Abstract

The research sample was 30 farmers. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative analysis. The characteristics of the research respondents that have been known are that the average age of the respondents is 53.9 years, farming experience is 36.2 years, education level is 6.7 years or SD, the area of farming land is 1.1 hectares and most of the farm ownership is by rent. land. The results of this research show that 100% of respondents or all respondents have never gained knowledge of accounting. As for the implementation of farmers in recording accounting on the aspect of transaction evidence, 50% do not know and never keep proof of purchase of production facilities, 70% do not know and never keep proof of payment of labor. There are also very many farmers who do not know and have never done accounting records, namely 76.7% and all respondents (100%) do not know and have never made an income statement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of environmental variables, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City. Abstract

Tujuan_Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode/Desain_Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif untuk melihat hubungan atau pengaruh variabel yang satu dengan variabel lainnya. Temuan_Kompetensi secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Medan, Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,790 atau 79 %, sisanya 21% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, misalnya motivasi, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan variabel lainnya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee development and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees of the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. The method of data analysis is used quantitative descriptive method. Testing the hypothesis by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis method using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. In this study, the population is all 30 North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat employees. Based on the results of the simultaneous significance test (F-Test), it shows that there is an influence of employee development (X1) and supervision (X2) on increasing employee work effectiveness (Y) at the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat as evidenced by Ftest > Ftable 10,570>3,34 or the significance value < from α that is 0,000 ttable which is 3.225 >2,05183 or the significance value < α that is 0.003 ttable which is 3.578 > 2,05183 or the significance value < α that is 0.001

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facility and location on decision to register at SMK Telkom 2 Medan. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the quality of service on decision to register because the value of tcount > ttable of 3.310 > 1.9913 and the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 is in the area of rejection H0 and Ha received, the facility shows there is a significant influence on decision to register because it has a value of tcount > ttable of 2.967 > 1.9913 and its significance value 0.004 < 0.05 is in the area of rejection H0 and Ha accepted, the location shows there is a significant influence on decision to register because it has a value of tcount > ttable of 3.173 > 1.9913 and the significance value 0.002 > 0.05 are in the area of rejection of H0 and Ha are accepted. Based on the results of simultaneous testing it can be seen that the calculated Fcount > F table is 24.667 > 2.72 and the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable quality of service (X1), facility (X2), and location (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously on the register decision variable (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and individual characteristic on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan, amounting to 35 people. The sample used is a saturated sample given the relatively small population. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture and individual characteristic both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan in the Human Resources (HR) section, totaling 44 people. Sampling using a saturated sample that is using the entire existing population as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, this study proves that work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, remuneration, and competence on PT employees' performance. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The approach used is a quantitative research approach. The sample used in this study was 84 employees. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. The study's results partially prove that leadership, remuneration, and competence significantly positively affect employee performance. Then simultaneously, leadership, remuneration, and competence significantly influence the employee performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to determine how transformational leadership, teamwork, job satisfaction, and employee performance are related. Additionally, the relationship between transformational leadership, teamwork, and employee performance is examined in this study about the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable.Method – This study uses a quantitative approach involving employee respondents from Mixue Ice Cream Medan employees, with a sample of 50 respondents. Questionnaires related to research variables were used to collect data by measuring the Likert scale. Statistical analysis to test the hypothesis using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square).Results – This study found that job satisfaction affects employee performance, and transformational leadership and teamwork affect job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, this research collaboration cannot explain job satisfaction as an intervening variable because there is no indirect effect between transformational leadership and teamwork support; job satisfaction is not an intervening factor.Originality (Novelty) – This study combines three main factors, namely transformational leadership, teamwork, and job satisfaction, and explores the complex relationships among the variables. This research seeks a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing employee performance.Implication – Companies must develop transformational leadership strategies, strengthen teamwork, and increase employee job satisfaction to achieve optimal performance. Additionally, this research makes a theoretical contribution to expanding the understanding of the relationship between these variables and the mediating role of job satisfaction in the corporate context.

Abstract

This paper aims To analyze the most prolific and influential articles involved in market orientation research (MO) between 1994 to 2023. This Research paper uses bibliometric analysis techniques, quotations, and cocitations with Vosviewer software for investigated 766 publications in MO from 1994 to 2023 and uses the scopus.com database to visualize relevant articles and their results. Results of the analysis bibliometrics describe evolution research and interests scientific in market orientation over time. Study This gives more understanding _ of the focus of different studies and highlights contributor Main and Network collaboration in it. Second, literature about continued market orientation is growing and diversifying, focusing on understanding concepts and applications in the contemporary business world. While the novelty obtained from the study, This use approach bibliometric with VOSviewer and Scopus.com to analyze development literature about market orientation provides a holistic and in-depth view of relevant literature and provides a base for development understanding and application draft market orientation.
