These changes in the performance of course affect the effectiveness of public services and the performance of the village apparatus, starting from the service system of the apparatus, the productivity of the apparatus, and the accountability of the apparatus in carrying out government affairs delegated by the Regent. Given the pandemic situation which is gradually easing, the government has again changed the work system for personal public services while still adhering to health protocols. The return of the old model of public administration performance system certainly affects the productivity and accountability of the village apparatus. This research was conducted to measure the Performance of Village Apparatus in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung using the Weighted Product Method which is a decision-making method using multiplication that connects the value of the criteria, where the value for each criterion must be raised to the power of the weight of the criteria concerned. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because it could complete every existing alternative. The function of the Weighted Product Method determines the weight value for each alternative and the assessment criteria which have been determined. There are seven criteria used in this study. Those criteria are Education, Productivity, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Accountability, Facilities, and Income per Per-capita. The results of this study are the development of a model which can be used as a benchmark for assessing village officials in Kalirejo village, Central Lampung as a trial object of research. This decision-making model can also be implemented with a mobile web application for a broader range of measurements with larger data.

The development of the number of Private Universities in Indonesia requires Private Universities to have good Performance and Quality. Private Universities must apply a new angle of thinking that contains elements of flexibility, speed, innovation, and integration. Flexibility, speed, innovation and integration really need human resources full of creativity. Creativity can arise from human resources who have excellence in science. Thus, Private Universities is expected to not only be able to produce the best graduates, but also be able to develop two things contained in the Tri Dharma of higher education, namely researching the results of high-quality research and developing technology for community service. For that Private Universities must always be able to adapt, develop and make improvements through organizational learning. This study aims to determine the strategy model for improving performance using a combination of AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Multivariate Data Analysis (MDA) methods. The sample of this research is management that manages Private Universities (Private Universities leaders) from several Private Universities in the Province of Lamping. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is an analytical tool that can be used to make decisions on conditions with complex factors, especially if the decision is subjective. While the Multivariate Data Analysis (MDA) method refers to the statistical technique used to analyze data that appears from more than one variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect. Organizational Learning Factors, External Environment, Reputation, Competence, Professionalism, and Performance have a significant effect on Private Private Universities Performance. These criteria and sub-criteria are used as references for Private Universities management as a strategy to improve Private Universities performance in Lampung Province. This is basically a model of reality where each decision involves more than one single variable. This research is important to determine the best model in Private Universities Performance Improvement strategies. The results of this study contributed to the decision maker or management of Private Universities as a reference material in the member policies in improving the Performance of Private Universities

Medicinal plants are very abundant biological wealth in Indonesia. Herbs made from medicinal gardens have also become the heritage of the Indonesian people. In the development of technology in the current era, especially for developers, a lot of the latest innovations have emerged. One of them is making the introduction application of this medicinal plant. However, currently there are still many people who have not used IT, so this research needs to be done not only once in order to create a more effective and updated application according to their needs. This research was conducted to create an android-based introduction application of medicinal plants which is simpler than previous research. This research was made using the mitt app inventor which is obtained for free and is easy to use because it has provided coding according to what researcher needs. This research model used the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). From this research, the researcher produced an application which can be used to find out the list of plants, the benefits of plants and types of traditional medicinal plants which can treat certain types of diseases.

