Abstract

Monitoring the condition of the plant becomes very important. This is caused by the large number of disease attacks and lack of treatment. In addition to the considerable distance for plant treatment, the structure of plant parts affected by the disease needs to be classified. High disease caused by leaves can result in panel failure. So that the delay in the process of diagnosing the disease causes the disease in plants to become severe. This study aims to utilize drone technology and display it in image form to detect disease on plant leaves. We use a neural network to process the results on the image. Neural Network is one of the most effective algorithms in modeling the relationship between input and output data. The results of the study, namely the accuracy of detecting diseases on leaves, taking images from drones reached 99.63

Abstract

Kampung Sanggaria yang berlokasi di distrik Arso Barat, Kabupaten Keerom, Provinsi Papua, merupakan salah satu kampung yang memiliki beragam potensi sumber daya alam hasil pertanian dan perkebunan yang berpotensi dikembangkan jadi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Salah satu produk lokal unggulan dari kampung Sanggaria adalah bonggol jagung, yang selama ini hanya dibiarkan begitu saja menumpuk dan dapat mencemari lingkungan sekitar. Sementara bonggol jagung berpotensi dijadikan sebagai briket arang. Untuk itu, melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berkesempatan untuk melakukan pendampingan pengolahan bonggol jagung menjadi briket serta memasarkan briket tersebut dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing sehingga mampu berkembang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan ialah asset based community yakni strategi pengembangan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan bonggol jagung sebagai produk unggulan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat bagaimana mengubah limbah bonggol jagung menjadi briket arang, serta memperkenalkan media sosial dan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produk briket tersebut. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah dihasilkan briket bonggol jagung yang sudah dikemas dan siap digunakan dan dipasarkan. Melalui kegiatan ini juga masyarakat termotivasi untuk berinovasi dan mengolah limbah atau sumber daya alam yang ada sehingga mempunyai nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi dan mampu menggunakan teknologi sebagai strategi pemasaran digital untuk memperluas jangkuan pasar.

Abstract

Health services at Puskesmas Kanda still face challenges in managing medical record data, which is mostly done manually. Manual data recording and reporting often cause data duplication, lost archives, and delays in generating health reports. To overcome these issues, this Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out by the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Yapis Papua, through training and mentoring on the implementation of a web-based medical record information system. The main objective was to improve the skills of health workers in operating the system to accelerate data recording, reduce human error, and enhance service efficiency. The activity was conducted through several stages: survey and observation, preparation of training materials, hands-on practice (learning by doing), and post-training evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ ability to manage medical record data digitally. About 90% of participants stated that the system was easy to use and improved service speed, while 88% found the training relevant to their daily work. This activity had a positive impact on improving digital literacy among health workers and supported the digital transformation of primary health services in Papua.
