Setiap perusahaan memiliki strategi pemasarannya masing-masing guna mencapai target perusahaan dalam mempertahankan, mengembangkan, dan memperoleh laba. Keberadaan strategi pemasaran ternyata juga menjadi penunjang utama dalam kegiatan bisnis PT Semen Indonesia Logistik. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengimplementasian strategi pemasaran bagian non-semen pada PT Semen Indonesia Logistik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara. Peneliti memfokuskan pada strategi mendapatkan dan mempertahankan pelanggan pada PT Semen Indonesia Logistik. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Semen Indonesia Logistik memiliki berbagai strategi dalam memasarkan jasa logistiknya. Pendekatan dan promosi kepada pelanggan berserta pemanfaatan relasi memiliki efek yang cukup besar dalam keberhasilan pemasaran perusahaan. Upaya mempertahankan pelanggan dengan penjalinan kontrak dan kerja sama juga dapat meningkatan loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa pengimplementasian strategi pemasaran oleh PT Semen Indonesia Logistik bagian non-semen harus terus dipertahankan guna meningkatkan ketertarikan dan kesetiaan pelanggan.

Kas bermakna sebagai suatu aset keuangan atau kekayaan perusahaan yang sangat likuid (lancar) dan dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan keberlangsungan perusahaan dan memenuhi kewajiban perusahaan. Pengelolaan kas termasuk hal yang harus diperhatikan dimana hal tersebut merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengendalikan dan mengoptimalkan arus kas atau uang tunai yang masuk dan keluar dari perusahaan. Penerapan budaya organisasi merupakan aspek kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kinerja optimal di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan budaya organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan di Unit Billing and Reporting PT. Semen Indonesia Logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen dan karyawan, serta analisis dokumen internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budaya organisasi yang terintegrasi dengan baik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor seperti tanggung jawab, kerjasama, dan kekeluargaan, memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang positif. Selain itu, penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perlu memperhatikan strategi yang tepat untuk memastikan budaya organisasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Penemuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui penerapan budaya organisasi yang kuat. Implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut juga dibahas dalam abstrak ini. The emerging tourist spot of Kampung Batik Okra Surabaya requires assistance for its development. Specifically, the community seeks support in enhancing the village's image as a tourist destination and leveraging social media for promotional purposes. Our team aims to facilitate this development by providing expertise on e-branding strategies to bolster the village's presence and appeal to a broader tourist audience. Additionally, we aim to enhance their social media proficiency and create product catalogs to better understand production capabilities and market demands. Through these efforts, aim to establish Kampung Batik Okra as a compelling tourist destination, emphasizing its uniqueness, beauty, authenticity, and sustainability. Our objectives include improving the village's branding through catalog and pamphlet creation, thus increasing its visibility and attractiveness to visitors. The objectives of this initiative are as follows: (1) Enhancing the visibility of Batik Okra Surabaya village through the creation of catalogs and pamphlets, as well as providing training in photography and videography for promotional purposes. Additionally, strengthening the village's presence through e-branding strategies utilizing social media platforms. (2) Facilitating knowledge transfer regarding the effective use of social media for promoting tourism in Kampung Batik Okra Surabaya. The anticipated outputs of these efforts include: (1) Improved branding through an e-branding approach capable of reaching a wider audience of tourists. Recently, many people have been using Instagram. Instagram is social media that allows users to share photos. Instagram can be used as a marketing communication through sharing photos of products that will sell. Instagram allows consumers to view photos of products and can directly comment below the photo of the desired product. This research aimed to determine how Instagram was chosen as a medium of marketing communication. This research used a qualitative approach to obtain in-depth results and seven strategies to rigorous the methods. This research chose Instagram because Instagram become one of the social media that growing rapidly. After the coding process, there founded four keywords: the reason Instagram was chosen, Instagram benefits, the use of endorsement, and disadvantage endorsement. The development of more ecologically friendly goods, methods, and technologies is encouraged by green creativity. Inadequate use of natural resources, greenhouse gas emissions, and air and water pollution can all be reduced as a result. The goal of the leadership strategy known as "Green transformational