Abstract

Laporan ini menggambarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema "Memperkuat Soft Skill Pemuda: Investasi Menuju Masa Depan Sukses Berwirausaha dan Mahir Bahasa Inggris di Desa Polewali". Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah meningkatkan soft skill pemuda dan memfasilitasi investasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan berwirausaha serta kemahiran berbahasa Inggris. Melalui serangkaian materi kewirausahaan dan pelatihan penggunaan Bahasa Inggris tersebut pemuda Desa Polewali dibekali dengan keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan kerjasama tim, sambil mendukung pengembangan bisnis lokal dan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris. Evaluasi hasil menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap pemuda dan masyarakat setempat. Laporan ini juga memberikan saran tindak lanjut untuk memastikan berkelanjutan dan efektifnya kegiatan ini dalam memberdayakan pemuda Desa Polewali menuju masa depan yang lebih sukses.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of good governance to improve the performance of government organizations in the Lamatti Riattang Village Office, Bulupoddo District. The research method used was qualitative descriptive research - data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results indicated that the implementation of good governance in improving the performance of government organizations was good. Responsibility had been running well. Implementing government transparency in managing a village government budget refers to existing regulations. All village officials were given their respective authorities and they carried them out with the SOP. There was no suggestion box, so the public could directly contact the WhatsApp number for complaint service if there was a complaint. The effectiveness was seen from the existence of a document stating the accountability of the village head in evaluating activities. All program implementations were carried out well because of community support. Every activity always involves the community. If the village government carried out a development, the community was enthusiastic to help. The success of the development of the village government program had been going well. This can be seen in the maintenance of concrete rebars. Administrative guidance for dasawisma carried out by PKK Lamatti Riattang. Procurement of arts and sports festivals at the hamlet level to commemorate the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. Development of waste bank management aimed to educate the community about the economic value of waste and make Lamatti Riattang village a waste-free village. This research can guide the Village Government in improving the performance of government organizations at the Lamatti Riattang Village Office, Bulupoddo District.

Abstract

Legalitas usaha merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha salah satunya adalah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), yang menjadi pintu masuk utama dalam sistem perizinan berusaha berbasis risiko. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan langsung kepada setiap pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Lappacinrana dalam melengkapi dokumen pendaftaran, pendaftaran online, sampai terbit NIB melalui platform resmi di OSS - Sistem Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik. Kegiatan pendampingan ini, dimulai dengan rangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi terkait proses penerbitan NIB, pelatihan teknis terkait proses pendaftaran dan penerbitan NIB, pendampingan langsung dengan mengumpulkan dokumen persyaratan pendaftaran NIB, dan pendaftaran online, serta penerbitan NIB. Dengan adanya pendampingan ini, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Lappacinrana dapat berkembang secara legal dan lebih mudah mengakses berbagai program dukungan dari pemerintah. Adapun Evaluasi dampak dari pendampingan ini adalah terbitnya NIB untuk beberapa pelaku usaha di Desa Lappacinrana. Laporan ini memberikan gambaran tentang kepemilikan NIB bagi pelaku usaha di Desa Lappacinrana dan memastikan bahwa setiap pemilik usaha punya keinginan untuk memiliki NIB.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of technology in inclusive education on enhancing student learning outcomes. The research methodology employed is a comprehensive literature review, encompassing data from various sources pertaining to the integration of technology in educational settings. The findings indicate that the incorporation of technology in inclusive classrooms can markedly enhance student learning outcomes, particularly in developing cognitive and critical thinking abilities. Additionally, technology can facilitate the optimization of the learning process in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. It is also important to note that the use of technology in education presents certain challenges and risks that must be managed effectively in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Therefore, when considering the use of technology in education, it is essential to carefully select and integrate technology in a manner that is conducive to achieving desired results.

Abstract

The library as it exists and is developing, has now been used as a center for information, a source of knowledge, research, recreation, preservation of the nation's cultural treasures, as well as acting in other services. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of library observers at the Sinjai Regency Library and Archives Service in encouraging and increasing interest in reading for the younger generation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research to provide a clear description and overall description of the performance of the Library Observer in encouraging and increasing the reading interest of the younger generation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Office of the Library and Archives of Sinjai Regency, Library Observer Management, and Library Visitors. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the performance of Library Observers at the Library and Archives Service of Sinjai Regency in encouraging and increasing reading interest of the younger generation is less effective, because its contribution is less than optimal in carrying out its duties and functions.
