The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKS) assisted by liveworksheets based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. This research is Classroom Action Research with a One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this research were all 36 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Jember for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection for the critical thinking ability variable was obtained through a three-item essay test and for the learning outcome variable through a 15-item multiple choice test. The data obtained was analyzed using the N-Gain formula and the classical completeness formula. Based on the analysis, the N-Gain value for critical thinking skills was 0.531 (medium category) and learning outcomes increased with an N-Gain value of 0.26 (low category) in cycle I and 0.67 (medium category) in cycle II. Based on the results obtained, the use of multi-representation E-LKS assisted by live worksheets based on the PBL model has an effect on critical thinking skills and physics learning outcomes.

Dalam Society 5.0, di mana teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, representasi sains secara verbal yang efektif adalah kunci untuk mengkomunikasikan pengetahuan dan inovasi di bidang sains dan teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui representasi verbal ilmu pengetahuan di era Society 5.0 dan perannya dalam mendukung kemajuan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi literatur penelitian ini adalah telaah pustaka mendalam. Telaah pustaka merupakan pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis literatur yang relevan dalam bidang studi tertentu. Hasil penelitian yaitu representasi verbal sains sangat penting dalam Society 5.0, di mana teknologi merupakan kekuatan pendorong kemajuan masyarakat. Dengan mengkomunikasikan pengetahuan ilmiah secara efektif dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah dipahami kepada berbagai khalayak, representasi sains secara verbal memperluas pengaruh pengetahuan ilmiah dan mempercepat kemajuan teknologi. Para ilmuwan dan peneliti harus mengasah kemampuan komunikasi mereka dalam representasi verbal ilmu pengetahuan untuk berkontribusi secara efektif demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Learning motivation is an important thing that students must have in learning. Learning motivation is an encouragement for students to be able to carry out learning well to achieve a learning goal. However, not all learning processes can create good learning motivation for students, this also affects student learning outcomes, even though learning success can be seen one way from learning outcomes. student. This research aims, first, to determine the differences in learning motivation between students who use Wordwall assessment media and those who use test paper assessments. Second, to determine the difference in learning motivation between students who use Wordwall assessment media and those who use test paper assessment media. This research uses an experimental method with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The findings show that the average learning outcomes of students who use Wordwall assessment media are higher than students who use paper tests. Apart from that, the average learning motivation score of students who use Wordwall assessment media is higher than students who use paper tests. It can be sai, that this research has obtained results that show the influence of using wordwall assessment media on learning motivation and better learning outcomes because of its attractive features.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran representasi matematika sebagai sarana berfikir deduktif dalam konteks penelitian kualitatif. Representasi matematika merujuk pada penggunaan simbol, notasi, dan bahasa matematika untuk mewakili konsep dan hubungan matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari sekelompok siswa dan guru matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi matematika dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam berfikir deduktif dalam penelitian kualitatif. Melalui penggunaan simbol dan notasi matematika, siswa dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep matematika dan menghubungkannya dengan situasi dunia nyata. Selain itu, representasi matematika juga memfasilitasi komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah dalam konteks penelitian kualitatif. Siswa dapat menggunakan representasi matematika untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan proses berpikir mereka secara sistematis dan logis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang peran representasi matematika dalam penelitian kualitatif. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika yang berfokus pada berfikir deduktif dan penggunaan representasi matematika yang efektif dalam konteks penelitian kualitatif.

This article discusses mathematical thinking in a deductive way. Mathematics is a branch of science that deals with abstract forms or structures. Deductive thinking is the process of drawing conclusions based on premises whose existence has been determined. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the use or application of tables can facilitate general understanding of mathematics for physics education students. The method used in this research is a systematic, explicit and reproducible review of articles to identify, evaluate and synthesize research works and thoughts that have been produced in related journals. The results of this research show that tabular representation in understanding mathematics as a means of descriptive thinking for physics education students greatly facilitates solving physics problems. The conclusion from this research is that the application of mathematics as deductive thinking greatly facilitates solving problems in mathematics or physics.

