Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan kontribusi Pajak Reklame terhadap PAD di Kabupaten Sinjai periode Tahun 2013-2016. 2) Untuk mengetahui tinjauan islam tentang kontribusi Pajak Reklame terhadap PAD. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan survey yang dilaksanakan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai dengan meneliti dokumen laporan realisasi penerimaan pajak daerah dan laporan realisasi pendapatan asli daerah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus kontribusi dan rumus pertumbuhan kontribusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama,kontribusi Pajak Reklame Kabupaten Sinjai pada tahun 2013 adalah sebesar 0,29 %, kontribusi tersebut menurun menjadi 0,15 % pada tahun 2014; dan tahun 2015 semakin menurun menjadi 0,11 %. Kemudian kembali meningkat menjadi 0,13 % pada tahun 2016.Kedua, Pertumbuhan kontribusi Pajak Reklame Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah cenderung mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015.Walaupun sedikit mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2016. Ketiga, diperbolehkan memungut pajak dengan syarat dikelola dengan adil, yang selaras dengan spirit Islam.

Abstract

This research aim was to evaluate performance of South Sulawesi Province in the implementation of export and import of livestock commodities using such indicators asthe value of export and import, the share value of export, trade balance and ratio. The study was conducted in the Department of Industry and Trade, the Center Statistics Agency, and the Customs and Excise Duty of Makassarusing a combinaton of interview method and literature review.Research results showed that export import performance has improved as indicated by an increase export volume andvalue of livestock commodities, a decrease import volume and value of livestock commodities.The positive trade balance was an indicator of trade domination of livestock commodities, and fluctuated ratio of trading with a tendency to increase. One aspectthat did not show an improvement compared to other non-oil export value of South Sulawesi was export share of livestock commodities.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan rempah-rempah menjadi produk kecantikan berupa Lulur Tradisional (Bedda Lotong) yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pembuatan bedda lotong adalah dengan cara pemberdayaan, pemasaran,dan evaluasi, praktek, dan diskusi. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan dalam Pembuatan Lulur Tradisional dilakukan bulan Oktober 2023. Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh tim pengabdi, beberapa Masyarakat dan kalangan muda serta turut hadir mentor yang sudah bergelut dibidang tersebut. Dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan (Focus Group Discussion) FGD untuk mengetahui pemahaman pengelolaan, pengemasan dan pemasaran dari produk Lulur Tradisional (Bedda Lotong). Dari pelatihan tersebut menambah pengetahuan kepada peserta terkait mengelola rempah-rempah menjadi produk kecantikan (Lulur Tradisiol), di mulai dari sangrai beras ketan hitam, campuran produk, penghalusan, pengemasan dan pemasaran yang baik sehingga dapat dikenal oleh kalangan luar dan dapat dijadikan ide usaha yang efektif.

Abstract

The objective of inclusive education is to guarantee that every individual, irrespective of physical, intellectual, social or emotional limitations, is provided with equal access to educational opportunities. The advent of technology has led to the emergence of new possibilities for the implementation of inclusive education, particularly in resource-constrained developing countries. However, the implementation of technology in inclusive education in developing countries is confronted with a multitude of challenges, encompassing deficiencies in infrastructure and constraints in educator training. This article seeks to examine the role of technology in inclusive education in developing countries and identify the challenges and opportunities that arise. The research employs a literature review methodology to collate data from pertinent studies and proffer policy recommendations to enhance the role of technology in inclusive education.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between digital literacy competencies and learning outcomes through the implementation of blended learning models in Indonesian higher education institutions during the post-pandemic period. Employing a qualitative research methodology, this investigation utilized semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 university students and 15 faculty members across five Indonesian universities, complemented by a document analysis of institutional policies and learning management system data. Through thematic analysis, following Braun and Clarke's six-phase approach, four primary themes emerged: (1) Digital Competency Development, (2) Pedagogical Transformation, (3) Learning Engagement Adaptation, and (4) Institutional Infrastructure Challenges. The findings revealed that students with higher digital literacy levels demonstrated enhanced learning outcomes in blended environments, characterized by improved critical thinking skills, increased collaborative engagement, and greater autonomous learning capabilities. However, significant disparities exist in digital access and competency levels, creating educational inequities that require institutional interventions. The study concludes that successful blended learning implementation necessitates comprehensive digital literacy development programs, robust technological infrastructure, and adaptive pedagogical strategies that bridge the digital divide, while enhancing educational quality in post-pandemic higher education contexts