leadership" aims to establish a work environment that prioritizes environmental friendliness and sustainability. The research methodology involves quantitative analysis paired with linear regression. The demographic and sample for the study comprise employees from 4-star hotels in East Java, totaling 85 individuals. Work engagement telah menjadi tren terkini dalam studi ilmu sumber daya manusia atas eksitensinya dan kontribusinya pada organizational outcome, baik bagi organisasi yang bergerak di sektor publik maupun sektor privat. Pada perkembangannya, hasil penelitian terbaru tentang work engagement semakin banyak jumlahnya. Hal ini semakin mempertegas peran work engagement sebagai konsep yang krusial sehingga perlu diperhitungkan dalam pencapaian tujuan organiasi. Adanya kontradiksi dan inkonsistensi hasil penelitian di berbagai sumber literatur turut memperkaya hasil penelitian ini. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis bibiliometrik, kami berhasil memperoleh pemetaan data realtime secara visual tentang topik work engagement. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep work engagement merupakan konsep yang established, dan bisa digunakan sebagai tendensi menyusun strategi retention yang tepat bagi organisas. This research aimed to identify and state the significance of teacher work engagement to improve inclusive school performance, where the inclusive school was a form of education equity and realization without any discriminations which currently have been organized by the government of Indonesia. Further, this research was based on the phenomenon which happened that not all teachers in inclusive school were involved maximally on the inclusive concept. This research was categorized into qualitative research which exerted case study approaches to explore the teacher experience during teaching activity in the inclusive school. It aims to identify teacher engagement at work. This research finding showed that the teacher work engagement was affected by self-efficacy and organizational climate. The teacher who had high self-efficacy referred that the teacher believes their selves were able to fulfill daily challenges in the school and therefore, the teacher tended to be more engaged on work. Besides, this research finding, indicated that the fun organizational climate became attendant which could influence the teacher work engagement.

The issue of green business practices has become an exciting topic to study in recent years. To achieve the SDGs, applying Green Human Resources Management in green business practices is an essential aspect because of its role as a key factor in the company's success. Given that the Food and Beverage industry is one of the industries with the most millennial generation employees, the support for millennial teamwork on green business practices is urgent in this study, "Are millennials involved in green practices." This study aimed to measure Green Workplace Practices among millennial employees through the relationship between green motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) and green culture in the F&B industry in Indonesia. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 67 respondents processed using the purposive sampling method and structural equation modeling technique based on partial least squares. This study revealed that green motivation research can significantly influence green workplace practices and that green organizational culture plays a role in moderating the relationship between green motivation and green workplace practices. This research has significant implications for managers to see positive consequences when organizations adopt green practices. When organizations agree to reconstruct a green culture, they are not only doing their moral responsibility to society and the environment but investing in business sustainability in the future. The researcher realized there are limitations in the research, both in terms of time and quantity of data on millennial employees in the Food and Beverage industry that have not been fully explored optimally. The role of non-civil servant (non-ASN) employees has become increasingly vital in line with improvements and growing complexity in public services. However, non-ASN employees in Indonesia often face various challenges, such as uncertain employment status and high workloads. These issues can pragmatically influence employees' loyalty and attachment to the organization, particularly for non-ASN employees within the Department of Industry and Manpower in Surabaya. This study aims to examine the influence of workload and motivation on organizational commitment among non-ASN employees, using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to derive relevant findings. The results indicate that workload has no significant effect on organizational commitment, suggesting that the amount or intensity of work assigned to employees does not directly determine their loyalty and attachment to the organization. However, motivation was found to significantly affect organizational commitment, meaning that the higher the employees' motivation, the stronger their commitment to the organization. Future research is recommended to explore mediating variables such as leadership style and organizational culture
