Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini membahas bagaimana memberikan sosialisasi ataupun pembelajaran kepada masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan media sosialisasi bagi masyarakat di pekon Pandansari Selatan. Dengan kegiatan sosialisasi  ini diharapkan masyarakat di Pekon Pandansari Selatan  dapat lebih memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial untuk mempromosikan UMKM kepada masyarakat luas agar mendapatkan potensi pasar yang lebih luas. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat kali ini memberikan hasil bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial memberikan prospek yang baik untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM di pekon Pandansari Selatan yang sangat kurang dalam hal promosi. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem pemasaran menggunakan media sosial menyediakan platform jual beli secara online yang akan memudahkan proses pemesanan dan pembelian. Sehingga pembeli dapat berinteraksi dengan pemilik UMKM untuk melakukan transaksi secara langsung. Selain itu jangkauan wilayah penjualan akan lebih luas sehingga akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

These changes in the performance of course affect the effectiveness of public services and the performance of the village apparatus, starting from the service system of the apparatus, the productivity of the apparatus, and the accountability of the apparatus in carrying out government affairs delegated by the Regent. Given the pandemic situation which is gradually easing, the government has again changed the work system for personal public services while still adhering to health protocols. The return of the old model of public administration performance system certainly affects the productivity and accountability of the village apparatus. This research was conducted to measure the Performance of Village Apparatus in Kalirejo Village, Central Lampung using the Weighted Product Method which is a decision-making method using multiplication that connects the value of the criteria, where the value for each criterion must be raised to the power of the weight of the criteria concerned. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because it could complete every existing alternative. The function of the Weighted Product Method determines the weight value for each alternative and the assessment criteria which have been determined. There are seven criteria used in this study. Those criteria are Education, Productivity, Public Service, Quality of Human Resources, Accountability, Facilities, and Income per Per-capita. The results of this study are the development of a model which can be used as a benchmark for assessing village officials in Kalirejo village, Central Lampung as a trial object of research. This decision-making model can also be implemented with a mobile web application for a broader range of measurements with larger data.

Abstract

Persaingan dibidang bisnis semakin canggih seiring dengan berkembangnya (eknologi informasi pada saai ini dapat menciptakan peluang bisnis bagi para pedagang uniuk melakukan penjualan secara online. Dengan adanya teknologi berbasis online para pedagang dengan mudah untuk melakukan transaksi tanpa harus mendatangi tempat penjualan elektronik yang diinginkan. Sarana internet menunjang para penjualan untuk melakukan penjualan online. Fasilitas yang digunakan untuk mengoneksikan jaringan internet belum tersedia, untuk itu akan dirancang program penjualan online menggunakan macromedia dreamweaver, php Mysql dan Xampp. Dengan dirancanganya penjualan berbasis web diharapkan dapat membantu dan menarik minat para pelanggan. Maka dibuatlah sistem informasi penjualan elektronik di wilayah Kemiling Bandar Lampung guna mendapatkan informasi penjualan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dalam bidang elektronik

Abstract

AbstractThe development of information technology is so rapid that one of them is the Internet can be utilized in all aspects of human life both in terms of jobs and search for information is through web-based service that is often called the website. E-government On Talbot Village is one website created to provide services and information to the public about the overall portfolio of the Talbot Village, the potentials at Talbot Village, governance structure in Talbot Village and all relevant information in Talbot Village. Development of the system is done based approach method System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that includes the stages of planning, analysis, coding, and implementation of the system, a tool in the system development process using DAD (Data Flow Diagrams), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), and flowchart , In making this website the researchers used programming language HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), PHP (Hypertext Processor), CSS (Cascading Style sheet), JQUERY, JAVASCRIPT and presenting data in the form of MySQL. Abstract

Tourism world not was something new for everyone. Tourism has become industrial who in every tourist destinations. Of various facilities and ease and also entertainment provided to support various activity tourism has been provided by the government or the supporting component tourism other. One of the facilities that may be developed is e-tourism. E-tourism can inform us tourist destinations with various the needs and supporting facilities for users especially tourists .Services rendered website as a form of incentives could be done by the visitors. As well as design system of flow of data on the application was used in the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and to design of the tables on a database using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). After design systems and a database , the next stage is transform Implementation design. To where the implementation of this system uses a programming language PHP and MySQL. With the existence of this application can ease the community to found any information on objects Tanggamus and to be able to share new information possessed to others with the website.

