasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk setiap item variabel penelitian Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel independen yaitu semangat, dedikasi dan penyerapan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dilihat dari persepsi karyawan muda di Kota Malang. Sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah dedikasi.Kata Kunci: Work engagement, Semangat, Dedikasi, Penyerapan dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Turnover intention is defined as employees’ tendency to leave the organization, either through the desire to seek new employment or by planning to resign. This phenomenon has become an important issue in human resource management, particularly among Generation Z employees who are known to have relatively high job mobility. The research was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, self efficacy, and turnover intention. Employing a quantitative framework, 120 Generation Z respondents from Sidoarjo were surveyed through questionnaires,and the results were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The study results indicate that job satisfaction significantly reduces turnover intention. Likewise, self efficacy was proven to have a significant negative impact on turnover intention. In other words, employees with higher job satisfaction and stronger self efficacy are less likely to develop the intention to leave their organization.

Abstract

Research aim : Conducting a literature review to examine the development of literature from the green culture variable so that a visual mapping is obtained that describes the interrelated relationship between green culture and environmental performance and other variables in several industrial sectors. Methode : This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing time series data from the past decade along with bibliometric analysis. From the patterns and trends visualized, it can be known the relationship or correlation between various related factors. Research Finding : Organizational culture still dominates as a fundamental aspect of green organizational performance, although recent trends point to the broader evolution of the concept of "green" when referring to sustainability missions. Regardless of where the organization is on their journey to sustainability, organizational culture remains key to ensuring that eco-friendly policies and practices can be successfully integrated within all elements of the organization. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study contributes to enriching the literature and improving understanding of how green culture affects organizational structures and processes. Practitionel/Policy implication : The literature on green culture has not been widely researched, this may be because the practice of green cultural transformation is still limited in the field. However, this consensus has great potential to grow as attention to sustainability and environmental responsibility in various sectors, both profit and public sector
