Abstract

ABSTRACT Integrated Management of Childhood Illness is one of ways to decrease number of baby and children under five year neonatal. However, number of baby and children under five year neonatal still high, number of baby neonatal 10,3/1000 live births and number of children under five year neonatal 11,46/1000 live births.Knowing factors affecting dicipline of mother’s children under five year to visit Integrated Management of Childhood Illness regularly program.Survey analytic research with cross sectional design. Research instruments used structure questioner. Number of sample was 90 respondents used statistic chi square test.Number of mother’s child obedience in Kemranjen Public Health Center II mostly indiscipline 65,56% (59 people), number of mother’s children under five year education mostly elementary school and junior high school 77,78% (70 people), economic status of mother’s children under five year mostly sufficient 46,67% (42 people), and mother’s children under five year attitude mostly less 55,55% (50 people). There was a significant affect among mother of children under five year between mother of children under five year discipline to visit regularly of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness program (p<0,05).Need further approaches by health personnel to mother of children under five year so they can understand the important of discipline to visit Integrated Management of Childhood Illness regularly. Abstract

Implementation learning model of Team GameTournament to improve problem solving ability students. This study aims to determinethe problem solving math students with a model of learning Team Game Tournament,to know increase in the problem solving students with a model of learning Team GameTournament, as well as students learn the response to the Team Game Tournamentlearning model. This study using instruments tests description of the ability to evaluateproblem solving math students and use inquiries response students to learn theresponse students of learning applied. The results of the pretest known that wellblended score of problem solving math classes control is 5,8 while the experiment was7. Meanwhile the results of the posttest know that well blended scores problem solvingmath classes control is 18,15 and well blended scores problem solving math classesexperimental is 20,7. The results of the calculations score N-Gain obtained wellblended class experiments 0,68 and class control is 0,56. The result of the test t scoreN-Gain obtained tcount = 1,71. This means that after the treatment an inc experimentsbetter then the control. As an increase in the problem solving math classes experimentwas in the category of high. In addition to the results of the inquiries responsestudents, know that the students show response was positive against a model oflearning Team Game Tournament.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use the spinning wheel as a media in learning speaking ability. The writer conducted this research in terms of the use of the Spinning Wheel as a media in learningspeaking ability. The writer used questionnaires and interviews for data collection. The results showed that students felt more confident in their ability to speak English with positive results in all participants. The students also have fun learning to used these media. The students feel that learning to speak greatly increases their self-confidence. Spinning Wheel media is very helpful in understanding a material when students learn so that students do not feel bored while studying.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Jaringan Informasi Bersama Antar Sekolah (JIBAS) dalam pengembangan administrasi sekolah di SMK Komputer Indonesia merupakan respon dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sedang berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemanfaatan JIBAS dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen terkait implementasi JIBAS di SMK Komputer Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan JIBAS telah memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembangan administrasi sekolah. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan integrasi data antara berbagai unit di sekolah, seperti keuangan, akademik, dan absensi, yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada efisiensi waktu dan sumber daya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan pengalaman guru dalam menggunakan PMM sebagai alat bantu proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif, hal ini memungkinkan penggalian pemahaman, persepsi dan pengalaman individu yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan PMM memiliki dimensi yang dapat diukur, meliputi keterlibatan guru, peningkatan kompetensi, efektivitas pembelajaran, kualitas konten dan materi, keterjangkauan dan aksesibilitas, serta inovasi dan kreativitas. Agenda pendidikan global tahun 2030 yaitu pada fase teaching menghadapi berbagai tantangan diantaranya pengembangan keprofesian guru. Pengembangan kompetensi professional guru saat ini terpadu dengan teknologi agar kualitas pendidikan Indonesia semakin baik. Kemajuan teknologi di setiap bidang kehidupan perlu dimanfaatkan juga dalam pendidikan. Kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi menjadi sebuah prediktor keberhasilan peningkatan kualitas mengajar yang merujuk pada kompetensi profesionalnya. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan mampu meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan guru dan tingkat efektivitas juga efisiensi dalam pembelajaran. Kurikulum merdeka yang saat ini sedang bergulir mengembangkan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM). Aplikasi PMM merupakan bentuk perubahan pendekatan peningkatan kualitas guru. Platform ini memberikan kemudahan akses kepada guru untuk dapat mengeksplorasi bahan ajar dan perangkat ajar inovatif secara mandiri sehingga menjadi sebuah peluang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional seiring dengan kebutuhan penerapan kurikulum merdeka saat ini.

Abstract

Education quality management is one of the crucial aspects in efforts to improve the quality of learning in schools. The implementation of effective education quality management can create a more quality and sustainable learning atmosphere. This article aims to discuss the implementation of education quality management in the context of the curriculum, with a focus on the application of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach in curriculum management in schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques that include in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis related to curriculum policies and practices in schools. The results of the study show that the implementation of a quality-based curriculum requires careful planning, consistent implementation, and continuous evaluation. In addition, the involvement of all related parties, be it educators, students, or the community, is very important in creating a culture of quality in schools. This study also identifies the challenges faced in the implementation of TQM, such as limited resources and resistance to change, and provides recommendations for improvements in more effective and efficient curriculum management. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of education quality management at the school level, as well as support the achievement of quality education goals.
