Abstract

This research purpose is analysed production increasing of cage's cultivication Nila fishes before and after accept PKBL'S credit and how much the PKBL credit application impact to productions level step-up of cage's cultivication Nila fishes at Sungai Ular village. This method is utilized production logistic of Cobb Douglass, statistical examination to be done by use of bifilar linear regression, t partial, t distinctive two average costs, f test and determinant coefficient test. The utilized data is cultivication'.s production before and after accept PKBL 'S credit which is year 2011 and 2012. Determinant coefficient in 2011 is about 0,972 and 0,975 in 2012. T test distinctive two average cost point out to assess t computing 12, 789 < t table 4,25 that is mean that there is distinctive between average cage's production before and after accept PKBL'S credit where cage's cultivication production Nila fishes increases after accept PKBL 'S credit.

Abstract

Poverty is a living condition that is in shortage experienced by a person or household, so as not being able to meet the minimum or decent needs in his life. Populist economy is a family-based economic system, people's sovereignty, and shows a genuine interest in people's economy. This study aims to determine how the potential of fishery in poverty eradication of fishermen community through the empowerment of the populist economy in the city of Sibolga. The method used is library research. The data used are secondary data taken from the BPS Sibolga city. From the results of the discussion can be concluded that the potential of fishery products is quite large and even the second largest contributor after the big trade and retail of 17 indicators of GRDP according to existing business fields in the city of Sibolga was not able to alleviate the poverty of fishermen community. This is because not yet maximizing the economic empowerment of people in the field of fisheries. To that end, the government needs to be more serious in improving the empowerment of the populist economy in the field of fisheries is one of them is the provision of capital and technology assistance that can increase the productivity of fishing communities so that income increases and able to raise the degree out of the strata of poverty. Intensive facilitation and direction also needs to be made in the use of capital and technology assistance provided for the purpose of poverty alleviation through economic empowerment of this person can be achieved.

Abstract

Tujuan_Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen melakukan pembelian secara online. Desain/Metode_Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor. Temuan_Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada 3 (tiga) faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online yaitu kemudahan, gaya hidup, dan harga. Implikasi_Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi situs belanja online untuk megetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam berbelanja online serta dapat memperbaiki performanya. Abstract

The shopping centres built today all lead to modern focus centres with conventional concepts that provide excellent service and offer convenience and comfort to create customer loyalty. A new business model with a sharia concept has emerged in recent years, namely 212 Mart. 212 Mart has a sharia concept and has succeeded in attracting public interest because it is the only franchise with a sharia concept in Indonesia. However, the people's expectation of switching to 212 Mart was not followed by the people's loyalty to always shop at 212 Mart. Many factors influence customer loyalty, one of which can be seen in the marketing mix. It is necessary to evaluate the marketing mix carried out at 212 Mart, which consists of product quality, pricing, place or distribution, and promotions. Applying a marketing mix by Islamic law can be a factor in creating customer loyalty. The quality of halal products, whether available, distributed or where sellers and buyers meet who have a long-distance from one store to another, rarely carried out promotions, and pricing under Islamic law can affect customer loyalty for 212 marts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee development and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees of the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. The method of data analysis is used quantitative descriptive method. Testing the hypothesis by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis method using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. In this study, the population is all 30 North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat employees. Based on the results of the simultaneous significance test (F-Test), it shows that there is an influence of employee development (X1) and supervision (X2) on increasing employee work effectiveness (Y) at the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat as evidenced by Ftest > Ftable 10,570>3,34 or the significance value < from α that is 0,000 ttable which is 3.225 >2,05183 or the significance value < α that is 0.003 ttable which is 3.578 > 2,05183 or the significance value < α that is 0.001

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facility and location on decision to register at SMK Telkom 2 Medan. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the quality of service on decision to register because the value of tcount > ttable of 3.310 > 1.9913 and the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 is in the area of rejection H0 and Ha received, the facility shows there is a significant influence on decision to register because it has a value of tcount > ttable of 2.967 > 1.9913 and its significance value 0.004 < 0.05 is in the area of rejection H0 and Ha accepted, the location shows there is a significant influence on decision to register because it has a value of tcount > ttable of 3.173 > 1.9913 and the significance value 0.002 > 0.05 are in the area of rejection of H0 and Ha are accepted. Based on the results of simultaneous testing it can be seen that the calculated Fcount > F table is 24.667 > 2.72 and the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable quality of service (X1), facility (X2), and location (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously on the register decision variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction of Gojek service users in Medan. The population in this study were all economic and business students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sumatra Utara. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach, namely anyone who coincidentally met and had used the services of Gojek more than 2 times with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of promotion and service quality, either partially or simultaneously, had a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction using Gojek services for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Medan. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and individual characteristic on employee job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan, amounting to 35 people. The sample used is a saturated sample given the relatively small population. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture and individual characteristic both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work satisfaction at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan in the Human Resources (HR) section, totaling 44 people. Sampling using a saturated sample that is using the entire existing population as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, this study proves that work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the right promotion concept for 212 Mart Medan with variables studied are sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing and public relations in increasing customer loyalty.Methodology - Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a sampling technique used random sampling by using 100 customers of 212 Mart Medan. Data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis.Findings - The results of this study indicate that the variables of sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing and public relations have a significant influence on customer loyalty at 212 Mart Medan.Originality/Novelty - Digital marketing model through the Website, Facebook (FB), Instagram IG), and Whatsapp Group (WAG) which are integrated with social media owned by FOSIL BKM MEDAN as a forum for gathering representatives of mosque management to mobilize Muslims united to build sharia economy through shopping at 212 Mart Medan.Implications - With the availability of those media, 212 Mart Medan can be used as a place for sales promotion, advertising, direct marketing, public relations in an effort to increase customer loyalty