Kalorimetri merupakan sebuah cara yang digunakan unruk melakukan pertukaran energi secara kuantitatif. Kalor merupakan salah satu materi fisika yang membahasan tentang segala sesuatu yang dapat berpindah antara sistem dan lingkungannya yang disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan temperatur, sehingga dapat menentukan nilai kalor jenis dari suatu bahan. Bentuk dari kalor adalah energi, dengan satuan kalori. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan koefisien muai pada logam adalah metode difraksi celah tunggal, dengan langkah kerja yang dimulai dari mengukur panjang awal logam sebelum dipanaskan dan mengukur panjang akhir logam setelah dipanaskan. Hasil akhir setelah logam dipanaskan, sudah dipastikan logam mengalami pertambahan panjang dan memuai. Hal ini dikarenakan logam menerima kalor.

The scientific method is a systematic and structured approach used to gather data, observe natural phenomena, and develop scientific understanding. The scientific method helps students in developing critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of physics concepts. This article explains how the scientific method can be integrated into physics education to create a learning environment focused on experiments, observations, and data analysis. This method also encourages learners to develop research skills and think creatively. Developing a physics curriculum based on the scientific method can enhance students' interest in science and prepare them to face challenges in our increasingly interconnected and science-based society. This article is based on the results of previous related journal reviews, which provide a research foundation and in-depth information about the role of the scientific method, and it then links it to physics education.

Humans are God's most perfect creatures compared to other creatures, because humans are given reason to think. However, not all humans have this level of intelligence or sensitivity in logical, critical, creative or innovative thinking. This is based on the development of human thought patterns that are not simultaneous. Human thought patterns are influenced by the surrounding circumstances and of course influenced by the human will itself. If you look back, in the Babylonian era, ancient humans (approximately 650 BC) only had the mindset of maintaining their survival by moving around (nomadic). This is because at that time human were still based on customs and still believed in myths. This is different from today where humans have developed more in terms of thought patterns. Human today tend to have a higher level of curiosity, especially with the current advances in science and technology. . Science and technology develop together with science, so that the two have a continuous relationship. So human thought patterns are greatly influenced by knowledge which is becoming increasingly widespread along with advances in science and technology

This article aims to find out statistics on the interest of Physics Education students at FKIP Jember University from 2019 to 2023. This research approach uses quantitative descriptive because the data process is in the form of numbers and is described in descriptions. Statistics is a science that studies how to plan, collect, analyze and interpret until finally presenting data. The enthusiasm of Jember University FKIP Physics Education students that emerged was generated from questionnaire data which included several questions that had reached the interest questions of Jember University FKIP Physics Education students which resulted in: 1) Interested in Physics Education with a percentage result of 62.35%, 2) Not interested in Physics Education with a percentage result of 37.65%, 3) Students who make Physics Education their first choice with a percentage result of 59.4%, 4) Students who make Physics Education a backup choice with a percentage result of 40.6%, 5) Students who felt that Physics Education met expectations with a percentage result of 62.3%, 6) Students who felt they were in the wrong major in Physics Education with a percentage result of 37.7%. This can be seen from the large percentage of questionnaire results.

Scientific learning has become a crucial focus in the development of modern education. However, the effective implementation of this approach often faces various challenges, especially in the context of enhancing educators' reading interest. This research aims to conduct a thorough analysis of the scientific learning model using previous literature, particularly focusing on increasing educators' reading interest. The study employs a descriptive analysis method that explores several past journals as literature review sources. The analysis findings indicate that the implementation of the scientific approach to enhance educators' reading interest still encounters several challenges, such as insufficient infrastructure support, time constraints, and a mismatch between the teaching approach and educators' needs. Nevertheless, the research also highlights significant potential for the scientific approach to enhance educators' reading interest if implemented correctly. This study is anticipated to provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the implementation of the scientific approach in boosting educators' reading interest.