Abstract

The management and maintenance of irrigation unit data are still conducted manually, leading to inefficiencies in record-keeping, data retrieval, and asset monitoring. The absence of a structured digital system makes it difficult to track the location, specifications, history, and condition of irrigation units, which affects operational efficiency. To address this issue, a QR Code-based information system was developed to provide quick and accurate access to irrigation unit data. This system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with the Waterfall model, ensuring a structured and systematic approach in each development phase, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Various software tools such as Sublime Text 3, XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.2, and Google Chrome were used to support system development, while QR Code scanning was integrated through mobile devices for ease of access. The system was tested using the black box method to evaluate its functionality and performance. The results showed that the system effectively displays irrigation unit information through QR Code scanning. The maximum readable QR Code size is 10 cm² with an optimal scanning distance of up to 50 cm. The system functions reliably under various lighting conditions, except when the QR Code is significantly folded or scratched, which affects readability. This research demonstrates that a QR Code-based information system can improve efficiency in irrigation unit management by providing real-time, accessible, and structured data. Future enhancements may include additional features such as location mapping and automated reporting for maintenance and issue tracking.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in performance management systems has transformed how organizations evaluate and enhance employee performance. However, empirical evidence on how AI-driven performance management improves employee productivity across diverse industrial sectors remains limited, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of AI-driven performance management on employee productivity, with job crafting serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory survey design, data were collected from 170 employees across multiple industries in Indonesia that have implemented AI-based performance management systems. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that AI-driven performance management has a positive and significant direct effect on employee productivity. Additionally, AI-driven performance management significantly enhances job crafting behaviors, which in turn positively influence employee productivity. Mediation analysis confirms that job crafting partially mediates the relationship between AI-driven performance management and employee productivity. These findings suggest that the productivity-enhancing potential of AI-based performance management is strengthened when employees are enabled to proactively redesign their work. This study contributes to the literature on technology-driven human resource management and provides practical insights for organizations seeking to integrate AI systems with employee-centered work practices.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) in culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pringsewu as part of digital business transformation efforts. The main problem faced by culinary MSMEs is the limited use of data-driven decision-making due to manual transaction recording, low digital literacy, and the absence of analytical tools for monitoring business performance. This research employed a descriptive qualitative case study approach involving 15 culinary MSMEs. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and sales transaction analysis using a simple BI dashboard. The novelty of this study lies in the practical implementation of a low-cost and user-friendly Business Intelligence model specifically designed for local culinary MSMEs. The results indicate that BI implementation improved sales monitoring, customer analysis, product trend identification, and business decision-making effectiveness. Furthermore, the dashboard contributed to a 12.5% increase in sales turnover and enhanced operational efficiency among participating MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of community service activities in the form of product marketing digitalization on increasing the knowledge and skills of ME Smoothies MSME players in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to assist MSME players in utilizing digital media to increase competitiveness and expand market reach. The approach used is a participatory approach through a series of activities in the form of needs analysis, intensive training, and mentoring in the use of digital technologies such as social media, e-commerce, and marketing software. This activity involves MSME participants who are actively running their businesses and is evaluated through observation, interviews. The findings show that this program succeeded in improving the ability of participants in managing social media accounts and digital platforms, creating promotional content, and registering their products on food delivery services. Within one month, partners experienced a 30% increase in sales turnover as well as a significant increase in digital interactions. This study is still limited to one MSME partner and does not include a long-term evaluation of the sustainability of the use of digital technology. Nevertheless, this activity provides a real picture of the importance of digital education to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. This program directly contributes to the empowerment of MSMEs through applicable digitalization strategies. The results of the activity can be used as a training model for other MSMEs that have limited access to technology and marketing. This activity encourages the economic independence of MSME actors and strengthens the community's adaptation to technological changes in the digital era. This approach also strengthens the position of MSMEs as drivers of the local economy. Keywords Digitalization, Product Marketing, MSMEs

Abstract

Kemajuan inovasi teknologi mampu mempercepat terjadinya modernisasi digital di segala bidang, salah satunya sistem pengelolaan keuangan pada lembaga pendidikan. Di lingkungan pesantren, salah satu kendala yang masih sering ditemui adalah pengelolaan uang saku santri yang dilakukan secara konvensional, yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kesalahan maupun keakuratan dalam pengolahan data, dampak kehilangan uang, serta rendahnya transparansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menerapkan sistem Smart Card berbasis QR code sebagai solusi dalam pengelolaan uang saku santri di pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Sistem dirancang dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai basis data, serta QR code sebagai sarana utama transaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem Smart Card berbasis QR code mampu mempercepat proses transaksi, menekan kesalahan pencatatan, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan santri. Selain membantu pengurus dalam pengelolaan data secara lebih efisien, sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi wali santri untuk memonitor penggunaan uang saku secara real-time. Dengan demikian, sistem yang diterapkan dapat menjadi alternatif solusi yang efektif untuk menciptakan pengelolaan uang saku santri yang lebih modern, sistematis, dan akuntabel di lingkungan pesantren.
