Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence has significantly transformed learning methods and processes. Previous research indicates that artificial intelligence can enhance independent learning behavior but also has the potential to increase plagiarism issues. This study aims to statistically examine the relationship between the use of artificial intelligence and plagiarism, as well as independent learning behavior. The research adopts a descriptive associative quantitative approach through surveys conducted at several high schools in Pontianak. The study population comprises students who are familiar with the ChatGPT application. The variables are the use of ChatGPT, plagiarism, and independent learning behavior. Data were collected through questionnaires from 50 respondents and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. This study examines the analysis results using SPSS. Descriptive analysis shows that 56% of respondents are male and 44% are female. The results indicate that 68.8% of males are involved in plagiarism, and 55.6% exhibit independent learning behavior. Inferential analysis shows no significant relationship between the use of ChatGPT and plagiarism or independent learning behavior, based on the very low and insignificant values of Phi, Cramer's V, and Contingency Coefficient (p-value > 0.05).

Abstract

WUS adalah wanita yang berusia 18-49 tahun dengan keadaan organ reproduksi berfungsi dengan baik, baik dengan status belum kawin, kawin maupun janda. Puncak kesuburan wanita ada pada rentang usia 21-25 tahun. Desa Canggu merupakan desa binaan Puskesmas Way Urang, yang memberikan pelayan kontrasepsi dengan jumlah wanita usia subur cukup banyak, akan tetapi masih banyak wanita usia subur yang tidak mau untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang disebutkan di atas maka solusi yang diberikan adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang pada wanita usia subur. Tujuannya adalah untuk menekan kehamilan pada wanita usia subur sehingga ledakan penduduk bisa terkendali. Hasil yang dicapai dengan adanya Edukasi kontrasepsi MKJP di Balai Desa Canggu diharapkan dapat terus dilaksanakan agar dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada wanita usia subur khusunya akseptor KB aktif untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai MKJP. Sehingga cakupan peserta pengguna kontrasepsi MKJP mengalami peningkatan dan angka keberhasilan KB meningkat

Abstract

Immunisation protects children against several preventable diseases (PD3I). Immunisation is a highly effective form of health intervention in reducing infant and under-five mortality. Every year more than 1.4 million children worldwide die from diseases that could be prevented by immunisation. Despite the fact that many mothers now bring their babies to health workers for immunisation, only a small proportion of them are given counselling. in bulok village there are still toddlers who do not get complete basic immunisation due to lack of knowledge and hassle. The expected output target is an increase in knowledge between before and after counseling, as well as awareness of mothers to bring their children to Posyandu to get immunised. The method in this Community Service is carried out by providing counseling on Basic Immunisation. In the early stages of counselling, the material provided is about the definition, benefits, and impacts if immunisation is not given to toddlers. The results of this Community Service activity on Counseling on Basic Immunisation for Toddler Mothers at the Bulok Village Posyandu found that participants listened, were enthusiastic, and understood the material presented by the implementer of the extension activities. The results of the service are an increase in knowledge and awareness of mothers to bring their children to get immunised in an effort to prevent disease.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to increase adolescent girls’ knowledge about anemia, including its causes, symptoms, impacts, and prevention efforts. The method used was an observational analytic design with a pretest–posttest approach involving 31 adolescent girls selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions, followed by an interactive health education session using leaflet media. The results showed that the mean knowledge score of respondents increased from 42.90 at the pretest to 80.65 at the posttest. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference before and after the intervention. These findings demonstrate that health education using leaflets is effective in improving adolescent girls’ knowledge about anemia. It is recommended that adolescent girls apply the information gained through balanced nutrition and adherence to Iron-Folic Acid (IFA) tablet consumption. Furthermore, health centers and health workers are encouraged to carry out continuous education, strengthen the school-based IFA supplementation program, and monitor adherence as a sustainable strategy for anemia prevention.