This research aims to determine the aid creditprogram "grameenbank" by using Simple AdditiveWaighting (SAW) method in rural communities as aresource empowerment of rural women towardseconomic development of the region. The determinationof the criteria is to perfom the weight on theexisting.criteria which applied to the decisions making.The software program can generate customers wereselected as recipients grameenbank aid credit program.The Independent Business Credit system is a replicationof the pattern ofcredit 'Grameen Bank' (Meaning VillageBank developed in Bangladesh to serve the poor people)who have adapted their implementation inIndonesia. Credit package provided through thisinstitutional adjusted to the conditions and the ability oftheir poor, so that they are able to increase revenues andat the same time is able to be trusted because it can repayloans with discipline. These results indicate that theSimple Additive Waighting (SAW) method caneffectively help in the decision making and to determineprospective customers that receiver program in ruraldistricts Gemahripah Pringsewu. Remaja memiliki peran yang strategis dalam konteks pembangunan manusia. Pertama, remaja merupakan calon penduduk usia produktif yang kelak menjadi subyek/pelaku pembangunan sehingga harus disiapkan agar menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Kedua, remaja merupakan calon pasangan yang akan membangun keluarga sehingga perlu dipersiapkan agar memiliki perencanaan kehidupan berkeluarga. Kesiapan berkeluarga merupakan salah satu kunci terbangunnya keluarga yang berketahanan sehingga diharapkan mampu melahirkan generasi yang berkualitas. Namun dalam hal ini banyak sekali remaja yang memutuskan untuk menikah muda dan di bawah umur termasuk pada remaja di pekon Pajaresuk. Sosialisasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk untuk merubah pola pikir remaja yang lebih sehat, cerdas dan mampu mempersiapkan rencana untuk masa depan dan menjadikan remaja melek teknologi pada era digitalisasi ini, serta untuk memberikan suatu pengarahan kepada remaja yang ada dipekon Pajaresuk tentang pentingnya persiapan kehidupan berkeluarga bagi saat ini. Dari acara kegiatan remaja pada pekon Pajaresuk sangat antusias lebih dari 25 peserta hadir dan banyak perserta mengajukan pertanya sehingga akan semakin mengerti dan memahami tentang persiapan kehidupan berkeluarga di era digitalisasi.

Toko Nizar merupakan perusahaan perorangan yang bergerak dibidang pakan udang. Pengelolaan informasi pakan udang di toko Nizar ini meliputi pengelolaan informasi pemantauan Kolam, laporan penjualan pakan udang, laporan data stok pakan, jenis-jenis pakan udang, laporan penjualan yang selama ini masih berbasis paper yang selama dirasakan kurang efektif. Dari permasalahan tersebut muncul gagasan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pakan Udang berbasis internet mobile supaya dapat mengelola informasi pakan udang lebih terpantau, informasi pakan dan informasi stok pakan digudang dan dapat membantu percepatan proses pengelolaan laporan toko Nizar. Sistem Informasi pakan udang berupa aplikasi yang dapat memfasilitasi pemantauan proses pengelolaan informasi pada Toko Nizar mulai dari pengelolaan informasi pakan udang yang distribusikan ke petani udang serta pengelolaan informasi laporan penjualan, stok pakan dan lain-lain. Sistem informasi pada toko Nizar ini dibangun dengan mengunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan aplikasi yang dibangun ini system informasi pakan udang toko Nizar menjadi lebih mudah dan efesien. Kemudian dari segi promosi juga dapat menjadi lebih luas tidak hanya diwilayah toko Nizar saja.

Letters are very important in an agency or company. In an agency or company, a good, well-ordered, directed, structured and well-organized letter management is needed. The large number of incoming and outgoing letters at the Pringsewu College of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) and letter management that is still done manually by recording in the agenda book creates problems in document search, so a system that can assist in mail management is needed. With the existence of a mail management information system, it can reduce the difficulties in filing and searching for letters, and improve management. A website-based mail management information system was created using PHP Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP) and MySQL. The result of this research is an information system that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems

Persaingan dibidang bisnis semakin canggih seiring dengan berkembangnya (eknologi informasi pada saai ini dapat menciptakan peluang bisnis bagi para pedagang uniuk melakukan penjualan secara online. Dengan adanya teknologi berbasis online para pedagang dengan mudah untuk melakukan transaksi tanpa harus mendatangi tempat penjualan elektronik yang diinginkan. Sarana internet menunjang para penjualan untuk melakukan penjualan online. Fasilitas yang digunakan untuk mengoneksikan jaringan internet belum tersedia, untuk itu akan dirancang program penjualan online menggunakan macromedia dreamweaver, php Mysql dan Xampp. Dengan dirancanganya penjualan berbasis web diharapkan dapat membantu dan menarik minat para pelanggan. Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi penjualan elektronik di wilayah Kemiling Bandar Lampung guna mendapatkan informasi penjualan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dalam bidang elektronik
