<![CDATA[The tourism sector has an important role as one of the sources for foreign exchange earnings, and can encourage national economic growth. This study examines the effect of tourism on economic growth in Indonesia based on time series data during the years 1975 - 2017. This study uses a simultaneous equation model estimated by Two stage least square. The results show that tourism has a positive effect on economic growth and conversely economic growth has a positive effect on tourism. Another factor that influences the demand for tourism in Indonesia is the exchange rate and inflation.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze work morale by increasing the loyalty and self-confidence of the employees of Jalaludin Airport, Gorontalo. The research data was obtained through distributing questionnaires that originated from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population and research sample are employees with a total sample of 87 people. Method used for research analysis was multiple linear regression. The data was processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) applications. The data analysis begins with testing the quality of the data through the validity and reliability of the research data. Hypothesis testing is done partially and simultaneously. The results of the research analysis found that employees’ morale can be built or improved by strengthening work loyalty and self-confidence in employees. If employees have high work loyalty and are supported by high self-confidence, then employees’ morale will increase. Keywords: Spirit at work; Job Loyalty; Confidence]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze the economy of regencies and cities in Gorontalo Province. The research methodology used is to use Shift Share analysis to analyze components in determining the growth of economies in the regency and cities in Gorontalo Province in 2010-2019 obtained from Regency / City BPS in Gorontalo. The results of the study showed economic growth in Gorontalo City and Gorontalo Regency including growing rapidly, and Pohuwato Regency, Bone Bolango Regency, North Gorontalo Regency, and Boalemo Regency grew slowly, that districts/cities have different regional potential so that they still need support for development policies Furthermore and equalization of the Gorontalo Regional Government.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze partially and simultaneously the independent variables of compensation and placement on the dependent variable of employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. The method of analysis uses: multiple linear regression analysis, 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Research results: 1) Compensation has a significance value of 0.010 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that compensation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 2) Placement has a significance value of 0.019 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that placement has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 3) The results of the F test show that the joint effect of all independent variables of compensation (X1) and placement (X2) on the dependent variable (employee job satisfaction) shows positive and significant results at PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine a healthy and efficient financial performance to gain profits and increase the company's performance index. This research was conducted by conducting data collection techniques using the financial ratios of PT. Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk, used the ratio of Economic Value Added and measured by the formula Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Capital Charges (CC), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), Invested Capital (IC). Obtained from the financial statements of PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk. It can be concluded from the results of calculations that have been carried out using the measurements mentioned above that the Economic Value Added ratio measured using NOPAT is quite healthy, CC is unhealthy, WACC is quite healthy, IC is not healthy, and the EVA value is very high. unhealthy or not good enough.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine whether profit-sharing, fixed financing, and non-performing financing (NPF) all have an impact on sharia banking earnings at the same time. Influence analysis research is what this study is doing. Purposive sampling was used in this study's sample process. The research sample in this study is sharia banking profit. Twenty Indonesian commercial banks that follow sharia law served as the study's population. This study employs quantitative data methodologies, meaning that Ordinary Least Squares analysis is employed to turn the research's data into numerical values. The research findings indicate that sharia banking earnings are significantly impacted by profit sharing, fixed financing, and non-performing financing (NPF) variables all at the same time. The profit-sharing component significantly and favorably affects profit. This implies that profit will rise with each increase in profit sharing. The profit margin is significantly and favorably impacted by fixed finance variables. This implies that profit will rise with each increase in fixed funding. The variable of non-performing finance (NPF) has a noteworthy and adverse impact on earnings. This implies that earnings will decrease with each increase in NPF. The modified R-squared value indicates that while some variation in the independent variables can be used to partially explain the variation in the dependent variable (profit), other variables unrelated to the variables under study account for the remaining portion.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze effect of financial literacy on housewives' financial planning. This type of research uses descriptive associative research with an ex-post facto approach. The population in this study were housewives in Medan City. Sampling in this study used random sampling. From random sampling, the sample was 50 respondents. Data collection obtained in this research was observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The data analysis tool in this research uses simple linear regression. The research results show that financial literacy is positive and significant in housewives' financial planning.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the effect of ROA, interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on financial distress in financial sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The data source is from secondary data in the form of financial reports of financial sector companies listed on the IDX, through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely (www.idx.co.id) for the 2019-2023 period. Determination of the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a research sampling technique by fulfilling certain elements. From the criteria that have been set, this study obtained a sample of 53 companies with a total sample for 5 observation periods totaling 265 samples. After all the data was obtained, it was then analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics software program version 26, namely using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study showed that the exchange rate and inflation did not affect financial distress in financial sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period.]]>
